Beds were the most comfortable we have had in a long time. The room itself was well designed and maintained. Breakfast was buffet-style, good. Staff were quick to resolve the WIFI connection issue.

Day after arriving we were out, returned to our room at 5pm. Entering the underground carpark the entire area was a thick fog which shocked us. Nonetheless we got out of the car, covered our mouths and made a run for the lift thinking that the fog was confined to the carpark. Arriving in the foyer, this area too was completely in an insecticide fog, so we were trying to breath less, frightened of breathing in the insecticide which was everywhere, visibility was reduced. We know India still uses DDT so we were very scared. Entering an area just fogged on such a serious scale is not for reasons of health, insecticides are carcinogenic compounds. We got into the room very fast. Once in our room, we found it had not been serviced, not cleaned or made up. No drinking water in the room. We had to go to Reception to get drinking water. We advised Reception we asked for the room to be made early morning, as well as leaving the alert button for Room Service. At 18:20 staff came to make up our room but we did not want to leave the room, the smell of insecticide was still strong. We were most concerned given the breakfast area, food areas, exposed to this spraying landing on surfaces. The hotel must have known that day there was to be an Insecticide treatment and have responsibility for the comfort and wellbeing of guests. Management should have arranged for all guests to be advised the hours of spraying, and when safe to return to their rooms. At least given guests an informed choice. Next day we had headache.

Breakfast spread and quality were very good. Staff were polite and helpful. Room size was spacious.

AC in the room could be more manageable and quieter.

Friendly and polite staff along with varied food options to choose from. Clean rooms with housekeeping done on regular basis. Well placed location if you want to opt for outside restaurants or food outlets.

Can have more options on the mini bar,if possible in smaller packs.

This is my second time staying in Easton Residence Vadodara. First time I booked for my family to stay and it was 4 years ago. I have to say they are just the best. And I will always stay in here whenever I need a hotel I’m Vadodara. This time, we booked on the day of my birthday and and made a note to ask them to decorate the room. They made it so nice for me. Complimentary chocolate cake with balloon and “happy birthday” sign on the bed. Breakfast as always is with all kind of variety and ala carte options.

Only thing I would say to improve is the shower water pressure, it was not as nice/ enough as I had imagined. Also the facility has gotten a bit older comparing to 4 years ago such as wall color and water stain in the bathroom and sofa stains. It’s a pity because with such a nice service and beautiful design of the room I would hate to see that the next time I am here it won’t be as nice as before. Suggest to keep up with the maintainable on the hardware of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located from the airport and a short 10 min walk from the train station. It is located in quiet leafy by-lanes - away from the hustle bustle of the main road. Furthermore, it’s a short walk from the Racecourse Road that has multi-cuisine restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, and multiplexes. The highlights of the property, through, were the well appointed and super comfortable studio rooms and the staff. The staff is super courteous, polite, and attentive to your every need. I would like to single out the FO staff namely - Akhil and Abbas and duty manager Zulfikar. They all went out of their way to make my stay special. A big thank you to Abhishek and Inderjeet from housekeeping for keep the rooms super clean and well stocked with beverages. Last but, surely not the least - the food. The breakfast buffet is definitely value for money. It has wide spread ranging from Continental to Indian and is very sumptuous. I am definitely going to returning to Eastin very soon. And, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to both business as well as leisure travellers.

The gym. It is as good as not having one. The gym wears a forlorn look what with a single treadmill, a bench and a very bare weight rack.

Location ,room is well designed.Staff is trying to respond to requests, but they seem to be lack experience. Will be a good hotel if some experienced staff is added.

Staff is still learning to run a hotel. Feeling of hospitality is non existing. Chefs are also learning.
