Amazing property perfect for our young family. Everything was taken of! making our stay all about enjoyment and not about sourcing equipment etc...

The house is very well kept and well equipped for a family. The area is quiet but close enough to some lovely beaches restaurants and shops. The property feels very private as does the swimming pool. The property manager is lovely, greeting you as you arrive and coming to wave you off on the last day. The beautiful wine in the fridge was much appreciated when we arrived. Plenty of bedding and towels are made available for your stay. We would definitely recommend this home.

The villa is situated in a perfect spot as has some shade and sun all through out the day. It’s light and cool and the most well equipped villa I have ever stayed in as everything I could need was there. Very comfy beds and the thoughtfully provided towels for the pool were a godsend as well. Very clean and spacious and we loved the balcony area for eating in the evening. Fabulous vista to wake up to each morning and open the shutters to and it was so very hot and cloudless blue skies every day. The pool was great to be able to walk down to each day and cool off or the 5 min walk to the beach was also amazing and the beach side bars and restaurants were so close . We drove around the area to Lavandu, Cavalière , Hyères which were all lovely and Lavandu was close for anyone needed to have a food shop if needed. We visited some of the markets as well for the lovely fresh local produce. All in all the villa was a wonderful home from home plus more in a great setting and within reach of all you could wish for in such a beautiful area . We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

The villa was a real home from home absolutely everything you could need and in immaculate condition. Local beach is a short walk away with the pool ideal for a cool off. Plenty of places to eat. Beautiful part of France would love to return.

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and is conviently located for easy access to the larger villages and towns in the area. The villa is near several stunning beaches but also benefits from the attractive hillside location, offering gorgeous views. Very well equipped and very clean. There was nothing we felt was missing. Lovely pool and bathing area and ample secure parking. Would love to return in the future.

I'll summarise our experience: - Booking was easy with great communication from the owner, - The property was easy to find with the directions provided, - The property isn't far from the beach/shops, - There was plenty of secure parking, - The villa was immaculate, clean and had everything we could have needed in terms of amenities, - The decor was gorgeous, it was do spacious and light, - The gardens and pool were lovely, clean with plenty of furniture, - All in all perfect for our large family group, no one had cause to grumble or felt like something was missing. I honestly can't think of anything negative. Yes I would recommend it to friends and have done, yes I think it's great value for money particularly for the area and yes I'll definitely be booking again for next year!!

Fears were completely unfounded - a most charming and accurately described immaculate villa of which the owners should be justly proud. I would have no fear of thoroughly recommending this villa as very good value with excellent sunny accommodation.
