A localização era boa.

A rua e a entrada para o elevador para a garagem são muito estreitas, dificultando a entrada de carros um pouco mais compridos.

Wir haben Cadiz im Dezember besucht und waren 10 Tage in der FW. Die Lage ist hervorragend für den Besuch der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung entsprach voll der offiziellen Beschreibung, wir haben uns sehr schnell in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Supermärkte und ein Bäcker sind in der direkten Nähe vorhanden. Die Vermietungsfirma, rent4you ist äußerst zuvorkommend, besondere Wünsche wurden schnell erledigt. Hervorheben möchten wir die gute Qualität der Betten. Nur der Stellplatz in der Garage bekommt von uns einen Minuspunkt, die angegebenen Maße sind bei einem Mietwagen dringend zu beachten. Die FW sowie rent4you würden wir immer wieder nutzen.

Everything was perfect, the building, the location, the staff in the Agency, and especially the flat itself! Amazing!

Apartment was very comfortable, everything you needed for a short break in Cadiz. Modern, spotlessly clean. Short walk from plenty of bars & resturants.Would recommend a vist to Meson Restaurante, just a short walk from the apartment, great atmosphere & food. Full of locals so always a good sign.Probably need to book a table for dinner. Just a word of caution, if you are driving, you may need to ignore Sat nav directions when you get close to apartment, at the last small roundabout turn right, then take the 1st right, apartment is on the left at the bottom on street. It's tight getting into garage, you need to aim at right hand wall, then reverse to get in. May need to do this a few times. When you park up, it's probably easier to go down in car lift to street level & use front door.

It doesn't say on the booking site that the key pick up isn't the same location. It's annoyingly misleading just from the point of view of transparency when booking. There was no way to know which apartment we were staying in. The keys weren't marked, we called and they told us so it was fine..Again a communication issue. Write on the key which apartment it is for or put it on the text message sent to the person.

Bright, clean, well decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment fully equipped and well located! It is a gem offering wonderful views from the spacious and comfortable terrace. The apartment deserves top ratings, 10!

The parking spot and elevator access is really only for a small car, small compact or economy car.
