The shelf on the wall what has kettle on to close to the bed easily could bang your head on it Shelf in bathroom just needs some more brackets on it to held it up bit loose apart from that we enjoyed it will be back next year

Owners were really nice,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were lovely and clean even had a fan which was a god send in the summer heat.

amazing hosts, a hidden gem. Loved the breakfast. Bar area was quiet, cheap and homely. Room was clean and tidy. Beds super comfy. Would definitely return in a heart beat!

Because I'm diabetic I have porridge every morning.. The breakfast was very good, absolutely no complaint. Donna & Chris who run the guest house are welcoming and friendly. Hope to go back just before Christmas.

very comfortable bed,hot shower,plenty of tea,coffee ect in room,large tv in room,even had a stair lift for people who couldnt walk up the stairs.i didnt go down for breakfast but been told its very good.

We were warmly welcomed by Chris and Donna, when we arrived to the guest house. The place is lovely and clean and well set up. We arrived very early and were very accommodating. Chris told us that we could use the rooms straight away as they were all ready for us,. Which I thought was really nice. We got sorted and came back down for a couple of drinks and a few games of pool in the little bar, which was very nice indeed. We chatted to Chris and Donna for a while and strokes Holly the resident pet, she was lush. The rooms were very clean and well set up for us. The breakfast order was taken when we arrived so they could have it prepared for us the following mornings. I must say the food was delicious and nothing was a problem to either Chris or Donna. Thank you to you both for your hospitality and look forward to seeing you again soon Totally recommend staying here to anyone.

room and breakfast were good, peronally didnt find staff or rather male owner very friendly was polite enough but not interested in conversation

shower very slow struggled to clean properly. smell pretty bad of damp dog. Nothing against any animals but did smell no draught beer in bar area only cans so bought own from offy opposite

The people who run it were lovely, we loved there dog to and there breakfast was really lovely couldnt fault it we really enjoyed our stay

There was a make up brush and an earring behind the draws, and the shower was either red hot or freezing I couldnt put my grandson in there to wash him had to shower him in swimming baths

The accomodation was comfortable and had everything needed and very close to the beach.If you needed anything the hosts were on hand and would go the extra mile. If you wanted to bring back food in the seating area you would be given cutlery and plates ect. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

The area had a lot of closed and boarded up shops houses and hotels which is a shame for the Blackpool of old and hope after the lockdowns gets new growth back into the seaside town loved by many.
