Table mountain views

Very old, worn down hotel. We had a 2-bed/2-bath apartment, but only one shower. Daily 2 hrs+ power cuts. Room service food was really poor too. Location far from the city centre, so would not recommend without a car. Lastly, pool and common areas looked nothing like the pictures online.

I liked the fact that they have a kids play area. My little boy had fun

The only turnoff is the two islands built in the parking area meant to separate incoming and outgoing vehicles. They have taken so much space that some of the vehicles hit the walls or drive over the curb damaging vehicles. Its even. In 2022 I hired a 7 seater vehicle when I was staying there and It was always difficult to go through the parking booms.

I wouldn't mind to come there again anytime..the service the rooms the staff excellent and the place is amazing

Staff was very friendly. Clean and tidy appartment. Safe environment.

Some of the electric bed side lamp was broken with exposed wires. Reported on arrival and left after 5 days. Nothing was repaired. To get your deposit back is a big hassle. Still waiting after 2 months with allot of excuses.

The location is good.

The property is very run down, we last stayed there 14 years ago, and it looks like it hasn't been touched since. A table lamp has exposed electrical connections and is a serious safety risk. If the cables deteriorate further, the whole of the lamp could be live! Furniture is old and really shoddy, the carpet is frayed and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There are shelves in the bathroom and main bedroom (which have probably been broken and never replaced) missing. The stove extractor is missing a grill, it's in a drawer- broken. Furniture veneer has been damaged, tiles are broken or missing completely, bathroom surfaces are cracked, etc, etc. Window lock has rusted, so they've drilled a hole in the frame and used a nail as a locking device. Main bedroom door doesn't close properly. Curtain missing on second bedroom and blind doesn't close out passage light completely. Curtains in main bedroom are filthy. All in all, there is no way the condition of the property justifies the cost.
