The room were not ready when we're checked in. And it already 4.00 PM. We booked 7 rooms, but only using 5 rooms. But they kept charged us for 7 rooms. And by the time we're checked in, only 3 rooms were ready. 3 rooms can't be locked. The doors locked were damaged. And everytime we closed it, we can't open the door again so we need to called the staffs to asked their helps to open the doors. They said they will fixed it next morning, but never happened. Wifi also very slow/not working. Breakfast was terrible for 4 stars hotel. Bed sheets has stains.

First, we booked one superior room with option of one extra large bed and one grand deluxe king. Unfortunately the superior room has twin bed instead double bed (one extra large bed as requested). When we asked for explanation, the staff only said that the superior room with double bed is not available (this has not been brought to our attention when we check in). We asked if they could give solution to this matter. They came with offer for us to move to Executive room with additional charge on top to the superior room rate we have paid. Just because we already tired and don't want to extend the argument we accept the offer. Later in the evening when we went out for dinner, we just found out that the door can't be locked and could easily be opened from outside even without the key card after the door completely closed. When we inside the room and try to lock the door, it still can be opened easily from outside unless we lock the door with additional security slot. What a terrible safety and security for the EXECUTIVE room! We report to the staff and they promise to call engineering staff to fix it. But even after we return from dinner the door still has not been fixed!! What a service!!
