We had a lovely 5 nights in Julie’s apartment following our wedding. For some reason I hadn’t received the check in information beforehand but Julie was available on the phone and was so helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location, and the neighbours were all super friendly! We didn’t use the pool area but the apartment is so close to St Tropez and its beautiful beaches. We had a lovely relaxing week and would love to return.

Very nice place to stay, very relaxing area and nice house with everything including inside. Near to all shops and seaside. Pampelonne beach is a must to go. Julie is a very good host quick reply to the email. Definitely a return next year's or so. Thanks Julie

Wir haben 14 Tage in dieser kleinen Idylle verbracht. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man Abends noch einmal eine Abkühlung braucht ist der Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt und im kleinen Garten lässt sich am Abend noch ein Wein genießen. Die Betreuung durch Julie ist auch ohne das wir sie persönlich kennengelernt haben super.. Es war einfach toll Wiebke, Flynn und Kai

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights and did not want to leave :) . Julie is a brilliant host. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely go back very soon .

we where a family of 4 , so the flat was a little to small.But we knew this when we booked it. But it is perfect for 2 people.Very nice decorated. the location is great , quiet and relaxing in the evening and very short drive to Gassin , Port Grimaud and St.Tropez. There were also a big Tivoli just down the road and the kids loved it! For beaches i would recommend to go to Pampelone beach , and we drove the road Julie recommend and avoided all traffic jam. we visited the Le Esquinade restaurant that was on the beach two days , foods was really good and beach is beatiful!

Very pleasant place, clean, fitted with plenty of equipment and furniture (maybe a bit too much given the size), plus the place is very quiet and with two beautiful swimming pools just across the road!

We were very comfortable when we chose this cosy apartment as our base to explore an area we know well. It is in a central location, close to Saint Tropez, coastal beaches, pretty inland towns, a good food hall called Grand Frais, and our favourite restaurants and brocante (antique and bric a brac) markets. The owners have created tasteful calm interiors, obviously love and care for this holiday home, and have provided all you need to self-cater. The owners are also extremely helpful before and during your stay. As owners ourselves of holiday cottages for couples only, we were very happy with everything here and hope we will escape to the S of France again to make a return visit. Thank you to the owners for creating a super space for holidaymakers to the area.

This apartment was everything my partner and I expected, and more! On arrival, it was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed - even towels laid out on the bed which we hadn't anticipated! There was a tv, books and dvd's, and the oven/microwave and washing machine were so convenient - you could do everything you can at home. I've camped in the Port Grimaud area on and off for many years, but we chose this apartment instead of camping due to its facilities and also thought that as it's away from the hustle and bustle, and loud bars, we would get a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We talked about this while we were there and came to the conclusion that we did exactly the right thing. It was so relaxing, and quiet at night. We went out most days sightseeing, but had the odd day just lounging around on the sun loungers etc, and the screens either side of the garden kept it really private. The shared pool is brilliant if you have a family (or even if you don't). We also hired a car, and there was an allocated space to park too. We had great contact from the owner prior to our holiday and Julie provided us with all the pre-arrival information we needed - nothing was left out. There's plenty to do nearby if you want it, and the Geant Casino Hypermarket isn't too far - about a mile or so, so you can stock up on everything you need. I would definitely recommend this pretty apartment and would love to stay here again the next time I go to the South of France.

We are just back home from our wonderful holiday and loved it so much! The apartment is such a cosy place. We liked the whole decoration; it makes one feel very homey and comfortable. I had an eye on the cushions and the pottery dishes with the flowers on ;-) also the bedroom is so beautiful in its grey and white shades. My 8 year old daughter slept very well at the sofa bed, as we did in ours. There are plenty of things in the apartment. All is very clean and well kept. Of course the pool area just a few steps from the apartment is the best for a girl that age. She would have loved to stay there all day long. We have been there in August, in mid holiday time, but the pool was never crowded, we felt it very empty and calm there. And very clean everything and nice views. In the evenings the pool was ours, no one there. One could even bath in the dark and watch the stars from the pool (it was open until 10 during the holiday month). Also the whole environment is very calm, we have been in Cannes before, very noisy, many mosquitoes, very hot – but here nothing of it. Even the heat did not feel that hot like in Cannes. Usually when on holiday, we rest on one place and do day trips, but this time we wanted to go "home" every day very quickly ;-) Amy our little pug relaxed quickly as well - in Cannes she just did not find rest...funny, even our dog realized a sense of place. It was very practical for her, too, since we could leave her on the patio and so she did not come into the apartment and she was happy with that, she loved laying under the chairs outside in the shade. We enjoyed it so much and did not want to leave. If school would not have started, we would have extended the stay. I hope we can come again to this wonderful and relaxing place, thank you for such a great holiday!

Thank you for a lovely time in your beautiful appartment. This was our second visit and the new, well equiped kitchen was lovely. This time we visited with a little one year old who loved walking around the villa and particularly the garden. It was ideal having the swimming pool (which is very well maintained) so close but not easily accessible to little children. Easy access to St Tropez, clean sandy beaches, lovely hill top villages and plenty of markets and shopping opportunities. Also not too far to Cannes and Monaco. There is a very big supermarket a very short drive away with a hotel and grill bar within the gated complex. Sure we'll be back again sometime soon.

Your description never does the garden flat justice! It is just perfect. Our 4th year of returning and for 3 weeks this time. The flat is newly decorated every year with such lovely tasteful furnishings. (We think you must be an interior designer or similar.) Everything is very comfortable especially sofa bed says younger daughter! Great location, love the garden and spent many evenings just sitting and dreaming about living there. The swimming pools are great and the girls often had them to themselves. Enjoyed the hotel on the domain, good to use the facilities there also. Will continue to return.........

There was ample storage space and loads of stuff (Indoor/outdoor games, DVD's, videos) to keep the kids amused. The garden was brilliant, great for breakfast, dozing in the afternoon under the shade of the trees and perfect for sipping a glass of wine in the moonlight with the children safely tucked up in bed. The beaches (mainly Cavalaire) were within easy striking distance and with our beach beds, parasol(s) and snorkel (again all courtesy of what we found in the apartment), we had a great time. The location of the apartment was ideally placed to sample the near by Port De Cogolin and Port Grimaud on the coast. Inland we visited Grimaud and Gassin, both quaint hilltop villages. Within the complex was the Best Western hotel Relais. The Garden and poolside sun loungers were out of this world! A very calming place all beit perhaps not best suited for small children. Best of all was the gated 3 pool complex oposite the apartment. The kids just loved it. A great way to end the day as the temperatures start to drop off (phew was it hot in the mid day sun!). Words can't say enough sum up our feelings for this place. What a find.

Hi Julie   Yet another 2 great weeks!  We had a fab time!   We went early to avoid paying the airlines increased fares for school holidays (I’d rather pay a hotel than them!) and stayed three nights in self-catering apartments in La Croix Valmer.  It was OK but we did seem to start an awful lot of sentences with ‘when we get to Julie’s….!  And of course once we got to your apartment on Sunday it was just like coming home. No probs about using any comments you like.....you know we love the place and can’t say enough good about it!

We want to thank you for staying in your beautiful house in France. We have had a great time. We relax much and visit the many beaches. Your house is well equipped and clean and also tasteful…. Everything has gone well.

We stayed in this lovely apartment in early June, and enjoyed avery minute.4 of us stayed in the apartment, myself, my wife and our 2 sons aged 7 and 10. The apartment was really easy to find, and when we arrived, the electronic gate to the complex made us feel very secure. The apartment is very cosy, with a double bedroom, alounge with a double sofa bed, and a single futon , so could actually sleep 5 at a push. A small but well equipped kitchen, and a bath and very powerful shower, were all the amenities we needed. On top of that however, there was a TV, Video player, DVD, enough DVD's and Books to keep you occupied for weeks, board games, even a guitar! There i sthen a conservatory area, and an outside dining area, with lovely pine trees, and shade for when it is required. A lovely quiet serene spot. The hosts had also left very precise and clear instructions, for our every need. The complex itself is lovely, with 2 swimming pools within 50 yards of the front door, Both were lovely and clean, and plenty of sunbeds etc. There was also a games room with Table Tennis Table. Approx 300 yards up the hill is a Best Western Hotel , who were more than welcoming, with another pool, a bar, and the most luxurious sunbeds in the world! Drive out of the complex, and there is so much to do, golf, Karting, Theme park, water park, shops, supermarkets, fantastic bakeries, and lovely villages. Also, watching the beautiful people in St Tropez Harbour was an experience in itself. And the beaches, wow!!! We didn't manage to see everything in a week, and have already booked to go again next year.! A Fantastic apartment, and a fantastic week!
