El apartamento está muy bien equipado y el mobiliario es moderno. Cómodo para seis personas. La piscina está bien también. Las fotos de la web se puede ver bien el apartamento. La playa es bastante tranquila, para familias. El apartamento queda cerca de la playa aunque hay que subir una cuesta para llegar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La résidence est calme, l appartement est parfaitement equipé et avec beaucoup de goût ! La clim est un vrai plus!! Seul bémol pour nous la terrasse un peu petite. Le propriétaire Claudio est vraiment génial, il est à l écoute de chaque demande et disponible quelque soit l heure. Il même fait installé un store sur la terrasse pendant notre séjour suite à une remarque que nous lui avions faite ! Chapeau !!! Ne avons eu besoi de Safran et oui, Claudio était là ! Vraiment un grand merci car nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Claudio ne change rien tu es une merveilleuse personne !!! Un abrazo de Paris Marie-Claire

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement et l'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux. L'appartement est très bien équipé et les prestations sont haut de gamme. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances reposantes. Nous reviendrons. Merci encore à Claudio et Patricia.

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Jugendliche) haben unsere 10 Tage in Rincon sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand und Supermarkt wie angegeben und die gute Busverbimdumg nach Malaga hat es uns ermöglicht mal auf den Mietwagen im Urlaub zu verzichten und es war überhaupt kein Problem im Gegenteil. Rincon ist herrlich für kürzere und längere Bummel dank der bildschönen Promenade und überhaupt nicht überlaufen an Pfingsten. Claudio und Patricia sind sehr hilfsbereit und bieten auch Transfer zum Flughafen. Wenn überhaupt etwas das perfekte Urlaubsglück zu trüben vermochte, dann etwas mit dem man im Süden Europas einfach rechnen muss: Hunde die auch gerne mal ausdauernd in der Nachbarschaft bellen und gelegentliche Kochgerüche der Nachbarn auf dem schönen Balkon. This spotlessly clean, first floor apt (with lift) just a short walk from Rincon sea front was just perfect for our party of 2 couples. Lovely dining area, well equipped kitchen (including purified water on tap which meant we didn’t have to carry heavy water bottles up the hill from the supermarket and also reduced our plastic useage!!) The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were lovely. Claudio and his daughter met us and were available via phone or email at all times ( only once for us re the TV ). It was a bit cold when we stayed in Rincon so we didn’t use the pool but we did sit by it and it was secluded and private. Rincon itself is a lovely unspoilt part of the area, lots of cafe bars and restaurants, fab tapas and barbecued fish. The walk along the front is a great morning constitutional and we also took local bus into Malaga and then to train to Benalmadena. Thanks Claudio for our stay in your lovely apartment .

Nice place good weather convenient location nice ownet

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement très propre et situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, réputée pour être une des plus belles de la région (son trottoir étant un endroit très agréable pour la course à pied). L'accueil très chaleureux de Patricia a beaucoup contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse ainsi que de profiter de la piscine. Il est aisé de rayonner à partir de cette localisation pour se rendre à Malaga (20 min), Nerja, Mijas ou Frigiliana. Plusieurs commerces tels que épiceries, pharmacies et restos sont situés à proximité et facilement accessibles à pied. Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain de la chambre des maîtres ne sentait pas très bon, mais la propriétaire nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'une situation ponctuelle. En résumé, voici un appartement que mon conjoint et le couple qui était avec nous, recommandons chaudement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Rincón de la Victoria. The location was perfect -- close to the beach and grocery stores -- and not too crowded. Claudio was a warm, welcoming host and his home provided everything we needed for a family holiday.

Mooi en goed onderhouden appartement op loopafstand van het strand/supermarkt. De ligweide bij het zwembad is aan kleine kant. Claudio en Patricia zijn zeer behulpzaam. Voldoende winkels, tapasbars, bodega's en visrestaurants in de omgeving.

Estancia en Semana Santa 2017, 4 noches con la familia. Todo muy bien. Las fotografías son igual que está la vivienda. Claudio muy atento en todo. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador de agua caliente y en seguida lo resolvió. La ubicación del apartamento es buena, aunque hay que subir una rampa con pendiente grande para llegar al apartamento, pero la playa y el paseo marítimo con los restaurantes está muy cerca, andando y las tiendas, bares y el supermercado también. Recomiendo el Kiko. La parada de autobús a Málaga esta a 5 minutos andando, justo al lado del ayuntamiento. Buenas camas y colchones. Limpieza. Televisión grande y plana con fibra óptica 300.Por poner una pega al alojamiento, un cambio de sartenes y algunos vasos más le vendria bien. Todo lo demás de 10, todo funcionó perfectamente. Se correspondía en todo a la descripción. Claudio ha sido muy amable y en la casa todo era nuevo y muy eficiente (electrodomésticos, calificación, etc.)

Apartamento impecable. Todo funciona. Está totalmente equipado lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente. La zona es muy tranquila. Los anfitriones, Claudio y Patricia son muy cálidos y siempre bien predispuestos. Sumamente recomendable !! Gracias y espero volver en otroa oportunidad!!

Claudio and is wife were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and well located. The pool was a highlight. Restaurants don't open between 4-8pm in the summer which makes fining with a baby difficult but the cooking facilities were ample. Had a great stay!!

The appartment is very clean and has a good location near the beach and restaurants. The owners are friendly and very helpfull. Rincon de la Victoria is a nice quite place (mostly Spanish tourist).

Homeaway non si smentisce. Un altro bell'appartamento in posizione strategica per una vacanza di mare e di cultura. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 17 di giugno di quest'annoe l'ospitalità è stata magnifica con gradita sorpresa di birre fresche all'arrivo. L'appartamento è situato in un condominio di sole 6 unità in zona tranquilla e molto silenzioso. E' disponibile una bella piscina condominiale ben tenuta e ottima per un rinfrescante bagno a fine giornata. La casa dispone di tutte le comodità ed è ben arredata come si vede bene dalle foto che la pubblicizzano ed è dotata di un wifi ultraveloce molto utile per organizzare le varie escursioni . I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati chiari e rapidi e improntati alla massima disponibilità. Grazie ancora a Claudio e tanti saluti

Nos encantó a los cuatro este amplio piso, lleno de luz, lujo y comodidad! No le falta un detalle a este precioso piso, y está en zona tranquila, rodeada de verde, pero muy cerca de la playa y el paseo marítimo. En pleno centro, a dos pasos de la calle principal del pueblo, con una piscina muy bien cuidada y parking bajo techo. Yo se lo recomiendo a todos que busquen una escapada a la playa, donde se come bien y se está muy a gusto, y con una cuidad como Málaga a unos 15km. Coincidimos que es más económico que la costa de Cádiz con diferencia. Los propietarios son encantadores, y atentos a cualquier necesidad que tengas. La verdad que fue de nuestras mejores escapadas a la playa y sin duda lo recomendamos!!

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones. Es luminosa, alegre y toda funciona. La ubicación es buenísima. Tdoo el edificio con piscina y cochera es impecable. Los anfitriones son cálidos y muy amables y se preocupan por hacer que laestancia de los huéspedes sea sumamente agradable. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and modern. Secure car parking. The owner Claudio was extremely helpful and lives close by to quickly sort out any queries/problems guests have. Would highly recommend.
