Value hotel, good size executive room which was offered as complimentary.

Location is inside a narrow lane, which means need to get down and walk to the hotel. Delux rooms are too small and cramped. It’s better to get executive room if more than one person is staying. No complimentary pickup service was available from the airport even though advertised.

Un sitio recomendable para alojarse en Nueva Delhi. Todo estaba muy limpio, te dan productos de aseo, cama grande, ventilador y aire acondicionado y una mini nevera. En la habitación no se escucha el ruido de fuera y se puede descansar. El personal muy atento, hasta nos ayudó a poner el partido de España de la Eurocopa en la tele! Era nuestro primer alojamiento en la India y no teníamos con qué comparar, pero después del viaje y ver otros sitios, este es buena opción. Parece un poco rara la calle donde está si llegas de primeras pero luego te das cuenta de que son así la mayoría.

El desayuno sin más, para nosotros bien porque es suficiente poder comer fruta y picar algo más como patatas, huevos, macarrones, pero puede parecer algo escaso.

Liked the location, near to 5 mins walk to railway station and metro. Staff was helpful and were kind enough to allow me do late checkout.

Property cleanliness can be improved a bit. There was no locker inside the room as i had to leave to room for sometime, i had some valuables which i wanted to store in locker.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful they were polite and friendly. we had a problem with the small room fridge which they replaced straight away and we had to ask for a couple of hand towels which again they replaced almost immediately.

The only thing I would change would be the appearance of the breakfast room it’s quite dull and maybe also the display of what’s available for breakfast. But the breakfast is good

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel che si trova in un quartiere vivace ma non distante dalle principali attrazioni che sono raggiungibili con Talk Talk uber o altri mezzi di trasporto che possono essere contattati anche dalla struttura qualora ne abbiate bisogno. La struttura è in un vicolo tranquillo e defilato che rende le camere silenziose nonostante siano in un quartiere piuttosto trafficato che è quello che la maggior parte dei turisti scelgono per stare qui a Delhi. Il check-in e il check out sono stati veloci e la camera è assolutamente quella più in linea con gli standard occidentali in cui ho soggiornato. Troverete un bagno comodo e fornito di prodotti e asciugacapelli, bollitore e tazze per il tè, acqua, condizionatore e ventilatore, frigorifero, armadio, televisore a schermo piatto, prese funzionanti ai comodini e nella stanza, due tavolini ed una poltrona. Non vi sono finestre apribili ma questo non ha pregiudicato il mio comfort. Dovevamo tenere delle cose in frigo (che purtroppo si spegne quando si lascia la stanza) e ce le hanno gentilmente tenute nel loro frigo della sala colazioni. La colazione è buona e mista dolce e salata (indiana), e ci sono diverse cose incluse che possono essere fatte al momento come le uova strapazzati o le omelette. Do un buon voto anche alla cena in camera che sia rivelata buona abbondante ed economica. Il personale è molto attento alle esigenze e non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla. La wifi funziona abbastanza bene. Sono disponibili diverse amenities su richiesta (come ad esempio il ferro da stiro), nessuna questione per pagare con carte di credito. Promosso a pieni voti state solo attenti perché in questo quartiere ci sono diversi hotel che hanno nomi simili che includono il termine Pearl, non sbagliate! Quando arriverete vedrete un’insegna rossa ma dovete andare un po’ più avanti per il vero ingresso.

If I wish to point out the single most praiseworthy aspect of the hotel is the amazing staff. - The staff provides expert opinion to plan our trip and even provides us with transportation faculty as well. - There are great hotels nearby, including veg and non-veg options. Food delivery applications are available as well. - Hot water is available without issues. - Every one of their staff helps us to resolve our queries

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Blue Pearl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen in einer schmalen Gasse. Es ist zu empfehlen sich nur mit dem Taxi fortzubewegen. Alles ist sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

O primeiro quarto que ficamos tinha cama suja e com fedor. O aquecedor parava de funcionar, mas ligando para a recepção eles ligavam novamente o aquecedor. A água do chuveiro só era quente em algumas horas do dia. Eles queriam vender muito pacote de viagem e tour pela cidade mesmo eu não estando interessado. Eles simplesmente ligaram ao meio-dia nos informando que a gente tinha que sair imediatamente porque o hotel estava lotado, sendo que eu já havia avisado a recepção que iria permanecer mais alguns dias porque eu não estava bem de saúde. Macarrão do café da manhã me causou desinteria e crise de vômitos.

Pequeno almoço razoável, cama confortável , águas sempre disponíveis

Falta de limpeza, as fotos não correspondem a realidade , ficamos num quarto diferente e inferior ao que foi pago, não havia cofre no quarto ( trouxeram um cofre amovível que não serve de nada), chuveiro com bolor nas paredes, a zona do hotel é muito má ( mas isso nao é culpa do hotel) e no último dia esqueci-me do meu carregador de iPhone na mesa de cabeceira e passado umas horas liguei para poder ir levantá-lo mas pelos vistos roubaram-no. Experiência a não repetir.

Für touristische Zwecke zentral gelegen, fast mitten im Trubel. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, mein Zimmer war dadurch sehr angenehm ruhig. Der angebotene Hotels transfer hat gut funktioniert, den würde ich empfehlen unbedingt zuzubuchen. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Hilfsbereites Personal (Danke Parshuarm und Angid!)

Good location in regards to train station. Area not the best but safe and taxis/tuk tuks readily available to get to areas like Connaight Place for bars and restaurants (fare 200R). Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good 3 star hotel.

Outside and the actual street it's on are not the best, but it is safe and inside outweighs the outside appearance and the street. Remember, this is Delhi.

The room was spacey. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly, especially Saud. He looked after us. My husband wasn't very well during the stay, he managed to bring the doctor for a visit to the hotel room so he can get checked and prescribed the medications to get better. The Manager was very helpful, and arranged a day trip for us.

Dat het personeel het op zijn minst probeerde. De communicatie van de staf onderling en wat moet gebeuren is helaas erg slecht.

Het ontbijt, de niet werkende koelkast, het lawaai in het hotel (terwijl ze zeggen dat de muren soundproof zijn, zijn de deuren dat zeker niet) de kamers hebben geen kluis, terwijl je in Delhi echt niet naar buiten wilt met je waardevolle spullen bij je. Verder kwam de beloofde airport taxi van het hotel niet, terwijl ze dit bij het afrekenen wel in rekening wilde brengen

La chambre était fidèle au descriptif. Elle était confortable, propre et bien décorée. Merci pour la patience à l’aéroport en ce qui concerne la navette et pour avoir conservé mon sac à dos à la fin .

Une amélioration serait souhaitable pour l’espace petit déjeuner. La carte est bien fournie mais un espace dédié serait un plus.

Lo más a valorar es su personal. Una atención excelente. Te ayudan en todo, cubren las necesidades que puedas tener. Volvería por la atención recibida.

Por la noche hay ruidos en la calle. La insonorización es mínima. Si hay huéspedes locales el ruido en el pasillo a cualquier hora es seguro.

Good breakfast and aircon and staff helped out with any problems and organise a nice tour, especially Guman.

Some staff did unnecessary favours and kept asking for tips. Not all tourists accept tipping culture and it felt that some staff were only nice because they expect tips

Big deception with false review. we informed them of our arrival but they gave our room to someone else and blamed us, the room they gave us was not functional and very bad client service

Relatively clean, AC, but you get what you pay for.

Not the nicest location but you soon realise Delhi is a very dirty city so it’s not awful. Rooms were strange but clean enough. No window in our room but it was ok for one night. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it was food and didn’t make us ill. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless I was short on cash.
