The staff is lovely, and the room cleaning service is awesome! The pool is clean and beautiful, providing a very private and silent atmosphere for resting and sleeping. The resort also offers forest views that are great for taking photos, and there is a small hiking path that leads to the river.

The WiFi quality is too slow, and sometimes I cannot access the internet. The WC has some stains and is quite old. The shower does not work properly, and the free toothbrush has bad quality as its bristles come out in my mouth when brushing.

Tranquil location about 3km from the centre of Ubud. The pool is lovely, overlooking the rainforest below. It was lovely to sit on my balcony in the evenings and listen to nature. A family member is living next door, and he is a taxi driver, so there is always a ride into town whenever you need one.

Over the past 10 months of travel, we typically have not offered more than the basic feedback ratings required here unless there was a very compelling reason to do so. Usually, that very compelling reason arises from a negative experience, but not in this case. Angsoka Bungalow is one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced. From the first pre-booking and pre-arrival communications with the resort operators all the way through checkout and drop off in Canggu, our experience with this lovely boutique resort (only 10 rooms), operated by the most wonderfully amazing family, was genuinely impactful and one we won’t soon forget…and we never sing praise like this! Our list of wonderful experiences while staying at Angsoka Bungalow: 1. As mentioned above, communication was excellent from the beginning. Our inquiries were acknowledged within minutes with clear understanding, thought and detail. Further, our questions or concerns were addressed immediately and effectively. A. They flawlessly set up and executed our late-night pick up from DPS airport for less than a Grab ride fare. B. They also delivered our room free of biting insects (I have had some rough experiences recently), left us a can of insect spray (which we never had to use), closed all the windows as requested and even started our AC unit prior to our arrival. Simply amazing! C. The first night we realized the bed mattress was caving in on one side. We alerted the staff the following morning and the issue was completely resolved by the time we arrived back at our room that evening. So appreciated! 2. The resort and our accommodations were wonderful…as pictured, if not better. A.

it's a very peaceful gem in the jungle, wish i spent longer time here. very quiet and serene, and the infinity pool is def a dream. i like that unlike other big hotels, this place makes you feel like like youre hanging out in your own home. very intimate. although a little far from restaurants, but was super convenient yo order through grab. definitely coming back. 🤍

The view to the jungle is really amazing from this Bungalow. Though this place is not in the Ubud centre, it is just a quiet place to stay in, only natural sounds.

The location and the view is magical. You feel like in the middle of the jungle and it’s a beautiful place. Breakfast is really good and everyone is nice.

You are a bit far away from everything so it would be nice to be able to order food and drinks at the hotel.

Great family run boutique resort. Quiet location just outside of Ubud center, only 10 minute motorbike ride to Ubud. Staff is all very friendly and helpful with all our requests. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Ubud. We will definitely return next time we come to Ubud.

Absolutely amazing location- the view, jungle around and private garden of the hotel! Breakfasts were delicious and abundant. Very friendly staff, the hotel is well renovated and the view is up on the hill with that stunning feeling that you are living alone in the jungle forest. And try their homemade banana pancakes for the breakfast!

Humidity. But actually it’s not a big deal as you are living on the island in the tropical rainforest and the staff do their best to solve it (they offer you an air dryer)

Incredible stay at Angsoka Bungalow - exactly what we were looking for in Ubud - incredible place in the middle of the jungle ( 5 mins car ride from Ubud city centre which wouldn't recommend staying in) . One of the highlights was Putu's & Nyoman hospitality and how he helped with everything with our whole stay in Bali - would no doubt recommend to anyone!

In the middle of the nature, very beautiful and comfortable.

Friendly and caring staff genuinely helping and supporting with anything you ask. The place was clean and nicely designed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Peaceful nature surroundings and sounds at night which put you to deep sleep. Breakfast was amazing, I tried the waffle and pancake from the menu and I enjoyed them! The family also help with shuttle services to Ubud centre with flexible schedule. I enjoyed my stay here.
