Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met onze drie kinderen van 6, 3 en 1. Het appartement ziet er knus en gezellig uit. Deze tijd van het jaar was het niet heel warm dus we hebben niet veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenruimtes i.v.m. het weer, maar het waren fijne ruimtes. Er was een campingbedje aanwezig voor de jongste. Voldoende schone lakens, handdoeken, strandlakens etc en opbergruimte voor onze kleding. I.v.m. onze kleine kinderen stofzuig ik graag regelmatig. De stofzuiger in het appartement was oud en zoog niet goed, maar de gastvrouw zorgde heel gauw voor een nieuwe. Heel fijn. Verder was alles aanwezig in het appartement voor een goed verblijf. Mochten wij terugkeren in de zomer, maken we graag gebruik van het zwembad. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, maar het was niet storend voor ons. Supermarkt, apotheek, winkels en het belangrijkste....het strand zijn op loopafstand. Veel restaurants in de omgeving.

O apartamento é muito agradável e está equipado com todos os equipamentos como descrito. A anfitriã (D. Helena) é muito disponível e simpática. A localização é bastante boa, próxima das praias e de comércio, porém estando localizada numa rua principal torna-se um pouco barulhenta logo pela manhã. No entanto, aconselho vivamente esta propriedade para passar uns bons dias de descanso perto da praia e com acesso fácil a Almada e a Lisboa.

This is our second time in Costa de Caparica, and first time using HomeAway. Was an excellent choice for our family. The place is very close to the bus stop in case you want to visit the city. Also a 5 min walk to the Auchan and a nice walking distance to the beach. My 5 yo was delighted to have a TV with all his favourite shows. :) For the baby, we had all that was needed (cot, the high chair ) . Helena, has been a great host. Very responsive to all our questions, and also very helpful.

Lugar muito aconchegante, lindo!! Eu e minha família nós sentimos em casa. Helena muito prestativa e sempre que precisamos nos ajudou com um belo sorriso no rosto. Com certeza recomendarei ela com 1000 estrelas. Fora o bairro que é bem perto da praia e ótimo acesso a outros lugares. Praia da Costa é linda!¡!!!

De gastvrouw is reuze aardig en hulpvaardig en reageert zeer snel bij een WhatsApp-bericht. De woning is gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle benodigde spullen. Op de slaapkamers is niet veel te merken van het lawaai aan de voorkant van het huis. Na enkele dagen Lissabon te hebben bezocht, kan men vanuit deze vakantiewoning de heerlijke standen bezoeken die in de nabijheid liggen. Het busstation is ideaal gelegen achter de woning. Echt minpunt: de matrassen zijn niet comfortabel en zouden vervangen moeten worden.

Over we had a fabulous stay, walking distance to restaurants, markets and never ending beaches. Easy to get to Lisbon by a 22 minute ferry ride. Fabulous host, if they ever decide to travel to Victoria BC Canada we would love to see them again.

Schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen , Nette Gastgeberin, Strand und Supermärkte alle fußläufig locker zu erreichen, am besten hat man vor Ort aber ein Mietauto um flexibel zu sein ( nach Lissabon hin und zurück geht aber auch mit Bus )

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement a tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien.

Un beau séjour pour nous au Portugal, malgré un temps incertain, nous avons pas mal visité : Sintra, Cascais, Setubal, aquarium et téléphérique de Lisbonne.... Et profité de la plage lors du beau temps. Les commerces proche du logement sont très pratique, avec de larges horaires. Hélène nous à très bien accueilli malgré notre large retard. Merci encore pour cet accueil et votre gentillesse a notre égard. Hélène à répondu a chacune de nos demandes rapidement. A refaire, des que nous le pourrons. Séverine, Fabien, Mario, Audrey et Chloé

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr gekümmert. Nur für zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder etwas klein. Und einziges Manko: Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und die Fenster sind nicht gerade Schalldicht!

Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet u. sehr sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus u. sind sehr nett. Das einzige unangenehme. Der Balkon liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße u. es ist sehr laut

Very nice and cosy flat. Perfect opportunity to combine a beach and city trip. Only two minutes walk to the beach. There is also a nice pool which you can use but have to share with the hosts. The hosts are very adorable and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Hey guys, if you are looking for a very nice, good situated and good value flat then you make a good choice with this accommodation. The flat has everything you need! For us it was very comfortable that even an umbrella for the beach, salt, pepper, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash etc. was already existing. So we didn't have to buy every little thing and if you travel with small luggage it is great to have those things already available. For some groceries you have a little supermarket just around the corner (5 minute walk) and the beach is pretty close as well. If you plan to go on a trip to Lissabon you will find the bus station directly behind the house. The bus drives all the way to the city and you don't have to change the bus. It takes you about 30 minutes to get there - depending on the traffic - one way cost about Euro 3,30. Helena is a very friendly person and helps out every time if you need her. They have a little pool in the backyard and offers us to use the pool as well. There are just two little little little things I would like to mention. The bed was a little bit to hard for us but we used the blankets from the other bedroom to lay on ;-). The other point ist, that the flat is situated on a bigger street so it might be sometimes noisy. This wasn't so annoying to us because we were out all day and for the nights we had some earplugs. For us these two thing weren't really mentionable but maybe other people are more sensible. For us it was important that the flat is close to the beach, equipped with a washing machine, a balcony, a good price ;-) and a good connection to get to Lissabon. Apartment has potential to be very nice and the owner Helena was very friendly however I felt the apartment could have been cleaner, utensils in the kitchen were dirty and thick with grease, I basically had to clean the whole kitchen before using it and the beds in the twin room are horrible, rock hard, like sleeping on a rock hard floor. Location of the apartment is good, everything with walking distance. Like I said owners great and apartment has great potential but unfortunately the standard of cleaning was poor and the beds were the worse beds I have ever experience and after a long day exploring the city you need a good nights sleep which was impossible in their beds.

We stayed one week in the apartment and we had a very nice holiday. Helena and her husband are super friendly and the house has a perfect location. We were 2 adults and 3 children and that was fine. We would definitely like to come back. /Mads (from Denmark)

It is located a short walk from the beach and bars/restaurant's so was perfect for surfing during the day and eating out in the evening, there is also a bus terminal close by which is perfect for getting into Lisbon.The owners Helena and her husband who are really nice people stay in the apartment below during the holidays and although are very discreet are also more than happy to answer any questions and offer any help if needed, one of the evenings during our stay we used the bbq at the rear of the apartment and also used the small pool to cool off on occasions during our stay, I had no problems booking the property I secured with a deposit then the remaining balance on arrival and dealt with Helena the owner when doing this through HomeAway, we had a perfect stay here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. we would defiantly stay here again if we come back to Portugal

We, a family with 2 kids, lived in this apartment for 2 weeks in July 2015. Everything was absolutely nice. The hires, Helena and Carlos, are very nice people and helped us always if we needed something. The flat is very nice furnished and includes everything you need for your holiday (umbrella for the the beach included and etc.). In the kitchen you have everything you need as described in the insertion. In July we had the advantage to breakfast and to dinner on the balcony - we loved this. In summary we can absolutely recommend to rent this flat - you will love it. In our next vacation in Portugal we will only rent this apartment. Harald and family from cologne, Germany. As our previous stay, everything was perfect! You really cannot ask for better owners. Helena and Carlos are two of the nicest people you will meet and very helpful. We stayed with another couple (so there were 4 of us), once again for a month. The apartment is just as described and pictured, it is very comfortable. The location is perfect, walk to the beach and town. It has everything you need right at your finger tips. I really can't say enough nice things about it. I highly recommend it for your next holiday in Portugal. Remember, staying here you are just a beautiful ferry ride away from Lisbon and all of it's splendor. But it's nice to go back to the beach at the end of your day...

I was with my family in this lovely apartment in July. The photos that appear on the site are so true that when I arrived I felt like I was already there. The house is about m.200 from the very nice beach of Costa de Caparica, there is a beautiful parquet floor, which is very unusual for a beach house, is furnished very well cared for in every detail, friendly, bright and fresh even without air conditioning. It has two fully functioning wifi connections. The hosts live in the apartment below, but their presence is very discreet. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and a bag of coffee. Really nice, this is the first time I've ever such a thing. Very hospitable.
