We really enjoyed our stay! The second bedroom with two bunk bed sets was perfect for our family of four. Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient with groceries and pool access. We hope this unit is available next year!

Great location on the beachside in Seacrest, centrally located to everything. The weather and the beach were perfect during our stay. I would love to say that the pool was nice but it was closed for scheduled maintenance during our stay. This information should have been disclosed, one of the main reasons I booked this property was to have access to a pool. The unit is badly in need of a deep cleaning. I understand the turn time is short between rentals but I don't think that's an excuse not to properly clean. The carpet is stained throughout and it was visibly dirty on most surfaces. It makes it hard to have a comfortable stay when you can see dirt everywhere. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the microwave.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The location was great - easy access to everything. The amenities were perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. The first level location was also so convenient to the pool. It was also nice to have two beach chairs included and that once you check in with them they set it up daily for you! We can’t wait to come back.

The owner was a gem to work with. Very informative, friendly, and quick to respond. The unit was the nicest we have stayed in so far at this resort. It is well stocked, very clean and the super comfortable.

Loved the location. It was very easy to communicate with owner and get questions answered. My only criticism was the cleanliness upon check in. I know turn around time on the homes and condos is a very short window. However, neither bathroom toilet under the seat was cleaned! Gross! Our housekeeper did fix the issue, but still gross. There were also dead bugs that had not been vacuumed by the sliding glass door, a bit out of sight so I can maybe give a small pass on that.

Great property. Owner very responsive and attentive. Short walk to the beach and the pool is out the back door! We would definitely stay there again!

We just returned from our trip, and had a wonderful time! The property was great - pool was amazing (and has a 6 foot deep section - rare these days!), beach was perfect as always! Having the on site restaurant was very convenient, as was having two beach chairs + umbrella included in our stay! The individual unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was VERY conveniently located, especially if you have kids! It was a straight shot from the front lobby area to the condo, and you could walk from the patio straight to the pool. Even going out the front door was super close and convenient to the pool; and the beach access. The location of High Pointe is SO convenient - there are places to eat/shop just across the street, and tons more just a super short and easy stroll down to Rosemary. In short, this is our new favorite place on the beach, and we’ll definitely be back!

The property was decent, the condo that we stayed in specifically had sand in the bunk beds when we arrived. The condo owner was completely unprofessional, unstable, and threatening when he said that I should be SHOT when I was accused of damaging a piece of trim in the bathroom. Under no circumstance should the property owner have treated or spoken to me in such a deplorable way. He frightened me and my two children. Disheartening end to our vacation. Beware

We have stayed here many times. We love the location and the ownership. Always a great host. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful condo in the perfect location in Rosemary.

Will definitely stay here again! Everything was clean, first floor Location is nice, just a few steps to the beach, pool, and restaurants. The umbrella and two beach chairs is the icing on the cake.

Condo is located in a prime spot on 30a/ Seacrest beach right next to Rosemary. First floor unit made it easy access for pool and walking to beach with a child. Michael was a great host who communicated easily/ quickly with our questions. Really loved that 2 chairs came with this unit for easy beach use. Crabby Steve’s was a nice bonus for wonderful seafood and drinks. Renting in High Pointe with friends in other units was the perfect beach vacation!

The Good: High Pointe is in an excellent location, with an awesome pool and beautiful beach! Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The fact that two beach chairs were included with the rental was really nice. The condo was plenty big for our family of 3 and we were comfortable. The Bad: The condo itself is in need of a good “top-to-bottom” cleaning and some TLC. All of the wall decor was covered in a thick layer of dust, the bathroom adjoined to the second bedroom had splatter marks all over the door and wall (yuck). Neither tub “stopper” worked so we had to stuff a wash cloth around the drain to give our daughter a bath (she’s 2). Also - under the two bottom beds of the “bunk-beds” are a stack of paver stones for support - no wonder those mattresses felt rock hard - literally a pile of stones under each mattress!! I understand it’s not in control of the property owner but the unit above is undergoing demo/remodeling so it was unbearably loud for two days. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except our daughter naps during the day. Something we will consider when renting condos for vacation in the future! Also outside of the owners control, but on our last day the pool broke and was closed, as nearly all the water drained from it overnight, which was a bummer. All in all, we had a very nice vacation and we enjoyed our time. We were just disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo and think a little TLC would go a long way.

This was the BEST location and setup of all the areas we’ve been on 30A. It’s on the Oceanside, which is great. Front row beach chairs and an umbrella were included saving tons of time and travel space. Even though High Pointe is an older complex, this unit was clean and maintained. It’s right across the street (less than 3 minute walk) to Peddlers Pavilion with food, treats, Starbucks, shopping, and live music every night. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great time in this unit! We’ve stayed across the street in Seacrest for many years. This is the first time staying beach side. It was so convenient to the beach and everything else we love about the area! The private beach behind High Pointe is priceless in this area! So nice to sit in our provided chairs without worry of overcrowding. Look to the left (Rosemary) and to the right (Seacrest) and you see a completely different situation. It was glorious. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean and the master bed was so comfortable! We loved being on the ground floor and steps from the pool and Crabby Steve’s! Thanks, Michael! We’ll definitely be back! Maybe three weeks next time ;)

This was a great place to stay and convenient to the parking lot; clean and well maintained!

My wife, 2 kids, and I loved our stay and will definitely be back. The pool, easy beach access, on site restaurant (Crabby Steve’s) and location were all awesome. The only things that prevented the stay from being perfect were lack of utensils (no tablespoon or scissors), a very confusing lighting system , and a very cheap single roll of paper towels and toilet paper that felt like newspaper. All in all though, we loved it.

Great location! You can park your car and ride bikes or walk to several restaurants, shops, etc. Micheal was very quick at responding to questions we had before and during our stay! Kids loved the pool, hot tub & Crabby Steve’s!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Exactly as described, clean, comfortable, felt like home... and I don’t usually feel that way on vacation. Perfect location to pool, beach and so close to beautiful Seacrest and Rosemary outdoor areas. We will definitely be back. :)

My husband and I stayed with our daughter for spring break week and had many families we knew staying in the same complex. The condo was decorated nicely but overall was very dark unless all the blinds were wide open. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and met all of our needs as far as kitchen utensils and cookware. We love the location- it’s a very easy walk to the beach and pool. The convenience of crabby Steve’s bar and restaurant is a bonus as well as the restaurants and shops just across 30A and into Rosemary. Having a first floor unit made it very easy to come and go quicklyOverall we were very pleased with the condo and would rent again if we return to the area!

Very clean and large condo for the whole family. I love the 1st floor location with easy access to the pool and beach. Owner was easy to work with. Proximity to Rosemary is ideal. The condo complex has a very nice pool which is very clean. The restaurant on premise on the beach is very good and convenient. We will stay here again!
