Beaytifull Villa, proper and clean en very well-maintained. Many large rooms. Safe parking for three cars. Beautifull view on Lipno Lake. Children love to play in the garden. Theowners (and 'mum) provide an excellent customer service. Very correct, aspecial the final reckoning. The facilities in this time of year in the village are modest. The service in the village also, incluse the restaurants. Very little people speak something else than czechish lanquage.However Czeske Krumlov is beautifull. We stayed at Villa Victoria on August 2008 and we think it´s an excellent option for holidays accommodation. Its estrategic location allows you to make short travels either to Czech republic also to Austria or Eslovaquia. The Villa is of recent construction, huge and very comfortable. You can also enjoy the lake and a private swimming-pool, which are near the house. Both, the people who care of the house and the owners are available if you experience any problem. The only dificulty was that we couldn´t use the washing-machine because it was located on a locked part of the house, so if you want tu use it, tell Victoria before finishing the reservation.

We have enjoyed our holidays very much and especially your house. Every second year me and my family travel together and we have never before had such a nice and perfect house. The youngest girl – nine years old - said when she entered the living room: I have never before visited such a big and beautiful house! I hope that you in the future will get very nice visitors, to your perfect house.

Honestly can't think of enough GOOD things to say about our stay here. We were a large party varying in ages from 5 to 55 and we booked the whole house for February Half Term. The owners were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, such as travel details, car hire, skiing bookings etc. The house is FANTASTICALLY SPACIOUS, LUXURIOUS and PRACTICAL with AMAZING VIEWS of the LAKE. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge, (all the bedrooms are of equal size and the beds are very comfortable), the living room and kitchen are enormous and very well equipped, with a wonderful central fireplace, and a dinning table that we could all sit round. The house is SUPER CLEAN and with everything being newly fitted quiet frankly GORGEOUS!!. The SITUATION is PERFECT. The ski slopes, lake, swimming pool, shops, woodland walks, restaurants and bars can all be reached easily on foot within 10 minuets. The skiing is good and cheap and the instructors are excellent with both adults and kids. The food is good and great value for money. Further afield we visited the UNESCO World Heritage site Cesky Krumlov which is truly amazing and well worth a visit. We can honestly Highly Recommend a stay here its both LUXURIOUS and Practical and CAN'T WAIT until our next visit!!! Thank You...

I can highly recommend this beautiful villa with amazing views and a warm, friendly feel. I decided to do something different for the New Year celebrations and this proved to be a perfect choice. By day we chose to take to the slopes where we could not have asked for a better service. Equipment and lessons were provided if you are a novice such as myself. It takes around ten minutes to walk to the beautiful lipno lake where you can find a few nice bars, restaurants and sports facilities. The villa is surrounded by small villages with a lot of history and character which is perfect for day or night ventures. I would say that this little hide away is well worth a visit and I will be back this year…
