We just returned from our trip to the Umbrian region and our stay at Il Casale was amazing. The villa was authentic Italy! The grounds and exterior of the villa were incredible and the views spectacular - more than we could have even imagined! This villa is enormous, we had 14 people stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The interior is beautiful - lots of marble, brick and tile - and is really well maintained. The gourmet kitchen is incredible, there are lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 washers and dryers - everything you need is readily available in the villa. The infinity pool was also incredible - super clean and with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley in the region. And lots of poolside chairs and umbrellas available for relaxing poolside. Also, communication prior to and during our stay with the owner and the caretaker was great. We also were provided lots of recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. Be sure to use the local women who will come to the villa to prepare meals for you - wonderful women and incredible food! We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an authentic Italian villa with incredible views of the Umbrian region!

This was an amazing house to stay with our family for two weeks. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. We have several chefs in the family and they made great use of the fully stocked kitchen and the outside pizza oven. There are several places outside where people can sit and gather. The pool was fabulous and definitely needed it was very hot when we were there. There are a lot of towns in the area that are worth a visit.

Our extended family of 15, kids, grown-ups, and grandparents, has truly enjoyed this beautiful house and garden. Private and peaceful. Well equipped and comfortable.
