The desk staff were friendly, other than the man who dealt with our arrival - see below.

There is a problem with the co-ordination between the hotel and it's central organisation. Pre-payment deposit was required, and acknowledgement of this took quite an exchange of emails. One of our friends had to find another hotel, because the hotel didn't have proof of his payment to the central organisation.

Just the bed , it was sleepable.

The bathroom was mouldy and after a shower the whole floor is wet. The windows were dusty , could not draw the curtain to allow natural sunlight in , the staff are not in uniform and the night manager rudely asked me my room number , as a solo traveller I refused to give him. He got rude about it until I asked him to verify that he works for the hotel. The night security rang my door bell early morning just saying 1003 , I was confused what he wanted. I didn't feel very safe in the location too.

Although breakfast was included in my iteanrry i was refused, in all my stay days. No kitchen in hotel. No mobile connection inside room, above it hotel wifi connection was hopeless. Room was stuffy- no proper ventilation. At New Delhi chilly weather - hot water comes at definite times of day—7 am to 9 am, & same in evening. The hotel has a different customer care outside the hotel- who is very unresponsive. I wanted to cut short my stay by one day prior information a day ahead- they refused - saying i need to pay the whole amount. I demand refund of the breakfast amount.

Location is perfect. Room is excellent size Staff was good and cleanliness .

Could not switch off lights of the room. Couldn’t find a staff who can help
