Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable. Will look to book again soon! Thanks.

This was the perfect place for us, an easy walk to coffee shops, a little market, and the beach! We enjoyed dinner at the Custom House and Fat Cat’s. There is a step down from the garage entry that one should be mindful of. We didn’t use the outside seating areas, but they were very inviting and just as pictured. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

The home itself is nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed, having a kitchen while vacationing is a must for a large family if you don't want to eat out three meals a day for five days!!
The location was quiet but close to local restaurants and shops, everything was walking distance.
Gas & groceries were further away, but google maps and having a plan makes this easy to deal with.
Communication with Seven Sisters was outstanding, from the first contact when booking to the time leading up to our arrival to checkout on our final day. Terri was quick to respond and nothing was left out regarding what we needed to know about our stay.

The condo is super clean, updated, and has nearly everything you need.
Only critique - the instructions for entry are not 100% accurate - wrong location listed for keypad and it should have said to enter garage before using door code.
The kitchen is a little cramped for space due to the fridge being too large for the space and the door opens the wrong way.
All in all - great value for the money.

It has a beach theme decor and many special touches. There is a lovely patio with fireplace off the master bedroom and a balcony off the great room complete with barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful ocean themed dishes, glassware and utensils, stainless steel pots and pans and even baking supplies! There is a gas fireplace in the great room for cool nights. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have on vacation. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing at night with a glass of wine!
The location is perfect for a beach vacation or as a home base to explore the Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country. It is 2 short blocks to the ocean and the quaint main street of Avila Beach with cute shops, wine tasting and nice restaurants. Breakfast outside at Custom House watching the ocean is amazing! You can walk along the ocean out to Port San Luis and be entertained by seals, otters and pelicans, rent a kayak or go fishing or whale watching. Across the street you can play 18 holes of golf and explore the Bob Jones Trail. Incredible! All this within walking distance!
The management company for this rental is very organized and attentive. There was even coffee and fabulous banana bread waiting for us!
We had a great time in Avila and will definitely stay at this property again!
