I love this beach. The room was not very clean, the towels were still dirty and there was sand in the beds. But the room was nice and we would stay here again!

You couldn't ask for a better beach location. Literally steps from the beach. Kind of an older building, but clean. There could be some easy things fixed, like the towel rod in one of the bathrooms falling off of the wall. The toilets stopped flushing the day we got there, but someone came out and fixed it very quickly. Parking is a nightmare, but I don't really think there is anything that can be done about that. It seems like every condo on this street would have the same problem. We were aware of this before we came. Pool is nice, with clean bathrooms. Shower station is right inside the gate to the beach, and when you enter the pool area. With this property, you're really paying for location. We were able to walk to putt putt and dinner very easily. (Salt Rock Grille is fire).We would definitely stay again.

While the property was perfect at a glance with cleanliness, location, and beach access, there were too many issues for us to be able to give a 5-star rating. At no fault to the owner, the water was off delaying check in after driving for 2 days, the dryer needs fixed as it took 2 hours to dry a load, we had to constantly fill the toilet to flush them, the dishwasher didn’t wash well (thinking water issue caused this) then, on our last day, we had no water again! Brushing your teeth with bottles water, now being able to shower or flush toilets did not sit well with any of us. We were on vacation!!! I asked the owner if there was any type of compensation for this and I’ve had no response. She got our money and apparently not concerned with our aggravations. We love Indian Shores but will probably look for a different location to rent.

We loved our stay at this place. It was so close to the beach and we saw dolphins out the window! I wish there had been extra blankets in the room. We had 7 women, all with different body temperatures, so extra blankets would have been helpful

You can’t get a better location to stay at! Beautiful ocean front condo with plenty of room for everyone. The owner even let us check in early because we had to leave Orlando early due to a Hurricane!! The condo is nicely stocked with kitchen stuff and towels. The only downside, and this is no fault of the owner, is that the place wasn’t super clean; we found 2 bugs (maybe cockroaches??) in each bathroom, and there was hair from the previous people on one of the bathroom walls.

My friends and I enjoyed four nights in Indian Shores. This condo on the Gulf was PERFECT! We had coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the birds and dolphin, and we watched the gorgeous sunsets each night over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Gulf Blvd. had many restaurants where we enjoyed local seafood. The sand was soft, the water comfortable and the pool relaxing. I would definitely come back!

There was no communication after hurricane Ian hit. Contacted the lady multiple times a week prior to when the hurricane was just starting. She didn’t respond to tell us she was evacuating for the hurricane until I told her we couldn’t keep our flights and they were all cancelled to Tampa. She then proceeded to respond on the day of trip to tell us it’s perfect conditions there meanwhile the whole property and area was in shambles from the hurricane. Very very disappointing. Still trying to get in touch with them about other dates or a refund and no response.

The only great thing about this place is the location and view of the ocean. The place is outdated and not clean! I did try to come 2 hours early to put stuff in the refrigerator (only form of communication is email) because our flight was changed and we were trying to kill time. I would not recommend asking for an early arrival. The cleaners were not there until after 3pm and check is already late at 4pm. They rushed and were not done by 4pm. I took pictures of everything to have proof because the rental agency will not stand with the customer. Only after I complained about the cleaning and had settled in did they offer to come back and clean the next day. I found chips and other stuff including used band-aids on the floor. Handprints on the walls and they even admitted to not changing the comforters after every guest! They did have dishes, trash bags, dishwashing tablets, and laundry detergent. A few beach chairs were broken but were available. Glad I came to experience Indian Shores but will not stay here again.

Very nice appointed condo eight on the beach. 3/2 Clean and spacious

This condo is very big and was perfect for my family of 8. We enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood that has a coffee shop and a beach bar within walking distance. The sand was white, water was clear and the views from the balcony were spectacular. This condo provided beach towels, chairs, toys, floaties and for $35 you can rent a cabana on the beach. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time! Check in and out was very easy. Parking is hard to get if you have two cars because you get one spot for your condo and the other is guest parking. There are only about 6 spots for all guests. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and we had a great experience!

Space adequate. Needs upgrading.! Needed more thorough cleaning. Security personnel during July 4 weekend was great. Overall being there with family and enough space to accommodate was the most important.

The process was very smooth with the host and check in was earlier than expected. But when we first arrived, the countertops were very sticky and had cup rings on them. The carpet was visibly dirty, not vacuumed at all. The sheets had hair on them and one of the beds had brown marks on it. I contacted the host and she sent another person to come clean again. Throughout the week we found things left behind…pacifier, candy wrappers, shoes…but other than that, the condo was what we expected. The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful.

The condo is a great size but a huge issue is parking, there is only ine parking spot but the condo can sleep 8 people. I dont know how that maths out but there is definitely more then ine card needed for 8 people so if you mad out the condo be prepared to fight for another parking spot. We had to play the parking game when one of us wanted to leave to make sure we had a spot when we got back if you werent parked in the single spot provided. Other things that needed fixed are the bathroom lights the covers were broke. But if you want a great beach and dont care about a few issues with the condo this is an amazing beach VERY family oriented and i loved being able to just spend the entire day in the water then walk upstairs and have a stunning view from the massive balcony. All in all id stay here again for sure but definitely a few things need to be upgraded.

We were looking for a low key leisure, family friendly beach front property. This was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (13-10 years old).

Great stay, accommodated are family size well! Some recommendations would be carpet needed a better cleaning and bathroom light fixture needs to be replaced. Beautiful view from balcony!!!!!

4 of us stayed here. When we arrived at 5 the room was not clean. The owner responded quickly to correct the situation. Once the room was cleaned we were able to return. The balcony door is very hard to push open and closed. We were also given the wrong pool/bathroom code and later found the correct code from another resident.

Condo was excellent for the 7 of us with plenty of room for everyone. The heated pool and being directly on the Beach was a selling point for us. Easy to get to Clearwater and St Pete from location.

We took our daughter and grandkids to this comfortable condo for Spring break. The 5 kids ages 16 to 8 really enjoyed boogie boarding in the waves and the heated pool. We also really enjoyed walking the beach collecting seashells. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our visit. I would definitely return in the future!

Easy to rent. Kitchen could use more supplies. Beds and linens were nice.
