Have been staying at pinnacle Port for over 17 years and this condo is on of my favorites! I’m lucky when I can book it! It goes fast…

A totally stress free experience. This was my 5th time staying at Pinnacle Port and by far this was the best condo of them all.

Everything about this condo was fabulous. The location is perfect, facing right out toward the beach where you can relax to the sound of ocean waves. The kitchen is wonderful, especially since we enjoyed buying local fresh catch seafood and making dinner at the condo. Would love to come back to stay again! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We had an amazing time and everything we needed was in this unit! The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, and I have a Sleep Number at home. Communication was excellent! We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

This is a top quality condo, a very high end kitchen and eating area, very nice furnishing thru out, a great balcony, an average view, very convenient beach access and beach to car, had a good time fishing there and at a nearby peer, used both nice pools a lot. it was an easy commute to shopping and attractions, grocery and pharmacy just out side the gate, the area seemed quite and friendly, a noticeable security presence, I will definitely recommend for a great week at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Description of rental was spot on plus more. Communication with owner was great. She answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a return trip and staying in this condo never disappoints. It is always super clean and updated. We enjoy being just steps from the beach. Laurie was easy to work with and always prompt to respond. Looking forward to coming back. Linda C

The owners represent their property very well in this listing. We enjoyed our vacation. Very easy beach access. Very nice furnishings, appliances, televisions, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous water pressure in the showers, and comfy beds! Having your own laundry room is a plus too!

We stayed January thru March and had a wonderful winter. The Condo is very comfortable with a beautiful updated interior. We love Pinnacle Port and are looking forward to our return next year.

Our stay for the month of October 2016 was just great. The condo is beautiful and contained all the essentials we needed. The location and view are the absolute best. The condo owners are great to work with.

This condo is amazing! We will be repeat bookers! The location to the beach was just steps away. The condo was beautifully decorated and the amenities were wonderful. Location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Two grocery stores and a pharmacy were just blocks away. Panama City Beach attractions were far enough away that there was no traffic to fight, yet close enough to get to if our family wanted to play miniature golf or ride go carts. Many restaurants were nearby. I will be recommending this vacation getaway!

From the moment you walk in the condo you feel at home. The condo has been renovated and everything is high end quality. I loved getting up in the morning and cooking breakfast while watching the ocean. This condo is located at the end of the complex and is very quiet. I will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Pinnacle Port. We have stayed several times in the cottages that are on the same grounds. The room was very nice and we loved the big kitchen. The 2nd floor was great and the view of the ocean was relaxing. The condo was clean and stocked well. The one thing that I would caution all future guest, is to make sure all belongings are inside the unit. We left a wagon filled with children's swim vest, goggles, etc , at the door "cove area", which was a perfect fit. The following morning we discovered that it had been stolen. We left it there so there would be less sand inside the condo, however, thieves don't care what your intentions are as long as they are taking valuables. When we reported it, we were told this is a common thing with bikes, boat gasoline, along with other items being taken regularly. So just a word of caution to others, make sure you bring all items inside for safe keeping. While they may have taken our new items, one thing that could not be taken is the joy we had and the memories made for another summer vacation with our family.

The condo was wonderful! The views from both the living room and master bedroom were fabulous! It was cool enough at night that we left the windows open and slept to the ocean waves...it doesn't get any better. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. We loved the property!

We were surprised at the lack of closet space. Also, floors were very dirty. Took us 4 swifter wet mop clothes to get floors clean.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home on the beach!! It was absolutely gorgeous! Your remodeling was perfect! The condo, balcony, and beach were all great! The only problem we had , me & the husband had, was the mattress in the master . It was not comfortable for either of us. But other than that had a great time ! Thank you again!
