We really liked the apartment. Ludovico and Maria-Antoinette are very attentive to details and are very helpful about location and services around. The accommodation is very well organized, functional and well thought. We also liked neighborhood - it was very calm and relaxing. We would come back here at our next vacation to Italy. Highly recommended.

The equipment of the apartment is very good: the furniture is in good condition and very well adapted to the needs of the guests, in each bedroom there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and there is an extra chair that I liked to use as a valet for my things. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. The bathroom is also very well equipped. Summa summarum: one feels like at home. The hosts are very friendly, gave us valuable tips for the vacation season and were always available by phone or whatsap. The beaches (private and free beaches) are five minutes away by car. There is a lot of parking (for a fee). The visit to Villa Puccini was very interesting and impressive for us. The opportunity should definitely be taken.

Check-in and check-out were very friendly, unproblematic and professional. The coordination ran from the day of arrival via Wh.App - later questions were answered promptly. Everything was top. We found the photos of our complete identity cards negative - the data is sensitive and should not be handed over (digitally) like this! The pictures and the description on fewo correspond to the property. However, the windows (white) were newer. The insect protection (brown) was functional and ok and will be renewed soon according to the provider. Shutters protect from the sun. The car park is secured with a barrier and we were able to park there (backwards) with our borrowed Mercedes Vito Tourer. From the kitchen equipment, there was almost everything necessary. The property is well located. Cheapest (and good) pizza and ice cream shop near the traffic circel (to the beach), as well as a bakery (mini-market). Supermarket and train station (10-15min) also within walking distance. Free public beach and some to-pay-beachbaths however rather by car (30min walk) - free parking (5min to beach) usually available end of May!

Great location between sea and lake. Friendly landlord and neighbors. Lots of barking dogs in neighborhood!

Dear Ludovico and family, we had a great time here and we enjoyed staying here. The beach was great and the night life in Viareggio too. We were often in Viareggio and we visited Lucca, it's a very pretty and old town. Many thanks and best wishes
