Our stay in the apartment was great. Very comfortable. Good location. Awesome patio/balcony. Would recommend. Host and property manager were friendly and easy to communicate with.

The location was great, near Pile Gate and steps from the Old Town! We loved the patio area which was our go to afternoon place to relax with a glass of wine after sightseeing! The washing machine was an added bonus! Our hosts were very responsive to any requests and highly recommend:) Debbie, Bruce, Sandi and Bob

We wish we could give this more than 5 stars! I stayed in the Solei apartment with my parents (75 years old) and two children (9 and 11) during a visit to Dubrovnik in mid-April and found it to be the perfect place from which to explore the old city. The hosts were lovely, the accommodation beautiful, quiet and spotless. As others have noted, the large balcony/patio gives you one of the best views you will find in the entire city! It's just outside the city walls, so you can escape from the masses of tourists to the serenity of the house & its beautiful gardens.

Our experience was extraordinary. My daughter became Ill with food poisoning and our hosts helped in every way imaginable. Fortunately, she recovered quickly. The location quite near the walled city is optimal.

We were greeted like family. Had a cold drink and chatted on the veranda. The apartment is one to the old Town and easy to access.

Lidia’s property was the perfect spot for our stay in Dubrovnik! Short walking distance to the old city, beautiful view from the terrace when you return from a day out. The property was very clean and contained everything we needed. They were even kind enough to allow us to stay a little bit longer before checking out as one of our family members woke up not feeling too well. Would definitely return, thank you again!

It felt very private in such a central location. Our favorite part was the terrace. Such amazing views of the city. Really appreciated the washing machine as well.

Other than the hill, and stairs, spectacular views!

We loved our time on the patio and the incredible views! Apartment was clean, well supplied and a perfect location. Lidia arraigned our transportation to and from the airport and Nick was very helpful with directions. Thanks for sharing beautiful Dubrovnik and your home with us.

Our stay in Dubrovnik exceeded our expectations. Niksa's apartment was spectacular, especially the private terrace overlooking the Old City and the Adriatic Sea. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Access to the waterfront and Old City was no problem. Check in was equally easy. We had arranged airport pick up through the property manager. As cars are not allowed right in front of the apartment, Niksa met us and guided us to his house and our apartment. Niksa also arranged a site-seeing tour and dinner at a traditional Croatian restaurant. All this really made our visit memorable and one we would like to repeat in the future.

Everything about our experience at this apartment was outstanding, right down to the grappa. Nick greeted us at the apartment and give us an explanation of everything we needed to know. The apartment is well appointed, spacious with our daily amenities you would need such as shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc. The views from the terrace are amazing with plenty of seating. The walk from the apartment down to the city involves quite a few steps, so be aware. This apartment was the highlight of our trip and we would recommend it to anybody.

Great spot. Just outside walls. Steps not a problem. Clean. Transfers good to airport. There are 2 bedrooms,the main also is the common area which might be an issue but deck is really the common area. Was a little cold when we were there and was just us two. Great for a family of 4. Clean , well stocked. Great to miss the crowds in evening or morning.

This is a wonderful apartment, in a beautiful city, with an astonishing view of the old city and the Adriatic. Nick is a most welcoming person and the apartment has everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The extra large windows in the big bedroom overlooking the sea and the old town were wonderful , then the icing on the cake was the beautiful seating area outside, it couldn’t have been better, a few steps down the cobbled paths and your in the old city. This property was an amazing find and much appreciated, we would definitely like to come back again and I would recommend it to anyone!! Thank you.

Sometimes the pictures are deceiving, but not at this location. Closer than expected to old town and the apartment was very clean. The grapa was an unexpected surprise. We hope to stay here again

This is a lovely modern apartment in a beautiful old villa in a perfect location not far outside the city wall. The entry hall to the villa retains it's historic character and is a step back in time every time you pass through. The apartment itself has high ceilings, a spacious central hall and large bedrooms that have been thoughtfully updated. The kitchen, while small, has everything you could need while on vacation. The owners have have provided laundry supplies, toiletries, hair dryers, extra linens, etc., etc. What makes this apartment so fantastic, however, is the terrace. It's view of the wall and the sea and the city roofs is absolutely unbeatable. Despite being quite close to the main street outside Pile Gate, it is very quiet; especially in the late afternoon and early evening when you will definitely want to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun turn the city walls and the fort golden. I can't imagine that there is a better vacation apartment in all of Dubrovnik. Go there!
