Had a great 2 week stay at this house! Only two short blocks from the beach. House is clean and inviting. Kids all had a great time and parents enjoyed the roof deck (though a lot of stairs!!) and the big living room at night. Owners were very responsive and timely with a few questions. Definitely recommend.

Our whole family, ages 2-83, enjoyed this house. It was a short walk to a nice beach. It was also not far to the Wawa, restaurants, take out places and stores. The house was clean and updated too. We had a very nice stay.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and very inviting. The kitchen is newly updated and has some great features such as an ice maker and farm sink. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone and the master suite is huge with lots of space to stretch out. The master bath shower is amazing ! At night, the roof top deck was a great place to hang out with family and friends. We all agreed that of all the houses we have rented in Brigantine, this one was by far the best!

Everything about this house is A+ From the communication with the owners to the cleanliness of the house. It is just as it is described. We has a wonderful relaxing stay and would book her again in a heartbeat. It was a great week.

The property is well maintained, pleasantly decorated and the owners are clear and concise with their policies and procedures. We are a military family and appreciate that fact. Our families had a superb experience! We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely book it again..

Nice house just a little bit far from the beach the 2 blocks are like nyc long blocks. But not that bad.

We’ve been going to Brigantine for the past 5 years and this house is the best we’ve stayed in so far! The house was very clean upon arrival. The lay out of the house makes it very easy for big groups and you don’t feel like your cramped! The owner of the property is very easy to get in contact with and answers any questions you may have very quickly!

We had a wonderful experience in Brigantine, and the house was beautiful and luxurious. The only flaw I found was that the decorative compass markings around the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms had E and W reversed! Owner was very responsive and helpful, and we would love to stay again.

Great house, clean and easy communication with homeowner! Few blocks to beach and in quieter residential section but 5 mins away from center of town.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our 2 families had a great time and with 4 adults and 4 children we never felt cramped. I would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone.

This house is absolutely wonderful. The layout is perfect and everything is new and pristine. The kitchen is VERY well stocked (the only thing we needed an weren't provided was a cheese grater). There is a giant ice maker that is SO handy. The beach is a very short walk away - even my 3 year old could handle it twice daily for the week. Spacious living room and couch for all of the people in the house. The outdoor shower was beautiful and brand new, very easy to use. Plenty of parking! A pack and play fits in the master bedroom walk-in closet which is KEY for traveling with an infant! The owner was very communicative and answered any emails very quickly. The rooftop deck was great, as well! The only small complaint is that the floors were VERY sandy when we arrived and other areas of the house were clearly not vacuumed well. There were many long strands of hair in the master bedroom when I arrived and crumbs on the kitchen floor. I'd also like to see the vacuums provided upgraded, because they weren't great for the tile floor. It's somewhat of an inconvenience that sheets and towels are not provided, but I understand this isn't unheard of. Overall, a wonderful house with beautiful new amenities and a wonderful layout in the perfect location.

This house is even more remarkable than the pictures portray. It is so cozy, inviting and the decor is stunning. We had plenty of room to spread out even with 6 kids. So many amenities - loved the covered outdoor shower (including warm and cool water), the sunsets on the rooftop deck, fully loaded kitchen, hooks for EVERYTHING, wine bar/cooler, and so much more. The owners are easy to communicate with, and were very helpful. We absolutely loved our vacation at this home and created lifelong memories!

Perfect property in Brigantine:)

Thought it was closer to the beach, however the location was just perfect. Watched the fireworks from the "tower"!! LOVE the ice maker. The person we rented from could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Great for a big family OR friends traveling with kids. There is only 1 casino that has an arcade for kids (Tropicana). Would loved to stay longer.

My family of 5 (3 small children) stayed at this home for 3 nights for a quick getaway before school started. It exceeded our expectations! The owners thought of every single detail which made our stay amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and located only 2 blocks from the beach. They provided beach passes, chairs, bikes etc. My husband and I spent most nights on the roof deck after the kids went to sleep. Great place for drinks and a nice view. Our family went to Laguna Grill the last night of our stay which was a blast. Very low key place with good drinks and live music. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We wouldn't change a thing about this great house and will definitely be back in the future.

Short walk to a beautiful beach. House was brand new and immaculate!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home is beautifully decorated with open floor plan. My kids probably liked the Sonos sound system best! The ice maker made it very convenient to pack everyday for the beach.

I needed to find a place to accommodate my husband, 2 teenagers and my elderly parents and this lovely home was perfect! I was a little hesitant as this place was more expensive than some of the other properties that I looked at but it was well worth the money! There were only a few steps to get inside, the living area was on the main floor with only 1 step down to the living area and a spacious master suite upstairs. The tile floors look like aged driftwood but are ceramic tile! It was so clean and new inside. We appreciated all the extras like the beach tags, beach chairs, bikes, the separate ice maker for a never ending supply of ice, the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water and the huge capacity washing machine and dryer. Everything was brand new! We ended up cooking quite a bit and everything you could need was provided. I especially appreciated the sharp chef's knife! The weather was not cooperating so we didn't get to spend any time on the rooftop deck but we could see how it would have been a lovely place to relax. Did I mention the outdoor grill was brand new and heated up within minutes. The property is a short walk to the beach. The owner was super responsive to my questions and even let us know that we could check in earlier than we expected. I would love to rent it again.

Beautiful beach vacation spot! Lots of room at the house with 4 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds! Separate wine fridge and ice maker were a great addition. Great spot for a family or friends getaway!!
