This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and it was just as incredible as our first stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished as well as well stocked. Easy access to pool and hot tub. The owner’s communication was clear, concise, timely and helpful. Hope to stay there again next year if we head to Utah.

Super clean! Very good location to get around. Grocery, juice shop and coffee really close. Nice gated community with an incredible view right from your living room. No complaints here. Enjoy:)

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO so much last year, we booked it again this year. It’s updated and very clean. It’s centrally located so it’s a quick drive to all areas of St. George. The pool and spa are less than 100 feet from the front door. I highly recommend this VRBO.

The house was very spacious for our family of 5. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was centered exactly three minutes from a couple of the fields we played at - super convenient. The pool was a little crowded one day when we went to use it - but that's nobody's fault. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay.

This was such a relaxing stay. The property was so quiet and easy to access. I loved the view of the mountains from the front door. Pool was right across the road and perfect on a hot day.

We rented this place for a month and it was spectacular. Clean as a whistle, conveniently located near grocery stores, hiking trails, etc. Views out the windows were wonderful. This was an overall, very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the are.

The owners are top notch!! Extremely responsive and “over-top” accommodating.
We needed an early checkin. Jennifer the owner contacted the on-sight Manager Deron who literally made miracles happen!! Deron personally cleaned the property with his team so that we could check in 8 hrs early!!!
This place is prettier in person than pictures! Tastefully decorated! Very comfy bed. Incredible owner and amazing on-sight manager. We felt like VIPs.
The pool is so warm and the jacuzzi is a close walk to 104 degree bliss! We hope to come back many times again!

This was a very comfortable and very clean place to stay. Nice location with side walks to take a walk, close grocery store and shopping. We stayed for the Tuacahn Broadway series and it was nice to be so close. We will stay here again.

The home is even prettier in person. We were less than 100’ from the pool and spa and the location of the home is perfect to visit all areas of St. George.

House was comfortable, modern, and clean. It had a good location for seeing the sights and was not too far from the main city. We had never traveled to St George and we’re pleasantly impressed by the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home from the start because of the genuine and effective communication with the host and property management! From the cleanliness, interior design to the quality of amenities, it was top notch! The home is beautifully decorated and has a great view from the dining room and kitchen! It has an organized and stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoors surrounding St. George and especially a swim at the pool every day. Thank you, Jennifer and Deron, for a lovely stay!

Quiet retreat type environment. Clean and comfortable. Very nicely appointed. Had everything we needed. … and close to nearby amenities. A deck of cards or board games would be all that I would add.

This property is Uber clean. The pool is lovely. Yes there is road noise sitting outside and during “ rush” hour bit it didn’t bother us at all. The kitchen is well stocked and we will be back!

Inside of the property and the management team were excellent. The properties bedrooms are located right next to a major artery road. The road noise was way too much to sleep comfortably. The management told me about the sound machine in both rooms. It worked for the cars for the most part but, the motorcycles and commercial trucks were too much. They did offer a refund but we had no where to go. Again great place but noisy.

We were traveling for a track meet at snow canyon high school and the location was so convenient! Check in and check out were easy. There are grocery stores and places to eat nearby. The property was clean and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The pool and hot tub were just across the street. It was a little rainy and chilly, but the pool was heated so the kids were still able to enjoy it. Overall we had a great stay

We are repeat customers and have stayed at various units in Lava Falls. This one has updated decor and is very comfortable. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat--close to beautiful hiking in Snow Canyon, theater at Tuachan, convenient to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. We'll be back. Thanks, Jennifer!

Beautiful area. Easy access in a quiet neighborhood. Close to great entertainment and golf courses. The response to our request for the rental was quick and easy. Perfect 4th of July!
Beautiful, clean and spacious home in a great location. Kids had a blast swimming at the pool. The Parade was wonderful and fireworks that night were amazing! Thank you for helping us make fun memories with our family! We loved it so much!
