The pictures and the description are all exactly as the property and actually, when we got there it seemed even better than we were expecting. Best villa we have stayed in; super views and meals/drinks on the verandas are amazing. Very clean everywhere, with all the small items you need for a stay already there. Pool area has many sun beds and a Webber BBQ, fridges upstairs and also by the pool area. Toni was so friendly and helpful and would give advice on anything … and wanted to ensure we had all we needed. Basically, the villa is set up with a great deal of thought … we had a fantastic time with our grown up family and would highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation home. It has everything you need to feel that it is your home in Mallorca. Perfect for traveling with children, as it has many games and toys, crib, baby chair and many television channels and Netflix in German in all rooms. We must also thank the safety barriers for children on the stairs of the villa. The villa has a lot of privacy, since no room is attached to the other and all have their TV in German and their bathroom inside. Perfect to share with another family as it has many living areas. The views are better than in the photos and it has tranquility and sun in the pool throughout the day. It has been a very successful choice for the month of March, since on sunny days we have been able to enjoy the garden with ping pong, badmington, games for children and the pool that was at 30 degrees (thanks Antonio !!), and the days of bad weather, cold and without sun we have enjoyed the spa that is better than any hotel, but only for us. We are looking forward to returning to this villa as soon as possible !!!

Very nice home, well maintained good beds and tv in every room. Restaurants and ports nearby. Stunning view, if you want to visit Mallorca don’t hesitate just book this house you wont regret.

We’ve rented villas in Majorca for about 12 years and this has been our absolute favourite . The villa has the most stunning views , it is clean , well equipped and the outdoor spaces are amazing. We enjoyed the table tennis outside , the spa is amazing too. We were so relaxed we didn’t go out and cooked I n most evenings. Toni is a lovely and very kind man , he was so helpful and kept in touch to see if you were ok or needed anything , without invading your privacy ,this really makes such a difference . We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Many thanks

This villa was absolutely stunning and perfect for our family holiday. Toni had thought of everything before we arrived and as soon as we made the booking he got in touch to see if he could help with anything. While we were at the Villa Toni kept in touch to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything he could do for us, his customer service was excellent. We had a toddler with us and everything was provided to make this a safe place for him to run around. I would certainly recommend this property and would visit again.

We are a young family and normally rent villas twice per year (Easter and Summer), mostly in Spain but sometimes also in the Caribbean. So we have seen our fair share of rental houses of various quality. This villa ranks at the top of what we have experienced. The location is great, being close enough to amenities, beaches, and Palma (and golf courses!), but also secluded enough to be perfectly quiet, with no road noise or other disturbances. The views... well the pictures are really true, they are amazing. It is a classic million dollar feel when you walk in through the door and see unobstructed views of the golf club, green hills, and the sea. However, two other things really put this villa apart from the ones we have stayed in previously: indoor amenities, and the helpfulness of the host. Apart from the heated outdoor pool, ping pong table, and space for lounging etc, there is a really functional indoor spa complex with a big jacuzzi, steam room, mini gym etc. We found this very useful on days when the weather was a bit windy and we felt like just staying indoors. Secondly, the host Toni, has been the most friendly and helpful owner, instantly responding to any (minor!) issues. The only draw back which is a function of the architecture and interior design of the house is that there are many sharp corners. It is a very modern house, with furniture to match (and tastefully decorated). We felt perfectly fine with our kids (aged four and six), but perhaps for a one or two year old who have not yet learned to control their movements well, a little extra oversight would be required. This is really the only issue I could think of to be objective. So overall this is really the perfect year round villa, excellent for adults who just want to enjoy food and wine at the many terraces, or families with kids who want plenty of space and functionality to keep everyone occupied. Our kids are already asking when we will be back, they liked it so much. Enjoy!

Late December... +20C outside, sun is shining... Green trees, green golf field... You just wake up in the clean, beautiful villa, which is located in a wonderful and quite place. You know that you will have breakfast on veranda, where views are even better then on attached pictures. And you know if you have a question or request, you can call Antonio who will always help. You plan to go to Cap Formentor in the mid-day, and it will not be overcrowded. Caves, mountains, views, restaurants ...- you feel that everything is for you, not for thousands of tourists. And beautiful spa in the evening in the villa to relax.Thanks, Antonio, for an amazing winter vacation. Would be great to come back!
