Nos fue muy grata la estancia. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. La comunicación con el propietario excelente. Cocina bien equipada. Sin duda recomendable.

La ubicación del piso es perfecta para pasar unos dias de vacaciones en la playa, la comunicación con Mauricio genial, muy atento en todo monento.

Nos ha gustado mucho, tranquilo y limpio ubicación perfecta Solo eche en falta algún producto de limpieza ( balleta, jabón, pastillas para lavar ….)

El sitio excelente una terraza estupenda con unas vistas preciosas,fuimos a descansar todo perfecto.Gracias Mauricio y Kati por todo,repetiremos.👍

Todo muy bien. Una zona tranquila y el apartamento muy bien; sin sorpresas.

Parece recientemente reformado y con buen gusto. alquilarlo en mayo ha sido delicioso, por el tiempo y la poca gente. bien situado, fresco, con lo necesario, y con ganas de volver.

Het was een heerlijke 2maanden.Leuk appartement met de zon op het zuiden.

Wir sind wiederholungtstäter und haben wiedermal die Wohnung vom Mauricio gemietet. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Sauber und gepflegt mit gute Ausstattung. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmern mit 2 separaten Badezimmern und noch eine Möglichkeit zu schlafen auf eine ausklappbare Sofa in Wohnzimmer. Für die, die sich selbst verpflegen möchten, steht eine mit Geräten ausgestattete Küche bereit. Für die, die lieber Essen gehen , gibt´s gute und preiswerte Restaurants und Imbiss in der Nähe. Direkt im Erdgeschoß an der Ecke des Hauses kann man gut und preiswert essen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in der Tiefgarage des Hauses, was von einem großen Vorteil ist. Kleine Geschäfte für täglichen Bedarf und Brötchen zu holen sind direkt um die Ecke, sonst für grosse Einkäufe gibts ein LIDL oder Marcadona Supermarkt ca. 2 Km weit entfernt. Mit dem Bus Linie 3 sehr gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Haus. Der Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort aber immer erreichbar gewesen. Die Wohnung wird über ein Hausmeister Ehepaar vor Ort betreut Alle Anfragen oder Beanstandungen waren schnell und unproblematisch erledigt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wiederkommen.

El apartamento respondía perfectamente al anuncio, pero la limpieza y el número de toallas resultaron muy justos.

Von der Wohnung, im 9. Stock gelegen, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick sowohl aufs Meer als auch aufs Hinterland. Der Balkon ist groß, sodass mehrere Personen sich bequem drauf aufhalten od gar liegen können. Kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der Stellplatz In der Tiefgarage ist gewöhnungsbedüftig, die Zufahrt mit Kurve zur unteren Ebene sehr eng.

Interiøret kunne trænge til en opgradering - og det varme vand i køkkenvandhanen tager stadigvæk 2 minutter om at blive varmt og løber med en ‘hastighed’ på knapt en liter i minutter ! Det er ikke i orden.

Centraal gelegen aan zee, van hieruit kun je prachtige dachtochten maken, goede restaurantjes

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen - insbesonders der große Balkon, die Aussicht (exakt wie im Angebot beschrieben), die Nähe zum Strand (über die Straße). Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat Kati sich, wenn erforderlich, umgehend um Erledigung bemüht. Danke an Kati und danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Goed appartement prijs kwaliteit, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Zeer mooi zuid gericht terras om van de winterzon te genieten. Plus punt is de ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Fiin apartement met mooi uitzicht op zee en het strand. Je kunt mooie tochten maken in de omgeving en er zijn mooie terrasjes met zeer vriendelijke mensen kortom een aanrader.

Apartamento muy limpio y acogedor.Muy fácil de llegar.Un puntazo lo del garage.Aunque al tener la playa tan cerca,no hemos disfrutado de la piscina. El WiFi funciona perfectamente.

We stayed for a month during April/May. It would have been good to have had an Welcome/information pack on arrival as there was nothing to tell us how to use the appliances in the kitchen, where fuse box was and what space was allocated in the garage. We had to constantly contact the owner by text when we had any problems. After 4 weeks we still didn't manage to use the combined microwave/Grill as the booklet with it was in Spanish. We googled it to try and work it out in English but being a Spanish appliance we couldn't. Although the apartment was lovely and light we found the lounge furniture very uncomfortable to sit and relax in. t The two sun beds in the photo are not what is there now. In there place they are the type you can only sit and lie back but not able to turn over. My husband wanted to use the bike ( one of the reasons we chose this apartment ) but it was totally unroadworthy. Flat tyres and the gears were broken. We were told it would be fixed next time! Beds were very comfortable and great shower in the bathroom.

Het apartement is modern, volledig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral het grote balkon in de zon was bij ons erg in trek. Leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving en je kunt van hieruit Prachtige dagtochten maken in de omgeving kortom de moeite waard Riek en Piet Cleijne

Apt. well equipped but definitely needed some English instructions. We were unable to get the microwave/grill to work as there were no Eng. manual & gatekeepers (who speak no English) could not get it working either. It would have been helpful to have procedures for check-out, etc. in English. The whole area is strictly Spanish speaking and in Feb. many restaurants & stores are closed . They began opening slowly at the end of our stay. Even finding English tours were difficult. Luckily, we found a taxi driver that could speak a bit of English & took us on some tours. The location of the apt. is about 3.5 km from the main town area where 2 supermarkets are located, so taxis are needed when getting groceries. (there are some small stores close by, where you can purchase small grocery items & fruit). Walking is very good as the promenade is lovely & flat and just walking by the sea is a joy! Buses run in the area on a schedule but again language barrier made use a problem. Beach in this area is stony, not sandy, which apparently is common in this area. I would recommend anyone booking this apt. to be sure to brush up on your Spanish and choose any month but February (because of store closures). We enjoyed our stay and saw some beautiful country, including awesome Nerja Caves, Rhonda , Fragiliana, and Granada and quaint small villages.

Un piso excellente, en una ubicación espectacular, a menos de 50 metros de una playa preciosa y con un atentísimo dueño; no se puede pedir más. 100% recomendable para cualquier turista o viajero que desee conocer Almuñécar y Granada. Por poner alguna pega; no lo recomendaría en invierno, pero como cualquier piso orientado al uso como segunda vivienda en la playa.
