Enjoyed the spacious house, pool, bikes, and pier! It was an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and Farmer's Market! We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood, and beautiful view from the lanai! The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with during our month stay. We are booked for next year!

We traveled with a party of 9. 4 adults and 5 children and 2 small dogs. There was plenty of room for all!! We enjoyed the pool, dock and close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops! There was a power outage and the owners and manager were very quick to respond and had the power company there within 30 minutes. We will stay there again if the opportunity comes our way!! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The lanai is huge and every bedroom has a view of it. Our kids loved the pool, which is larger than most pools. The view of the canal from the lanai is wonderful. We saw dolphins swimming by. We also saw iguanas on the sea wall. The house was very clean and located on a quiet street. The owner was welcoming. We hated to leave! I would highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back!

Clean, quiet, spacious. Pool man recommended us to Rose Marina. Fishing, Jet Skis and Hemingway Boat tour will take you to a remote island for the day. Quiet beach.

Clean amazing perfect location

We really liked this house - it’s clean, spacious and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were real hits, as was the pool table. We cook a lot and found kitchen more than fit for our needs. The walk to the beach was easy and only about 8 minutes even with the beach cart in tow. Overall, this house on Marco is a great place to spend a week or more with family.

Our stay was amazing. This family has thought of everything. From any and everything a home needs, from bikes to beach toys they truly have it all in one spot. The home was very clean and spacious. When contacting the property manager they were attentive, helpful, and so wonderful to speak to. The neighborhood was quite, safe and friendly. We can’t wait to return again soon.

Everything was perfect. Listing was exactly as presented online. House and pool were nice and clean. We loved the location that was close to beach access and several restaurants. The bikes were a plus. It felt quiet and peaceful sitting out in the lanai. Hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would return.

We had a great time, best house we have rented on Marco Island! Plenty of living space with a split floor plan, hot tub worked great, no problems with pool heat, nice quiet street. Excellent that it is close to Winterberry and Collier and backs to a short canal with nice open water (great fishing). Would definitely rent again ; )

We have been coming to Marco for many years, but our first time staying with Norman. The home was perfect for our family of 7. We kayaked right off the dock, could paddle around to the Gulf in less than 45 minutes, warm pool in covered lanai out back, half mile walk to the main strip with restaurants galore, and just a touch further to get to the beach. We will definitely be staying here every time we come!

Wonderful home and accommodations, excellent location, perfect weather! We’ve come to Marco Island for 3 years, this is the perfect interruption to winter. The owners are very attentive and pleasant. We’ll be back!

Our second stay. Wonderful outdoor space with pool and hot tub on a canal with expansive feel. Beach a few blocks away. Very clean and efficient.

There were 6 of us. The layout and amenities of the house were fantastic. We picked the location because we’ve stayed nearby before and loved the walkability to the beach and the Plaza. The communication with the owners and speed at which minor issues were dealt with was great. Having good internet and TVs and cable in every room was a plus, given three different family units. Accessing the house and having a keyless entry worked really well too as we were all coming and going as different time. We’d definitely stay again should the occasion arise.

Norman was a great host and this was a BEAUTIFUL property. He had everything we needed to have a happy and comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Norman!

This home has everything you need for either relaxing by the pool, going to the beach or going out for a bike ride. Beautiful surroundings, very clean and updated. I gave everything a five star review, but there is one thing -we did find the beds hard, not so comfy. If we were to stay any longer than one week we would’ve had to put something on top. Thank you to the Norman Family, we had a fabulous time with our Family who lives close by. Happy Thanksgiving and we hope to return!

When searching for somewhere to rent, the main thing we wanted was a short walk to the beach. Check! The house was even better than the pictures. The pool, hot tub, inside the house and the backyard lanai area…everything was so clean and had so many amenities that made our stay relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable. The layout of the home was perfect. Four of us stayed here, two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house, and almost every room had its own door accessing the lanai/pool area. The bikes were great to have, as were all the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. I could go on and on. Qi & Norman family were/are wonderful. They provided very detailed and useful information in the weeks prior to our stay, and they kept in touch throughout our stay (and not in a badgering way, but in a super-helpful/non-invasive way). I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. To summarize my very long review… This house rules and you should 100% stay here.

This is a gorgeous property with ALL the amenities! We have stayed at 2 other houses on the island for our vacations in the past and this is by far our favorite. Fantastic location and short walk or bike ride to beach. Owners were also amazing and great to work with!
