Family visiting from Germany! Location, and size of condo was great!

We had another great stay at Deer Park. Third floor wasn’t ideal but manageable. Also, we were located a lot further away from others in my family but it was easy enough to hop on a bike or take the car down to the Rec center parking lot to meet up at the water. The condo was clean and thank goodness there were ACs for the bedrooms!!

Loved the resort and area. The Unit was spacious, clean, beautiful. Had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation.

Place was as advertised, just minutes to Loon Mountain. Property was clean and had everything we needed, including lots of games for kiddos to play with. Donkey Kong was a real old school hit. Excellent communication with Merry before and during our trip. Pool and hot tub were a minute away, and a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We will definitely return!

My daughters and I and my friend and her daughter came up to go skiing at Loon and celebrate my friends birthday. We had a great time, condo was beautiful and perfectly located. Easy check in and check out. Would totally do it again next year!

This was a great place for our group! The kids had their own room that they loved, tons of board games and blocks for the kids and the adults loved the view and the donkey Kong. Super clean and such a cozy place for our winter weekend getaway.

We came up to ski at Loon Mountain and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in this condo association. With teenagers, it was great to have the rec space with ping pong, pool table, hot tub and indoor heated pool, a gym and an arcade. One thing to note, there is no shuttle service and this was a disappointment as the mountain was insanely busy and we had to take a shuttle after parking in a remote lot. As for the condo, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the space was quite comfortable for two families.

We loved the condo. We went with four adults and four kids. It was so nice, Merry had everything we could possibly need. She even had toys in the kids room for the three year old to play with. We had such a great time, can’t wait to come back!

We are repeat customers, and this is our second ski weekend at this condo. It is an incredibly clean, comfortable, well appointed space, and the decor (and Donkey Kong!) just add to the overall quality and experience. We stayed with my family (3 tween/teenagers) and mother. The owner communicates immediately. We ran into a minor appliance glitch, and we also decided to leave the night before checkout to avoid an incoming snow storm, and the owner refunded us some money for our inconvenience--completely above and beyond. If we return to ski in the area again, we will definitely re-book.

The condo is so beautiful and the balcony views are amazing. Its location is perfect and close to many things.

The rental was very clean. There was plenty to do on property with rec center, pool and beach area which the kids loved. Located near many attractions.

Everything went smoothly

This is a great apartment in a very convenient location that is close to just about everything you'll want to do in the Woodstock/Lincoln area. The apartment is a top floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking the Pemigewasset River. With the windows open you can hear the relaxing sound of the water rolling by. The apartment has all the amenities you'll need for a week long stay, was super clean upon arrival, and had a user friendly binder full of helpful information. Bonus activity: Our family really enjoyed playing on the full size Donkey Kong arcade and trying our best to beat each other's high score. We will definitely look to book this property again.

We loved our stay at Deer Park. Lovely decor and great communication with host. I could sit on the porch and watch the river all day!

Couldn't ask for a better location or apartment for a Loon ski trip. Apartment was clean, comfortable beds and had all the amenities one would need, would definitely come back again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Owner was great with communication and gave us all the right info. Location was fantastic - 5-7 minute drive to Loon and a number of restaurants between the property and Loon. The property was very quiet and being in an end unit on top floor felt private. Hope to stay again!

We loved everything about this rental. It was clean, cutely decorated, had lots of games, and even a Donkey Kong arcade machine that our kids loved. The fireplace was perfect each evening. The Pemi is right outside your window/deck. Lots of nice touches. Merry was proactive in communications and made sure we had no issues after check in. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed at this resort several times, but this was the first time we were in a condo that had the river right behind it. The evenings were mild, so we were able to sleep with the windows open (no heat needed), listening to the river. The condo itself is lovely, well maintained, and the owner was extremely accomodating.

We loved our stay at Merry's condo. She was very nice and responsive with easy check in. The space was warm and cozy with a tranquil view of the river. The condo had everything we needed and felt like the perfect New Hampshire weekend get away, with close proximity to hiking trails and restaurants--though with the well stocked kitchen, we ate in for the most part. Would highly recommend and will plan to stay here again.

This was a perfect location for easy access to hiking. The property has been kept very nice and clean. The information Merry, the owner, provided prior to arrival was fabulous.

Every morning we'd sit out on the 3rd floor deck with a cup of coffee looking out over the nearby Pemi River enjoying the sound of the rushing water. The whole family loved this place, the size, cleanliness, location, wifi speed and especially the host was exactly what you want. Instructions were lightning fast and well written, checkout was a breeze. We avoided the resort facilities because of Covid, but we made frequent use of the lake and short hikes along the river. Bring a float, the lake gets deeper / larger than some and many folks floated about, though there is a beach for the kids. We were able to make daily local hiking or amusement excursions each day, to Franconia, the K. Highway, Mt Washington, Loon, Bretton Woods, Rumney etc with easy access from this location. Only downsides - it's a 3rd floor walk-up, which may be difficult for some. Lincoln gets a little bit trafficky on weekends (though no where near as bad as Conway), though the location is so close to the highway that didn't really matter. Highly recommended.

Great location, immaculately clean, comfortable for hanging out and great spot to launch to local adventures.

This property met every one of our needs and surpassed our expectations! Located right on the Pemigewasset River, this unit was the most serene escape for our little family. It was very clean and had everything we needed for two little kids (3 and 9 months) including kid friendly plates/utensils and even a cute kid sized chair for meals at the table. AC in the rooms was great for sleeping on hot nights but the place stayed pretty cool with the balcony door open to the river. Our daughter loved the selection of Mickey mouse DVDs and learning to play tic tac toe on a wooden set they provided. Our daughter absolutely loved being so close to the river which meant daily trips to play and build sandcastles. We also took advantage of the lake and playground which were only a 10 min walk away. People at Deer Park were generally great about social distancing even on the lake’s two small beaches. Deer Park has a fantastic location - a few minutes drive into Lincoln where we got ice cream almost every day of our trip and another 10 min drive to the Lost River and Flume gorges. There are also a few charcoal grills right behind our units building overlooking the river. We had a cook out our last night which was wonderful. Thank you Merry for giving us the best family memories during such a crazy pandemic!

Condo is very clean, spacious and comfy. Owner was kind and attentive during booking and after arrival. Relax on the deck while listening to the river Deer Park is great for families. The older ones tend to get a little bored but to be fair the rec center and pool are not open. I am sure this would of taken up some of their time. We rented paddle boards for the lake that were dropped off and picked up by waters edge. Overall excellent stay, great park and the weather was perfect.

Condo was very spacious with all the amenities of home. Had a few questions upon arrival and Merry was very responsive. We are looking forward to renting again!

We stayed at Merry’s condo to enjoy the white mountains and was awesome! So close to ski resorts and such a beautiful area. The condo was immaculate and cozy! We would recommend it to anyone and we will be coming back again real soon!

My family of 8 (ski getaway with grandparents, two teens and a ten year-old, and an aunt!) had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and other complimentary items (hand warmers, some toiletries, firewood) were there for our use as well. It is a fantastic location, the corner unit and top floor made it a very private and quiet stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend.
