We loved our time on Turtle Bay at this villa! Jan was incredible, very communicative. The pool was better than we expected and the nearby resort was super helpful. It’s great being away from Honolulu and relaxing at the pool or the beach!

Wonderful experience, close to many excursions

Lovely villa with a great location, over looking the pool and ocean views. Villa is beautifully decorated and had every thing sufficient for our needs. Unit sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queens, 1 sofa bed) plus 2 ports cribs available.

Pleasant condo, well furnished. Great to have the extra beach equipment.

Place is as described in the listing. Jan was easy to work with in getting the details worked out, Very nice location and comfortable living arrangements. Balcony/lanai was a great place to start and end the day for our family. Whether you want to relax or be active during your stay, Turtle Bay is a great resort! Below are a few of notes we can share: The good: * Comfortable bedrooms! * Plenty of towels and good washer/dryer which meant clean towels all week! * Nice beach umbrellas / lots of snorkle equipment available. And, the less than perfect: * While listing says it sleeps 8, in our opinion, the Villa is ideally suited for 6 (e.g. 3 bedrooms; family room/deck seating for 6; 6 coffee cups, 6 plates -- although there are plenty of glasses, bowls and silverware for a few more). * Sleeper sofa was not comfortable for our college age son (might be more conducive to small children, however). Generally, we know sleeper sofas are not terribly comfortable so we/he knew it might not be perfect. But the gel mattress was very thin and worn out. After a couple of days it was bad enough that we looked around to see if we could find a rental bed. We failed so he did not get much sleep all week. * One bar of soap and small one-ounce bottles of shampoo and conditioner are provided in each bathroom. If you're planning a longer stay you'll probably want to bring your own (we're glad we did!). Imperfections aside, this was an excellent location for our family vacation!

Wonderful location to access both pool and beach as well as proximity to turtle bay hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

this location and condo are both fantastic. the nearby beach and the pool were both big hits with my family and the overall area was relaxing. lots of good space and a nice table on the lanai where we ate all our meals when we weren't out

Jan was so hospitable and responded right away if I had questions. Before we checked in, we received all the information for the Villa. The Villa was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. The villa is beautiful and well appointed. The property is lovely. Beach is clean and easily accessible. Pools are also well kept. We had a couple of delicious dinners at the on-site restaurants & snacks at the pool bar. Could not be happier with our stay.

I rented two condos for a family trip. Both were beautiful and clean, but this one had a much better equipped kitchen, and gave us access to beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas and more. Communication with owner was excellent.

Turtle Bay is a dream. You can see the sunrise from one side of the condo and sunset from the patio. It's a gorgeous property. We enjoyed walking on the trails and the beaches. We couldn't have dreamed up a more beautiful place.

Jan’s place in Turtle Bay is Amazing! Her Condo is so nice and all the extra available amenities like beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. in the beach locker was really convenient since we didn’t have to rent it or bring it with us. If/when we return to Hawaii, we will definitely keep Jens place in mind to stay at again. Mahalo!

Great location and villa for a family! Easy access to the beach, had everything we need to keep our young kids entertained for days in the sun and sand, and amazing food close by. Highly recommend if your looking for a clean, beautiful, close to the ocean vacation especially with young kids!

We had a great time here! Property was in great shape and amazing location. So nice to have a washer and dryer! The unit had lots of beach toys and boogie boards! We would come back here! Pool is right outside unit also.

We absolutely loved this VRBO. We didn’t want to leave. We needed a few more days to explore the area. Jan was so helpful with all of her suggestions. The condo is so well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. We definitely will come back and plan a longer stay.

It doesn’t get better than this!

Jan's villa was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach - and beach umbrellas, chairs, boards, snorkel gear, and toys were all provided. The property itself had everything we needed (for meals, relaxing, bathing, lounging). I slept really well on the super comfortable beds...actually so did everyone. We were also able to walk over to the hotel to grab a bite to eat, or walk around the beautiful property whenever we felt like it. It was an amazing place to stay and we hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. My brother-in-law came to surf the area and he found plenty of waves. My 90 year old mother was completing the visit of her 50th state. We all enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and fully stocked. And the owner is a wonderful artist who had some lovely paintings hanging on the wall! Great Beach and wonderful sunsets!

Jan's villa was beautiful! We enjoyed the views, the comfortable bedding, the onsite laundry, and the nice decor. The beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear in the storage unit were very much appreciated. Access to the Turtle Bay hotel, restaurants, shopping, and surf school was an extra bonus. Highly recommended!

The condo and location were perfect. The condo was very nice and beds were very comfortable. We had views of pool and beach/ocean. Also quick walk to beach, and restaurants. As the listing stated, everything you would need to enjoy the condo and beach were provided. Ver nice and fun place. We would definately book again.

The condo is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. And the location is ideal. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking at North Shore or Turtle Bay!

The property is nice as it can either be all inclusive or many attractions and restaurants a short distance away.
