The location of the condo was perfect. The beach was a very short walk away. The pool was big and never crowded. We loved everything about the location and the condo. The condo had everything we needed for an awesome vacation.

We LOVED this property and had one of the best FL vacations we've ever had here. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Condo was clean and STOCKED so well- the wet bar and separate ice maker were clutch. Sound was not an issue, kitchen and living room were spacious. Views from balcony were awesome. Property is well maintained, beach was not crowded with people on top of you and the pool was never overrun with people. Distance to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. The covered parking space was great and never had an issue finding a spot for second family's vehicle. We will definately be returning to this condo.

It’s a beautiful spacious condo, nice complex, lots of restaurants around and beautiful views from every side. We greatly enjoyed our stay!! Hope to be back next year.

The listing does not do this place justice! It was so beautiful and the views were gorgeous. It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This condo was awesome. It was clean, very roomy and well stocked. I'm allergic to mold so I was a little concerned about the comments from June, but there was not any. Of course it is a condo at the beach that many visitors use, so there is work that constantly needs to be done. But overall, it was an awesome condo... and I've stayed in many down there. The owners communicated well and we were very happy with everything overall. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

We were very impressed with the condo - the location, the amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked (more about that later). Some of the furnishings were a little worn, and the towels had detergent marks/fading on them, but really, in the grand scheme of things that wasn't our priority and wasn't a detraction for us. We're just not that type of sticklers for perfection. I only mention it because, you know, some people might frown upon that. Whatevs. We were thrilled for the location, especially the patio for morning coffee, the pool was fantastic, and check in/out was so smooth. Seriously, it was a great time. Now, more about that kitchen. We've stayed in places that claim to have a "fully stocked kitchen" but you get there and there's always something missing (hello, where's the spatula?!?). This place had everything and it felt like we were staying at a friend's house because there were spices and coffees that previous guests had left behind. Someone had even left can coolies, so it was like you were in a friend's kitchen. It was just great. If we ever get back to the beach, we'll absolutely stay here again.

The check-in was difficult and we called the owners to clarify, they did call the confused front and resolved this issue. There is mold in the master bath shower and ceiling, the carpet has stains on them, and the sliding glass doors' metal brackets portion on the bottom needs to be cleaned. The bathroom showers all had mold in them. Even the light switches were dirty. Great view you need to put some money in this place and deep clean, paint it, replace carpet and fix broken cabinet. clean the tile throughout and pictures. De-clutter the walk-in pantry so it can be utilized during a week's stay. The new refrigerator showed up unannounced while my 17-year-old daughter was there alone. We canceled our outing for the day to return and be present while refrigerators were emptied out and a new one was replaced. Then we had to put our food in coolers as it took 24 hours for the Refrig to cool down. We texted the owner and inquired about the refrigerator and the response was apologetic and I was supposed to call you yesterday.
