Inside the property, excellent

The chalet was nice but I think in need of an update. There wasn't a wardrobe in the double bedroom, just some hooks on a rail with some hangers on, it would have been nice to have a wardrobe in there but there was very limited space. There are blinds at the windows but no curtains and with a street light right outside the back bedroom window it was quite light in that room all night. The beds were lovely and comfortable and shower was always hot. The location wasn't great for us but mostly because I had a broken ankle. The coastal path would have been ideal if I had been able to walk to it. The sun is on the front of the property in the morning but at the back in the evening so not great for sitting out at the end of the day. We did however see lots of rabbits in the field outside the chalet in the morning and evening which was lovely to watch. It was nice that there were toilet rolls, kitchen roll, foil, hand wash, washing up liquid etc there already which we topped up when we went shopping. The welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of information available with places to visit around the island.

Chalet is very well positioned. Lovely walks to the seafront and over the cliffs. Chalet is a home from home, very well equipped, clean modern and comfortable.

Accomodation was clean and well equipped in a peace setting of the site. Parking very close by ideal for people with ability problems and would definitely use again.

The property was very clean and well equipped with a wonderful Welcome Basket. It was lovely and quiet and only a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful break there.

Renting this property ran so smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the chalet was. I would definitely recommend it. Communication was excellent I would have given more than 5* if it was possible

My husband, daughter, dog & I had the best stay at Driftwood Chalet, the property was clean, comfortable & very well equipped, along with a lovely welcome pack. It is in a great location with a lovely beach within a 5 minute walk & easy access to all parts of the island. Will definitely book again.

It was a nice and quiet place near the sea. Everything whe need was There.

Driftwood is a very clean and comfortable chalet, it is situated in a quiet area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and very close to the sea front.

Really nice walk to dog friendly beach, pub and short drives to other interesting places on the island. A real find

The initial booking was seemless. The hosts were very prompt and informative. The Welcome basket and card was a lovely special touch. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location of chalet in holiday park was the best with lovely views. Location for surrounding areas was perfect. Myself, partner and our dog had the most wonderful time. We tried to book again in July but understandly the chalet was fully booked. We really didn't want to go home and have all had the holiday blues for a week. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Wild.

I must admit when I booked Driftwood, I thought I was booking a stand alone chalet; my fault as I should have checked it out. However, I must say our initial disappointment soon disappeared, when we realised how cosy, pleasant, clean & comfy the chalet is. Also a quiet place, excellently fitted out. Great shower & kitchen appliances & utensils. Thee most comfortable bed too! Treats on arrival. As far as my husband & I are concerned - top location & fantastic value for money!

We loved staying in this property. It is really comfortable and the location is excellent.

Excellent, property, excellent communication/ owners, excellent isle. Everything you need very close including attractions, nothing very far.

Everything we needed. Cleverly thought out in the chalet. Very clean and cosy. The 5 min to beach where you can swim with dog and little family was bliss. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely chalet, beautifully kept and comfortably furnished, which provided a fantastic base for our IoW holiday. It had everything we needed (including friendly neighbours!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Simon was very helpful, quick to answer any queries before we arrived and we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this place and if/when we come back to the Isle of Wight will make this our first choice of accommodation.

Beautiful well equipped chalet , just 5 min walk from the stunning Sandown beach. Best place we have stayed in by far. The only downside was a lack of wfi, but actually this worked in our favour as it meant I got my 16 year old 'back' for a week. A whole week with out his xbox 😀.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the the chalet. The location was lovely and the beach was only a short walk away. The property was equipped with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
