Perfect for our island visit, we would definitely stay here again. It is located on the south end of the island very near the Miller Carferry. It is in a little resort, which is very cute and in the country. Our golf cart which we rented from the same resort was waiting in front of our house when we got there. There were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with two couches, one chair. The kitchen had a table that seated six, a large refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and a regular coffee maker. There were pots and pans, coffee cups, drink glasses, and an assortment of plates and bowls. There was not a dishwasher. This house was perfect for what we needed it for it is a little rundown and there are probably things they could do to spit up a little but it served a purpose just fine

There were 5 people in our rental and it was very comfortable and spacious enough for everyone. We had a couple issues. We made a phone call and our issues were resolved immediately. I have been visiting PIB for years but this was the first time I stayed on the island. The rental made our time on PIB so enjoyable.

With the traffic at Put n Bay, I imagine that all properties are in need of a little repair. The property management was immediate with any requests.

Things need to be fixed! Was addressed !! Cabin needs to be gone through and repaired. Was assured it would be taken care of!

The cabin was clean and conveniently located in a peaceful area with plenty of room for everyone. It was great having two bathrooms. The only slight problem we had was the silverware drawer was difficult to open and shut, which was a minor issue. It rained every day, but we still had fun. It was nice to have a washer and dryer when we got caught in the rain. Our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and with a quick phone call, they brought the keys. The kids also enjoyed the pool which was just around the corner from our cabin. I would definitely stay again.

Feet black after 10 minutes. Dead bugs in bathtub. The other bathroom had cracked tile and felt like you would fall through. Oven smelled like a dead animal. Second house the moved us to was much cleaner. Still scrubbed the tub before I would let kids in. The washer ruined my cloths, the dishwasher leaked. The shower leaked. We made the best of it and had a good time as a family.

Reviewer Comments: Property needs some updates, inside has a few dents in doors and walls, stove has burned out light bulbs and is hard to see what you're doing. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. Trim around sink in kitchen and trim around tub in master bath needs fixed. Water pressure in master shower not good. If the renters that abuse the property are losing there security deposit,it should be used to fix these problems. I liked the space in the house, but owners need to fix the problems. The kitchen was lacking in some pans and dishes, but they did supply us when we asked for the missing items.

A few things were broke but not a big deal, we brought to their attention immediately. Did not want to be charged for the damages already there. The shower in the master bedroom had very very low water pressure, so we were not able to use it. Thank goodness there was another shower in the 2nd bathroom. The wi-fi was down the 1st 24 hours of our stay and also, it was only available in the pool area. All in all, I really like the place. Will def come here again, maybe try a different cottage closer to the pool area.

Dottie was driving by and stopped to check on us, I told her what we needed and went fishing. Dottie had taken care of the items by the time we returned from fishing.
