This property lived up to everything promised! Prefect location right on the water and host has thought of everything! We used the rolling cooler almost everyday and was nice not to have to pack one from home. Lake towels, kayaks, games and ice cream maker were also enjoyed!!! Incredibly well stocked kitchen, very comfortable home, and well set up for families. Our first visit to Lake Martin and we hope to return.

All good! Three adults for weekend getaway. We live approximately one hour from location. We took our boat, fishing kayak, ate local restaurants, used the grill. Had friends visit for dinner and boat ride. Also enjoyed the pool.

Very clean, classy and accommodating home. Extremely well furnished and stocked with everything you can think of. Beautiful setting on the lake with relaxing views from two balconies or lazy around on an amazing deck with grills, fire pit and kayaks. One our best stays. Will recommend totally

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great with beautiful views. The kayaks that the host provided was a big bonus, as well as the other amenities in the gated community. The condo was clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! (Especially the La-z-Boy chairs)

Our family had the best time. I have no complaints about the property, location or the condo. Everything you can imagine is available in the condo for your use. Very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very quick to respond and attentive. Lake martin is beautiful and stillwaters is such a nice community with lots of amenities. Great stay!

We loved our location on the lake. Nice view but felt secluded despite being a condo! All the furnishings, decorations and amenities made it feel like our own home. Having access to the pool, kayaks and boat slip were great. It was easy to rent a pontoon from nearby Lakeside Marina. We enjoyed daily runs/walks through the StillWaters neighborhood. We did most of our meals at the condo, but would highly recommend Niffers for lunch or dinner! Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again!

Close to numerous restaurants, hiking trails, golf course, marina and tennis courts. Owners even have a kayak for guests to use. Highly recommend this property and hopefully will be available for us to rent should we plan to stay in the Lake Martin area in the future

We stayed in Stillwater for a family reunion, and this place was perfect. The apt, while on the 2nd floor, was a straight walk from the parking area, no stairs or steps. This made hauling luggage effortless (roll in/roll out). The condo was spacious and well appointed. The shaded deck was a wonderful area to enjoy morning coffee. Boat dock just a few steps down the path. Overall a great place for a family to enjoy Lake Martin.

The property was exactly as described. Actually It was better than described!! The place was perfect for a week getaway at the lake. Perfect location and great amenities. The condo had everything we needed. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was very comfortable. The condo has everything including kayaks and your own boat slip which was just steps away from the condo. The condo had everything you would need and the owners had a great list of recommended things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Easy to access boat slip. Abundantly stocked. The queen-sized beds in the second bedroom were wonderful for our boys. Fishing off the dock. Close to Harbor Pointe Marina for fueling and boat launch. Great place for a small family!

Wonderful and peaceful waterfront condo
Terri was an amazing host and very sweet. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the docks by the condo. The condo was well stocked, clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time at this condo.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Weekend
We were very pleased with this condo! It was exactly as advertised. The condo has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed is master was very comfortable and the guest bedroom had 2 queen size beds. We loved the lazy boy chairs in the tv room. There was the perfect number for our family! The boys had a great time taking out the kayaks and exploring the lake. The condo is conveniently located near a market which had fabulous food that you could heat up in the condo along with fresh seafood and meat. We will definitely visit here again.

1st time at this condo and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Great location, perfectly decorated but cozy, and anything and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Terri goes above and beyond stocking her place. Been renting vacation condos for years and never had one furnished and supplied as nicely as this one. Almost felt like home! Coming back next year.

Wonderful location, beautiful condo
The lake view was spectacular, a very peaceful stay. We were very comfortable and found everything we needed there. It was so nice to wake up to flocks of geese, ducks, and 2 lovely balconies to enjoy them with morning coffee.

This property is absolutely beautiful. I grew up on Lake Martin, and this is a great waterfront property in Stillwaters! We were able to bring our boat and dock it right outside of the condo. Wonderful amenities and a great hostess!

Quiet, Peaceful and lovely setting
Our first trip to Lake Martin and it was wonderful! The lake is truly breathtaking and our family of 4 adults enjoyed boating, kayaking & swimming. August was a perfect time to be there as we practically had the lake to ourselves! Goat island is a MUST see that is truly unique and fun for all ages. Our condo fit our needs perfectly and Terri was super helpful in providing website links for rentals, restaurants, hiking and detailed information about the area. We look forward to returning to Lake Martin!

Great Location Close to Harbor Pointe Marina
This condo was very comfortable and included a slip for the boat. Could not have asked for more: ideal location, very clean, comfy beds and lots of pots and pans for cooking. We had access to a gas grill and kayakes right outside our door. Kids lived jumping off and swimming at the dock.

Perfect family vacation
This condo has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need on your vacation! Wonderful, spacious condo that felt like home. Having our own dock was a definite plus. The kitchen was very well stocked. We used the gas grill, kayaks, lake floats, dock, decks, pool, and all the recliners facing the large flat screen TV.

Pure perfection... the condo has everything stocked, so it feels like home and makes everything so easy. The owner was extremely responsive and great. The boat slip was perfect. Can't say enough... truly, can't wait to go back.
