Location was good

No wifi, average tv, no music, chipped plates and poor quality glasses and cutlery. Late check in. Mismatched towels and doona too small for the bed. Dirty appliances, plates and cutlery. Dated.

The location is close enough to the village and just in case you want the free shuttle, it is right across the street. The room is equipped with a storage area where you can dry your skis and other gears. This is really good as all equipment are dry for next day. Towels, bed linens, dish washing powder, laundry power, soap are provided. Also kitchen utensils are well equipped too.

There is basically no view as the windows are facing neighbours. No instruction on how to use the dish washer or microwave. Though YouTube is a great help. Luggage can be stored at understairs unattended. I tried email the property and get no reply. I called a few times and no one pick up the line.

There was lot's of space for the family to relax when we couldn't go skiing. It was well equipped (especially the kitchen) and very comfortable.

The apartment has a decent kitchen and I wish I'd bought more food to dine in.

- The hosts answered all my questions in a timely manner and were polite. - Key collection was easy and quick. - The place was bigger than I was expecting. - Lots of kitchen utensils available. - Code needed to get into the building and then key for your own room. - Location is only a brief walk from the village square. - There is a blue run literally across the road. - Heaters were able to get the apartment warm fast. - Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube built in. - Board games available. - Nintendo 64 console available. - Personal drying room for snow gear. - Contains washing machine and dryer. - Cosy apartment would definitely come back.

- Some of the ceiling lights flickered on and off. - One of the lamps didn't have a globe in it. - No clear instructions on where the heaters were or how to use them. - No sponge for dishes, no tissues, only 2 toilet rolls. - No instructions on how to use dishwasher. - Window benches started to puddle from condensation. - No where to put luggage securely while you wait for you room. (Can put it in the foyer which is only accessible by other patrons)

Spacious, excellent location, clean and comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

Expensive during peak season. No luggage hold is awkward to manage if you intend to go skiing on check out day.

Generous rooms and facilities, much better than expected.
