The most satisfying thing about living in this place is that the hostess is extremely helpful and always be there for our needs. She gave us guidance for sightseeing, instructions for the utilities, and provided first-aid assistance when one of us got injured.

Best location in Kotor: beach and old town 10 minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Still very quiet and not much traffic closeby. Very clean and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Nice view to Kotor bay and port.

I don’t know if you can find a better place to stay while in Kotor! The location is great; 5 min walking into old town, shopping centre and food shop just down the hill from the building. The interior is fresh and modern but not too modern. It fells like a home rather than a hotel room – in the best possible way! You have everything you might need; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, air conditioning – everything! The view from the balcony is great and it is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine and some local specialities from the shop. Upon arrival we were greeted by Petrisa who showed us the apartment and explained where everything is, she talked us through how to get into the old town, how to climb the ladder of Kotor and where the closest shops are. She is so friendly and helpful, a great hostess! She even welcomed us with a bottle of local whine and then the first morning she came with cream pie – which by the way was amazing! We had made a dinner reservation at a restaurant about 30 min from Kotor, we first wanted to take the boat taxi but that was way too expensive, so Petrisa and her husband arranged for us to be driven by her husbands brother. He drove us there and came to pick us up. It shows how service minded they are!

There is a reason why this property has such high scores! I can’t find anything to complain about! If I’m going to be extremely picky then I would say a sign above the garage with the name would be great. It is a bit of a narrow turn to the property and we were not 100% sure we had parked at the right place, but that is really a minor detail and nothing to even concern yourself with :) If you are lucky enough to have this property available when going to Kotor, don’t miss out!
