Lovely spacious villa with a generous welcome pack which is so helpful when you arrive later in the evening. Stunning pool and outdoor area. V much enjoyed our stay, thank you

Great for groups. Traveled with my in laws, husband and kids. My only concern was that the downstairs bedroom windows did not have any safety catches to keep them locked open at a safe point. I was going to have my oldest sleep in that room but had too many safety worries, so the kids shared the upstairs bedroom at night. I think that room would be better utilized for an adult room than children's. My other quibble was that most of the internal doors did not latch properly. While there are keys to lock them closed, that didn't feel like the right thing to do in the instance of a fire or other emergency.

Ruime woning met mooi zwembad. Kleine basic badkamers met geen mogelijkheid om iets te zetten. Netheid kon iets beter, enkel oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Aangename verassing dat er drank, brood en versnaperingen klaarstonden bij aankomst. Huishoudster was bereidwillig, maar kwam onaangekondigd op het domein.

Had the best holiday. Everything that was needed was supplied. Friendly helpful service. Villa very clean. Pool was lovely and clean. Really couldn’t find fault. Just be nice to have a little local shop. Highly recommend we shall be going back

From booking to leaving for Cyprus the contact with Jane and the property manager Helen was superb but the villa did have some problems which we wasn't prepared for... The villa didn't feel clean when we arrived we could feel dirt underneath our feet. We arrived at 10.15pm and after reading the red folder it states we can't contact our property manager after 5pm unless it's an emergency as Helen has a small family. This meant after a long day travelling with our 4 year old we was left to clean the property ourselves. The only balcony in the villa I gave that room to my parents for their 65th birthday so they could sit out in the mornings was actually covered in bird poop. Also their was hand prints all over the glass doors. The amount of small bugs in the bedrooms and bathrooms - upstairs and downstairs was unreal. Something I have never experienced before when staying in apartments/villas in Portugal, Greece or Spain. I have stayed at 3* accommodation and never had trouble with bugs or cleanliness before so being classed as a luxury villa I had high expectations... The amount of ants nests around the patio and pool area was horrendous. You couldn't stand out in the patio for longer then 10 seconds without them crawling up your legs. The next morning Helen was cleaning the pool and warned us of snakes in the area and to make sure our 4yr old didn't go near any hedges. What worried me was nothing on the listing or in the red folder warned of this so if Helen hadn't mentioned it we wouldn't have been aware. 2 snakes were spotted down the road from us too. We always kept our food in the fridge apart from marmite and bananas yet the amount of bugs surrounding these the next morning was disgusting. I didn't realise and only twisted the jar lid on the marmite once. When my partner asked why he had bugs in his sandwhich I was clueless until I checked the marmite and they were all crawling inside the jar...Gross! The worst part (and it wasn't the marmite!!) was when we made the beds and took the mattress topper off and the mattress underneath had stains over it (looked like blood stains) disgusting and unhygienic. The pool was covered in dead ants and leafs so spent most the days getting them out with the net. I was very honest with Jane and told her before I posted the review. I was disappointed I didn't receive and apology and Jane just said its its unusual for any cleaning issues. I also have photos to support my feedback.

Absolutely loved our stay here! So well equipped with everything you could need . We were really impressed with the welcome pack, bread, milk, beers fantastic when you've arrived late! The outside space is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The location is just stunning, gorgeous views from every window. The property manager, Helen was great, so helpful when we had a problem with the shower she was there straight away and it was fixed the next day! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!😍

Every year we do a search for a villa + pool combo and every year we/they miss the mark just a little. Not this year though. The villa was beautiful, well laid out, and decorated. The open plan on the ground floor was perfect, opening out onto a patio, and from there - the pool. There was only three of us there, so there was plenty of room. All en suite and mercifully with air conditioning, because it was hot! So thank goodness for that large pool, we were able to combine swimming; floating (with floats provided); or just sitting by the side to have a read. The location was really good as well, in a quiet neighbourhood, only 10 or so minutes to nearby Pissouri, Mandria or Kouklia (sorry for any misspellings) for shopping or a meal out. Also not too far from Paphos City as well. So a car is a must have, but as a brit it wasn't too taxing on the driver, though some of the roads we found ourselves on were a little scary. I really had to stretch to find any detractors, and can think of only two. One is I had the room upstairs with the outside veranda, but as it was in direct sunlight with no awning it was too hot to sit out, also there was no table to put a cuppa on - so not really used. The other thing - it would have been nice to have a bath - but we knew that before we went. What was outstanding, was the communication from the owners / managers, and the welcome pack for when we got there (very late at night), and of course the late checkout on our final day. Also the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and finally the stash of maps with places to visit clearly labelled - thanks!! Loved Cyprus, loved the villa, and we fully intend to return next year, if not to this exact villa.
