As a party of three, we can definitely recommend this property. Lourdes, was extremely helpful in welcoming us and providing information for our stay - along with milk, wine, water and fruit. The house is far more spacious than we expected with two very well appointed bathrooms. The garden and shaded terrace was very welcoming and relaxing after walking in the area. The property location was exactly as described with only 5 minutes walk into Soller centre for restaurants and shops, but situated in a rural lane. There was no necessity for a car. Our only problem was the taxi firm from the airport finding the property but Lourdes kindly met us on the outskirts of Soller. There was no problem with the return journey. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and would return again in the future. July 2019

We were met and welcomed to the property by the host which was helpful. The roads around the house are very narrow and we were thankful we had booked a taxi from the airport as the house was rather difficult to find. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy and fairly well equipped to cater for a holiday. Only negative is there are only three loungers and three outside dining chairs and as we were a party of four we had to take it in turns. An excellent area for walking. The house is close to the town centre so makes eating out and getting supplies very easy. All arrangements were handled promptly and efficiently by Lourdes and she communicated well with us. I would certainly recommend this property if you are visiting Sóller.

Het huis is zeer compleet, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging is perfect: dicht bij het centrum en toch heel rustig. Lourdes ontving ons heel hartelijk en we kregen wijn en fruit.

Very nice fica, fantastic view from the garden into the mountains. Close to the city center, 5 minutes by walk, the owner Lourdes is very friendly! The house has a good standard equipment, and there is more than enough space in the house. We would recommend this beautiful Finca!

This house exceeded all my expectations and is far bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and the owner, Lourdes stocked the fridge with wine, beer and milk for our stay which were very welcome. The verandah is a lovely area to spend time outside and the plunge pool was refreshing as it does get very hot in soller. All the rooms are very well finished and there was everything we needed for our stay including a BBQ. The laundry room is great as you don’t have to have washing hanging up in the rest of the house or garden. Lourdes is excellent to deal with, very friendly and helpful and she responds very quickly to queries. I recommend this property extremely highly.

Nous avons séjourné du 1er au 15 aout 2018 chez Lourdes. Nous étions en famille, la maison est très grande, très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Lourdes a été très agréable, toujours disponible, avec de petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Le village de Soller est très beau et un très bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The property is large and well equipped with a lovely terrace offering spectacular views of the mountains. The location is perfect, surrounded by lemon groves yet only a 5 minute walk to Sollers main square. The owner Lourdes was very friendly and helpful and the wine and fruit she provided were much appreciated. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location within easy access of the town and hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed our holiday in the house. The house is very clean all over and there is everything you need for a great holiday. The house is located just a few minuts walk from the center of Soller and close to hiking trails in the mountains. The owner of the house Lourdes is very helpful and there were champagne, wine, beers, fruits etc. to welcome us in the house. She even gave us the key to the house earlier when we arrived and we could stay longer the day we were leaving. Thank you so much. We sure will be back some day.

We stayed with a 18 months year old child for 10 days. The house is very nice, excellently clean, 2 Min Walk from Soller inner city. It has a very nice Terrasse and the rooms are much bigger then on the Fotos and everything is super well kept and new and clean. One thing to mention is, that our host Lourdes was super nice and prepared everything for our child - exceptional nice (even food and a little toy on the bed :)). Can 100 Percent recommend the house. Also the beach in Puerto Soller is only 10 Min away.

We have always liked the old town of Soller and this house was ideally placed for us. It is in a quiet area with an easy 10 minute stroll into the town's main square. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped with a pleasant garden. We enjoyed Soller and the walks in the surrounding area as we always do, but we were quite happy to spend whole days relaxing in the house and garden. The owner was cheerful and always helpful when called upon. We would be more than happy to stay in this house again.

The house is so much bigger than the photos show! It is really comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. The town centre is about 5 minutes walk with supermarkets close to hand. Lovely plunge pool which we used a lot as really high temperatures when we were there in August. Lourdes was great, nothing was too much trouble for her and it was so kind of her to leave us some basic food essentials for our arrival. Soller is a small bustling town centred around a square full of restaurants with a good market on Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again should we return to Majorca.

A beautiful stylish comfortable house (the photographs don't do it justice!), spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. The outdoor space and garden is private with a wonderful splash pool and space to sun bathe and dine. The position is perfect. You can hear the birds amongst the lemon groves, flanked by the mountains which provides a peaceful and tranquil environment, however, you can reach the town centre for atmosphere within minutes, very easily. We loved our stay and found Lourdes, the owner very efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit!
