I thought the breakfast area was clean and had a great variety of food. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Questionable on the cleanliness. Felt the bathroom shower and floor were not clean, the room floor was not clean and there was dirt between the sheets. The faucet and the toilet paper holder needed to be tightened.

The shower water was nice and hot! The beds were comfortable.
The shower had not been cleaned in the first room. There were hairs (more then 2 or 3) on the floor of the shower. We were given another room and there was a similar issue only this time the bed had a stain on it and there was mildew in the shower and hairs. Then switched to the next room and it was minimal. So I just cleaned the hairs that were left in the shower and moved on. By the time we had been moved it was 1 am. I was too tired to go back downstairs to talk with the young lady there about the cleanliness issue of the shower again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room and public areas were very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent
We were in Rm 101. There was a problem with the shower draining out of the surround onto the bathroom floor and out into the entrance hall. We had to create a “towel dam” to prevent this. We informed the manager as this is a safety issue.

room very disappointing. not clean. wallpaper coming off the walls. water stain on ceiling with mold. mold on window and in bathroom area. floors dirty didn’t looked to be mopped.

Location on highway was noisy. Windows are cheap and unable to ameliorate the constant semi-traffic on I-64.I didn't realize that double rooms backed up to highway and kings did not. Had I known that I would have booked a king.

it was a clean room, and easy access from the highway. the staff were all knowledgeable and very friendly. the breakfast was awesome, best we’ve ever had at a hotel.
when I reserved a room, I asked for first floor handicapped room. there was no hot water on the first floor, so we were put on floor 3, in the farthest possible room to walk to. also, only one elevator, which was very busy. there was a crawling bug in the bathroom, only one, and there was very little water pressure for the shower.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room was large and very clean.
Our concern was the lack of safety in the bathroom/shower. There was no safety bar to hold onto while taking a shower. The shower floor was a bit slippery; we placed a towel to stand on. Also, there was no hook or rack to hang up wet towels or clothing items. The bed was a little too soft for us, although the bedding was very clean.

The rest of the days. I had to desk ask for towels, trash bags, makeup remover packets. Coffee maker did not work. So me lights did not work.
Needed to have an extra blanket in the room, none.

The room was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable. The young woman, behind the desk, who was there in the morning and day, was very friendly and helpful. She is a huge asset to this hotel!!

Ice machine wasn't where it needed to be.
Pool was dirty and ice cold.
Guy at front desk said the side door would let us back in it did not. Breakfast time was way to short. Knocked on our door to check out a hour before check out time.
The shower was dirty there was hair in it from the stay before.

Never book through booking. com. I had to wildly overpay for a place across the street from the alcohol rehab and auto repair shop in a hick town.
Booking.com. You crooks are way overpriced.
