Le soin apporté par la personne qui a fait notre chambre est perfectible.

Zimmer:“Standard Doppelzimmer“ wir hier sehr großzügig ausgelegt… wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein kleines Apartement in einem Fachwerk-Nebengebäude aus dem 16.-18. Jhd bekommen. Sehr süß eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf die Mosel Lage: direkt am Fluss, sehr gute Lage Frühstück: Gutes Früchstück, sehr freundliches Personal Art Deco Bar: die ukrainische Barkeeperin war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hat durch ihre Art etwas Stimmung gebracht

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Frühstück hab es aber im Hauptgebäude, 2 Min zu Fuß. Ist aber trotzdem kein größeres Problem Wellnessbereich über mehrere Etagen verteilt

The ambience of this hotel is very unique. We had the 5 course dinner in the restaurant and it was the best meal I have ever had.

Great hotel Highly recommend. Lovely bar. Daniel was a super bar man so friendly and brilliant as his job.

Everything was wonderful.

the room was very comfortable and cleaning fab! the check was amazingly pleasant and timely after a few hours in the car and the weekend reception staff were fab pleasant and helpful

the room felt like more than 80 mtrs from the main building and spa this trip put us off using the beautiful spa much. the service in the dining rooms for dinner and breakfast was very mixed one or two very nice and several poor. we were told off for putting butter in the bread basket with the bread as it meant the lining napkins had to be changed! the buffet at 09:45/10 was picked over and fruits empty. bar service was dreadful with potential customers walking out without being served in several evenings. the check out was less pleasant told I couldn’t leave the key in the room before leaving but had to walk the 100 mtrs or more to return it by hand and unexplained items on the bill

The main building looks amazing. The breakfast / dinner room is one of the best jugendstil room I have ever seen. The breakfast was pretty good. And the dinner was also good. We also liked the saunas.

Our room was in another building which meant we had to walk outside to get to the sauna. The room was a bit spooky. We did not feel relaxed being there. Maybe it was the old building. The staff was not really taking well care of the customers. They were distant / formal in communication. Also the ladies behind the counter were not really paying attention to the customers. On one occasion, where we needed help, the girl behind the counter was on the phone having an informal phonecall and left us waiting for more than 5 minutes. She saw us but just ignored us.
