Fantastic location excellent apartment and close to local shops and restaurants.
Apartment is very clean and really has an excellent flow to provide a truly relaxing and comfortable stay, with excellent views of the beach and coastline.

Amazing apartment with excellent views of Westward Ho. The instructions given were clear and we had no problems at all. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as seen in the photographs. We were welcomed by James who showed us around and explained everything to us. The welcome gifts of prosecco and carrot cake were much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning soon.

Loved the view from this apartment and the comfy big chairs on the balcony which were well used! The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. James met us on arrival and went through everything that we needed to know making sure we knew we could contact him at any time if we had any problems. Would certainly consider returning.

The main thing we enjoyed about this property was the location. The views were outstanding across the beach and the park and meant you could totally relax on holiday.
For those visiting I would recommend Morans (Thai restaurant) for a meal.

The apartment and view are stunning-could have just stayed in and watched the tide coming in and out all day. Apartment so comfortable and well equipped and a lovely welcome from James. Will definitely stay here again.

Well appointed and spacious flat with the most amazing sea views. Had a lovely stay. James was very welcoming and the bubbly and cake were such a treat. Some good local eateries very close by and lots of good walks.

The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. The sea views were amazing. In lovely weather the large balcony would be a lovely place to eat and sit and relax.

Location was perfect for a peaceful get away....the only noise was the waves! James was amazing and so helpful. Just perfect...totally recommend, whatever your reason for stay.

This unit is perfectly located to: walk around Westwood Ho, tackle the coastal walk or just walk/look and enjoy the beach. It is an easy drive to Exmoor National Park and highlights of North Devon such as the Valley of the Rocks, as well as gorgeous Appledore and Clovelly. James is a perfect host and the unit is a superb holiday getaway.

Nothing ordinary about this amazing apartment with the most beautiful views you could never tire of. Pictures do not do it justice, James is such a lovely host, you couldn't ask for anything more from this beautiful apartment, my third visit in 18 months says it all!

Tides is a lovely flat in a stunning location. The views are amazing and the constantly changing tide on the beach gives many different vistas. The apartment has so much space and while being central is still very peaceful and quiet. The balcony is wide enough for yoga, it’s a great place to practise.
The location is perfect for the town and the costal path. Parking is very easy. I would recommend Tides to anyone, it’s a great place for a holiday.

A fantastic 5 days spent in this wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The views overlooking the sea are breathtaking, we certainly made use of the balcony. A number of excellent cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk so rarely needed to take the car anywhere adding to my relaxation. I genuinely would have loved to stay for a few weeks/months or even longer
Communication from James from the moment of booking to greeting us on arrival has been excellent.
We will most definitely be back next year

This has been one of the best holidays! The views were just amazing pics are hard to do it justice . The apartment was as described and more . Home from home we really didn’t want to leave.

Absolutely amazing!
Fabulous holiday once again, amazing apartment, views and host. This year was post surgery recovery time.....no better place to be able to recover! Thank you once again James for a truly wonderful holiday.

James, the owner really nice guy, met us at the property and give us the tour explaining security of building, parking, and recommendations of local sights and eateries etc.
The apartment itself was exemplary, perfectly presented, fully equipped and the views from the 4th floor patio doors and balcony were breathtaking.
James had left us a small welcome pack, which was gratefully received - thanks very much.
Would we recommend this apartment? Absolutely. Would we go back again? We certainly would, in fact we have already booked for next year.

A perfect place to stay.
We had a really lovely holiday. The apartment has everything you could possibly want while away, and amazing views.
James was the perfect host, and greeted us on arrival, which was extremely helpful.
The close proximity of all Westward Ho can offer is great, and the surrounding area has a huge amount to offer for every one.
I would thoroughly recommend this gem of a place.
