We loved the location of the condo, everything we needed was at arms reach! This is the second year at Regency Towers, last year we stayed on the 7th floor which was ok, but the 3rd floor was great!!!! The owner was very easy and it was clean and roomy! Can’t wait to come back!! Tammy , Donna , Ashley, Shannon and our teenagers!!

So many features about this property make this a “would definitely stay again” in our book. Super comfy beds, well insulated (couldn’t hear the poolside karaoke when inside the condo), quick beach/pool access, amazing view (the photos don’t do it justice), and a fully-stocked kitchen. Family friendly property, lovely room. Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits. Luckily, it’s only the third floor, so it was manageable. All around a great stay for our family of 4.

Every year we book a friend trip to the beach. The host was very helpful & communicative prior to our stay-we didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was provided. The beds were very comfortable & kitchen was well provisioned. We had a wonderful visit & enjoyed our stay here very much!

The condo was great. It was well appointed with everything I needed for cooking. and comfort. Would definitely stay there again if I have an occasion to go to Panama City Beach. Lannie Mercer

This condo is in the perfect location to everything. Loved being on the third floor and it is a very short walk to the beach. As soon as we walked in the condo, the curtains were open, we instantly fell in love with the view! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and were eager to pick out our perfect spot. The patio also overlooks one of the two pools the property has to offer. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is memory foam you can put on the pullout in the living room and it made it comfortable for the ones who slept there. There was a crockpot for you to use and I made good use of it 3 of the days we were there as we did mot want to go anywhere but the beach or pool If we come back to PCB we will rent this condo again! There were six of us this trip but can easily fit 8. Tim is very easy to work with and a wonderful host. Thanks for everything! The Spaunhorst’s

After 5 different visits to the Regency Tower, the condo has been consistent and enjoyable for our whole family. This unit was no exception.

Being on the east side of PCB was very nice, clean and quiet away from all the high rise hotels and condos. Nice restaurants and watering holes near by. Great temps in the mid to upper 70's all week. We had a great week.

Tim’s place was great and beds were amazing! Had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Property was good, one elevator was out of order so it was a little wait…but the kiddie pool and Bikini Bob’s made up for the inconvenience! Definitely recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our adventure! The Biltmore staff was very attentive and the host was awesome at communicating!! The condo was very clean, stocked with supplies as described and the towels were truly very nice!! I usually have a hard time sleeping when away, but the king size bed was super comfortable! We had 8 people aging from 11 to 81 and not one single complaint from anyone... Unless we count having to leave. LOL. We visited St. Andrews park which is less than 2 miles away. We went to Shell Island one day... that was fun!! My husband spent one entire day with the younger folks at one of the amusement parks while the rest of us chilled at the pool. One day they even para sailed for the first time ever!! Everything is soooo close and reasonably priced!! We will be back!!
