This home was perfect for our family celebration of a BIG birthday. My favorite part might have been the very long table that ran the length of the screened-in porch, which actually seated all of us, which was 16 for one dinner! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and even seasonings. The big kids enjoyed the kayaks, and we all enjoyed the sunrise from the dock and porch. Nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are plenty of beds and sleeping spaces. The kids loved the bunk beds. There were lots of games and puzzles, (and books!) but mostly, we enjoyed the dock and the marsh, plus trips to the beach. It was a great time, and the hostess was very accommodating to our needs. Thanks for a great few days at a special retreat!

The house was lovely! My family fully enjoyed all the activities. Kayaking on the marsh was definitely a favorite. For myself, my partner and my kids it was really nice to get an opportunity to explore an area outside of where we live ( Myrtle beach) and for the rest of our family it was a great introduction into the area. My husband, our 4 children, 2 of their spouses, a boyfriend and grand baby enjoyed an awesome week together in this beautiful Pawley’s Island home! Near the ocean and beaches; a quick drive or kayak/canoe across the marsh to get to Southend Beach. The guys took advantage of 3 days of local golf courses while we girls enjoyed shopping and local coffee shops and brunches. We did a day-trip to Charleston and spent another evening in nearby Murrells Inlet; great seafood and fun pier walk with lots of nightlife and live music! He best part about this home was that we had plenty of room to gather in the large living room with enough comfy seating for the entire family! And the extra large dining table was perfect for family dinners together and late nights playing cards and games! And when ready to slip away to bed we all had comfortable rooms with plenty of beds. Overall, a perfect family vacation!!

We were on a work trip in the area, and this was a great place to come home to! We all wished we had more time to really enjoy it. The screened-in porch & rocking chairs were a perfect place to relax after a long day. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this home. It was big enough that everyone could have there space but had wonderful family areas where we could spend time together as well. The kitchen had everything we needed then some. The dock and hammock were used almost the entire stay. Thank you!

Our family loved this house. There is plenty of room to spread out, lots of beds for multiple guests, and seating all over so you can congregate in the kitchen, living room, dining area, etc. We enjoyed the dock with kayaks and the canoe. We rarely drove to the beach, and instead, jumped in the boats for a short ~10 minute paddle across the inlet to Pritchard landing and walked to the beach. When we did drive, it's a short 12 minutes out of the neighborhood and around, with lots of available parking. The kids love dropping crab traps in the inlet, catching minnows with their net, and chasing the tiny crabs around the property. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again in the future.

My family, my sister’s family, and our parents all enjoyed a wonderful week together in this home. Kayaking, yard, and spacious common areas gave us plenty to do with space to spread out. The kitchen was small but well stocked with plates, cups, and cookware (we cooked most nights)

Wonderful communication start to finish. The best guest book I've ever seen complete with GPS coordinates for preferred parking at the beach. Loved the house! Only thing I can add to other reviews is that it is also well set up for inclement weather with two covered porches and a fun basement. Clever nooks of books! We also enjoyed kayaking suitable for beginner and advanced. Thank you so much for having us; we felt comfortable and cared for.

We absolutely loved the location on the marsh and spent a lot of time at the dock and in the backyard/patio/porch watching the wildlife and playing games. The house was beautiful and perfect for accommodating 12 of us. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

Our stay was perfect! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great golf/shopping get-away. Host was very responsive, check in and out was easy. Would definitely want to stay again.

We stayed here with our three adult children for a weekend wedding at Pawleys Island. The house was spotless and we had more than enough room for the seven of us. As a matter of fact, we could have added a couple more folks due to the five oversized bedrooms. Laura was a superb host and everything was as advertised. Awesome location and views - we will be back again!

Nothing but rave reviews for our time here. The property manager is a great communicator and easy to work with. We stayed here for a golf weekend and it is a great location for southern MB courses. Very nice place for the group to gather and relax. Definitely recommend this gorgeous house.

Seamless check in and prompt response from host about anything. Very comfortable and spacious home in quiet area with peaceful views. Our only disappointment was that the grill was extremely dirty so we didn’t use it at all. Obviously a previous renter didn’t clean it as requested. Not an uncommon occurrence at rentals but disappointing nonetheless. Very enjoyable stay!

Great place to stay. Laura the owner was very helpful. The house was perfect. The views from the house are fantastic. We were there for the “king tide” and the blood moon. Absolutely beautiful! Loved the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We had some family over we had plenty of room. The kids loved to explore in the marsh. It’s in a very quiet area. This home is beautiful with an awesome view and lots of extras. Plenty of room for everyone. Kayaks and canoe was included for our use. Lovely backyard swing especially if the wind is blowing. Very serene and calming. Large variety of games were available. Close to grocery stores and restaurant. Host promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for large families.

What a perfect home for a family and/or friends' get away! The house is very spacious, with several different "living spaces," that allow a variety of places to hang out and relax. Beautiful fireplace and hearth, up to date and well stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms and nice bedrooms with comfortable linens. Wonderful creek/marsh views as well as a wonderful view of Pawley's Island across the marsh. Personal hospitality received from the owners, even a basket with snacks and a hand written note. Highly recommend this awesome home and property for a family vacation or friends trip!

This place is nothing short of perfect! Great views from all windows looking out towards the inlet, house is really nice and all around pretty neat. The renters were the icing on the cake! Great people, so easy to communicate with, and beyond welcoming! 10/10 would recommend! Will absolutely be returning in the future!

The property was amazing had a beautiful set up to the dock to go out on the water plenty of space! Just a cozy beautiful vert spacious home to rent enjoyed my stay even though it was understand sad circumstances definitely have to stay again on a more enlightening occasion

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was right on the marsh and absolutely beautiful. Each night we sat out on the back porch and enjoyed the sunset and every morning we enjoyed the sunrise! The host was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, seafood markets and everything we needed. We had a cute gift basket waiting our arrival with all the necessities to get us started like coffee and snacks. It came with a personalized note which made us feel welcomed. The beds were dreamy and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!
