Place was beautiful and very clean. Lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for two business colleagues with two master suites and separate thermostats. This clean condo is well-appointed with everything needed for a comforable stay. Walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants close by.

Everything was exactly as listed. It was really nice to have garage parking. Ted checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going okay. Lots of places to eat on Race and on Vine.

Location of Over-The-Rhine is convenient to downtown as well as local eateries and stores. The condo is kept up well with a thoughtful layout for two families. Pictures are accurate. Ted is responsive and helpful.

The condo is clean and gorgeous as described! We had a slight issue during our stay (nothing major) and he was quick to respond. The alley to get to garage is narrow and difficult to find (look for the hot dog on the Holiday Bar wall and the alley is next to it) but once we did it was easy enough. We look forward to staying again!!

Old college friends in town to celebrate our kiddo’s wedding. We loved the property as it was very close to all the wedding venues. Very spacious! The three bathrooms were fantastic! Ted did a great job communicating.

We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our daughter in Cincinnati. Check in was a breeze due to detailed instructions and excellent communication. The unit was even prettier in person and it was immaculate. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, Findlay market and to all the local shops. Our car never left the garage. Definitely one of the best properties we have visited!

Originally from Cincinnati but had not been back in years. Came in to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family and friends. Location was perfect to explore Over The Rhine with great restaurants and bars all walking distance. And being right on trolly line was great to ride to stadium for Bengals game and back. Well furnished and very urban modern.

Lovely condo with two very nice size bedrooms. Both with adjoining bathrooms and king size beds. Very close to tons of restaurants and bars as well as Findlay market. We would come back!

This apartment is very welcoming and so easy to stay in. The flow of the rooms lend to relaxation. We enjoyed the closeness and ease of walking 3-5 minutes to a variety of great restaurants. The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum were only 30 - 40 minute drives. Totally a great experience.

Perfect!
Everything you need! We had two couples and went to a concert. Great location very secure. Host was super accommodating ! Could not have asked for anything more. Just book it don’t even think about it !

This was a great condo, in a very accessible part of Cincinnati. We were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go, with some great recommendations from the owner. Look forward to a return trip!

Great unit - bring a small car
Very comfortable and clean. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Only drawback is the tightness of the alley and the ability to get in the garage. You will want a small car.

DREAM apartment!!
Cannot say enough great things about this apartment. Ted is easy to work with and when I wanted to extend my stay, he responded quickly and with no issues. I’m from Cincinnati and stayed downtown for my wedding weekend and definitely will be making a tradition of staying here every year. Apartment is spacious, clean, secure and ultimately wish it wasn’t just my place for the weekend!! Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in Cincinnati. Walking distance to almost everything downtown.

Stayed downtown with out of town guests
This property is 100% as it is listed. Spacious, well equipped and close to any any and everything you want to see and do in downtown Cincinnati. Perfect pick if you love discovering downtown areas in new cities. Or just right if you want to enjoy a weekend in the heart of you own city! Certainly hope to stay again.

Fabulous OTR getaway
We came for a couples getaway. This condo is fantastic, super close to fabulous food and drink spots. It’s definitely a city getaway so if looking for the sound of crickets this is not for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Beautiful modern space. Very clean and well organized home. Kitchen was well stocked. I felt so spoiled during my stay! I would definitely stay again.
The only thing I wish were different was
finding the alley back to the garage, I drove around the block 3-4 times, but not deal breaker, it was great having a covered garage and a locked gated space.

Wedding weekend
We stayed at this property and it was a stunning condo. The area was extremely central for our needs. The check-in process was easy. If I had one thing to say it would be that the floors seemed to be very dirty/dusty so bring your slippers

Very nice place in a not so nice neighborhood.
This place was nice however and the check in was amazing very easy to get in and settled but the dish’s where not clean and there was dirty sponges in the sink. For the money you would expect the linens to be a little nicer. We had a ceiling panel fall off at like 3am which was a little annoying I felt like the TVs could be a little bigger for the space but other than that it was very nice and contemporary/ modern unit

Easy access to restaurants, marketplace, shopping, and Washington Park. Indoor garage was a nice amenity but alleyway to the garage is a bit challenging for larger vehicles. Otherwise the space for bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very spacious.

Beautiful well thought out design. Large windows with lots of natural light. Feeling of being at home with everything you need. Attached garage a plus. OTR restaurant corridor one block away. Best VRBO experience. 5-star hotel quality. Will be back again. Thank you Ted and Vicky!

Relaxing with quality finishes.
My husband and I came for little getaway and mostly ordered in due to COVID. We spent so much time in the rental we were very happy with how clean and comfortable everything was. Perfect place to escape but still in the middle of it all.

Great property, clean and easy to access. The garage was perfect since parking can be difficult at times. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again for Blink or Bockfest with the entire family.
