Das es ein eigenes Bad gab. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Alles roch nach Essig. Der WC Sitz ist immer verrutscht. Das Öl war ranzig und die Ausstattung in einem schlechten Zustand. Und! Die Kommunikation war schlecht bis nicht vorhanden!!!

Camera grande e silenziosa.
Mancano dei dettagli per aumentare la positività:
Un paio di appendi asciugamani in bagno.
L uscita dell acqua in doccia da regolare
Seduta del water da cambiare.
Cuscini di bellezza sopra al letto polverosi.

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, ben arredato. Il letto meraviglioso, materasso e cuscino bellissimi!!
La doccia non funzionava, chiesto intervento non arrivato, e leggendo recensioni a ritroso il problema persiste da settimane....

La habitación era amplia y tenía balcón.
Que tuvimos que esperar al anfitrión para que nos entregará la llave.

La vicinanza al luogo in cui poi sarei andata a lavorare, la grandezza della camera e i servizi a disposizione.
Aver aspettato sotto la pioggia 20 minuti perché qualcuno venisse ad aprirmi, non so se gli host si fossero dimenticati dell'arrivo o se ci fossero stati problemi di comunicazione tramite booking.
La doccia presentava un soffione e un telefono inutilizzabili, cavo di collegamento rotto con perdita d'acqua a metà. La cordialità non è stata il massimo, nemmeno il tempo di mettere piede in camera e dovevo già pagare le tasse di soggiorno (e non so nemmeno se mi spettassero avendo soggiornato per già 8 notti nei 30 gg precedenti )

The room was really nicely furnished,had a good ac and a really cool modern shower. The neighbors were really kind.
The price was good for Verona.
There was free parking on the street opposite of the building.
The owners were relatively mean and had weird manners regarding checking in. The location is is not necessary bad,but it’s a pretty long walk away from the city center (you can however take the bus.) and the area looks as if it had a lot of industry not long ago.

It was passable for one night
The staff seemed miserable. The door lock didn't work and the bathroom was not clean. The shower barely worked and the bed did not look clean. Check in was the most confusing one I've ever had and the location is terrible if you want to experience Verona, it seems to be in the middle of the industrial zone which is long abandoned which effected our trip.

Dario was very helpful, very responsive on the phone and through the messaging platform. Great location, offering good and easy options with buses that run to the center every 10-15min. I would most likely go back if I were to return to Verona.

Relatively close to old town (driving).
Clean apartment.
The aircon did not work. It was unbearable hot.
The boiler in the kitchen area is also part of the problem - so warm there you can't sit in the communal area.
Not a pretty area where apartment is located but practical to reach the city.

Location was superb very close to train station and city centre
Mattress was horrible Internet was not working When we tried to call owner he did not answer or call back

I don't like that when you get inside the apartment there is a camera watching you. And the shower it is a little bit dirty with salts and the water does not throw well.

the double bed is two single beds put together and it resulted in a lot of discomfort while sleeping. the location is not ideal

While getting the keys, we were told that checkout time was 11:00, but at 10:30 cleaning lady came so we had to leave earlier than planned, which caused us a bit discomfort

Check-in process and description could be better, no host name given, host had to be called and waited for (15 min), the luggage storage was just an open spot next to a restroom in a restaurant (didn't feel very secure), wifi is slow

The room was big and modern, it was clean, close to The train station and The host was so friendly

The triple room (2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed, and a single bed) was spacious. The shower had multiple water jets with a radio, so there is music when you shower. That was the only thing good about this apartment!
The location is quite far and inconvenient if you are walking with luggage with children. The apartment sign outside the gate did nit clearly state 'Business Centro'. Instead, it was a name which was not conveyed to us prior to our arrival.
The cleaning lady was also the receptionist and spoke absolutely NO ENGLISH. When I rang the number stated on the booking form, a male answered it and told me to wait for him at the nearby bar, but asked me to figure it out myself after I messaged him multiple times later.

Clean room, nice balcony and tidy kitchen
the kitchen was nice and spacious, with a capsule coffee machine and a very old kettle BUT no coffee or tea available. I consider coffee and tea as essentials rather than a shower gel. not many people travel without shower gel, but have a tea bags in their suitcase…
make sure you arrange a time of your arrival well in advance, you don’t want to be waiting outside for a long time

Very easy to reach from the train station, there's a bus that leads almost right to the building. After reading some reviews I was scared I wouldn't be able to find the property but honestly it was really easy to find. It's also very well connected to other places in the city (like the center), the bus station is literally right in front of the building entrance. The host came right away when we messaged him, the room was nice, the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was good.
The room was a bit dusty (maybe the curtains are the problem), so my friend who has allergies had a hard time breathing during the night, but other than that it looked clean.
