Location and last minute pricing was good

Severe mold in the bottom of the tub covered my a sticky mat that was nasty- we saw several centipede like bugs throughout(specifically one in bedroom and one in kitchen) The side of the bathroom sink was completely peeled up it looked like from wetness.

The view was absolutely beautiful of the beach and ocean, the room was clean and comfortable.

I do not recommend parking underneath the balconies, directly in front of the pool area. We informed staff that something had been thrown on the hood and windshield of our car.

Towels were too rough especially if you have sensitive skin

Li had to leave the fist day because of Covid and the lady at the desk said she couldn’t refund any of my money I’ll never deal with them again

Close to the beach and the main drag. Had enough space in the room to be comfortable for a few nights.

They stuck lipstick on the property and were charging premium! They really could have invested a bit more in new doors and adding a few personal items to the rooms, maybe a few umbrellas to the pool deck.

The rooms were very nice. Most of all Ms. Sonya at the desk went above and beyond to make the accommodations nice.

The beach was our front view! the room had everything for a longer stay, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher (which i personally never use). the beach access was great, and shopping was all along the strip. the staff was friendly. I lost my code and had no issue getting another one. the lady gave us her personal typed up places for food, entertainment and shopping and how expensive it was. the pullout bed was great!

i was not expecting the beds to be in the hallway. the room was very small, and the bathroom had 2 doors from the room and hallway. if i brought older people they would not have been able to get up to the bunk beds. however, there was a pull-out bed, but my kids were small enough to get up there. I was disappointed that there was no washing machine in the room. i had to go down the hall to do my clothes at night because I didn't want to miss out on any vacation time.

Our TV Safelite Network was down and we couldn’t watch TV at night.

Cleaning service They didn’t even come to the room after our first night to see if we needed towels and we definitely needed new ones ! Front desk was great and helped me out !!!

The location was fabulous. I love the beach view, being able to walk down to the beach from our room, and being within walking distance of many places.

The room seemed to hold a lot of moisture and the bathtub didn’t drain very well.
