Everything about the villa was lovely, except for the sofas displayed outside which had stained bird poo over them. Unfortunately we were unable to sit on them during our stay. Upon returning I did notify the owner who has now cleaned them up.

Everything we needed was in the villa. Totally relaxing and close to resorts and the sea. We have booked again!

This time was very special for my family and I. Everyone has been through a lot since my Breast Cancer diagnosis. I am truly grateful for the time I was able to get away; to enjoy and continue healing in such a wonderful place. The house was exactly as described in the profile. It was peaceful, clean, and comfortable for a family of 4 - the kids loved the heated pool; the joy on their faces was worth the money! Norann was very responsive to my many questions. :) The weather was great and the home was centrally located to everything but you definitely need a car/driver/bolt. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Villa Veronika was very comfortable and loyal to its description. The place was very clean and comfortable for two families. Accommodation is spacious and the outside area and pool is lovely. Beautiful area to be used as a base when exploring the Algarve region of Portugal

Norann's property is better than we had expected, it had everything you could ever need for a long holiday, especially when travelling with a baby. It's in a great location and has quick access to supermarkets, golf, beaches and marina, we had a rental car but also used Uber and Bolt with ease.

Probably one of best villas we’ve stayed in. Can’t actually find a fault. We loved it and will definitely be back. The owners are most helpful at all times.

The villa is better than the photos, lovely heated pool with comfortable garden furniture and bbq. Kitchen well equipped with utensils, plastic glasses, plates etc. very clean. Could not fault the villa and Norann’s communication. One of the best we have stayed in. Would love to return. Thank you

Great family home with lovely garden. Some appliances in the kitchen were ready for an update but that was fixed really fast by the great Jose. The house is spacious and close to interesting places such as the beach or towns (15-20 min drive). The swimmingpool is fantastic and the outside dinner table is huge. Be aware that there are a lot of dogs in the neigberhood (barking) and planes from Faro airport fly over but we got used to that within a day.

This is a beautiful villa situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura. When we arrived the villa turned out to be exactly as pictured and described! The villa is equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay and everything has been well thought out and considered. The villa is very spacious, beds are comfortable and every room is clean and well presented. We didn't rent a car and found it very easy to get around using Uber for the week that we stayed. We would definitely recommend a stay at this villa and would almost certainly stay again!

We had a super relaxing holiday at the wonderful Villa Veronika! Top quality, well appointed accommodation, close to all amenities, yet manages to be away from the madding crowds. Excellent!

The house is great, in the hot water heater works but only allows for at most two showers in a two hour Time span. At least three of the adults took a cold shower every morning because there was no hot water. It took forever for it to get hot again. The house is amazing but the plumbing system is an afterthought. We would stay here again only if the hot water situation was resolved.

We chose this place for the kids' first trip abroad and it was a complete success. We loved the house and the kids especially loved the pool. The villa is roomy and has everything you need to make it a home away from home. Everything was clean, the garden is well maintained and the pool water is regularly checked. The location provides lots of privacy and is only 10 minutes from the beach and marina. Norann is very responsive and we'll definitely consider her place again.

Nous étions deux familles de 4 personnes et la villa est parfaite pour ce genre de configuration. Les propriétaires ont toujours été réactifs dans leurs réponses et facilement joignables. Nous recommandons vivement de louer cette maison !

We had a wonderfully relaxing week after a hectic family wedding in Northern Portugal. The villa was a fantastic haven away from it all, but within easy reach of golf courses, harbour towns, beaches, hilltop villages and great restaurants. It is very spacious, with plenty of room for a large group to stay without feeling cramped. Well equipped and super comfortable.We enjoyed the waterparks, local food and drink, and generally relaxing together as a family which was what we needed! There was plenty still to see and do which we hope to do another year. Thank you for a great stay.

We have just returned from 12 lovely days at villa veronika. Norann was so helpful & gave us detailed directions to villa, and loads of information about local area - supermarket, restaurants etc. The location was perfect for us, less than 10 mins away from vilamoura, Quarteira. A car is definitely recommended but we used Uber regularly when we were going out for the evening average €6 each way. The villa was very comfortable for 8 of us and catered for our every need. The hammock out the back was bliss and kids loved the ping pong table and pool toys and many happy hours were spent outside on the terrace area. Would love to return here again one day, many thanks Norann & Peter

Beautiful villa everything you need is just here. Lovely quiet location but not to far to drive to the marina. Would definitely recommend the villa and will use again.

Myself and my family stayed at Villa Veronika for a week in August and had a lovely time. The villa stands on a very pretty plot and is incredibly peaceful with the pool area and gardens wrapping themselves very nicely around the property. The villa itself is very spacious and very well appointed with lovely furnishings. We hired a car so were able to get to either Villamoura Marina in about 10 minutes or to the supermarkets in less than 5 minutes. Despite their proximity however returning to the villa always felt very quiet and peaceful. We would love to go back one day and would definitely stay at Villa Veronika again!!

This was our first holiday abroad for all of our close family 4 adults 2 small children and a baby and what a fabulous choice we made to spend it in this lovely Villa. Its very private and set in a well kept large garden. It had everything our family needed, children loved the pool.. and the TV which kept them amused and out of the sun for a while. The owners were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very spoilt and it's set the bar very high for any future holidays. Would definitely love to return.

Right from booking this property Norann was really helpful. The information sent to us prior to our departure was so helpful. The info included directions complete with photos of how to get to the Villa and this was invaluable. The property itself was fantastic, it was clean, well maintained and lovely and spacious. The gardens are fabulous with lots of space to sunbathe, eat, drink and relax. We enjoyed many evenings making full use of the outside dining area and 10 days making full use of the sun loungers!! The children (and adults) loved the pool which we opted to have heated and they spent most of everyday playing in it. Jose the pool Maintenance guy was so lovely and helpful too. Everything you need is very close by (but you will need a car as everything is driving distance) the Continente Supermarket is approx 5 mins drive and the marina with all its restaurants, bars and beautiful boats, is approx 15 minutes. We hired a speed boat and went on a dolphin Safari from the Marina. I would highly recommend this property as a place to go to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunshine. We would definitely go back. XX

Our recent holiday took us to the lovely country of Portugal. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at the lovely, Villa Veronica in Vilamoura. The accommodation, gardens and pool area is outstanding with everything we needed and more. The villa is situated in a quite location, very secluded and secure. The Marina with plenty of restaurants to choose from is a short distance away by car. We made great use of the perfect pool, comfortable sun loungers, patio / dining area and barbecue which again are all of a very high standard. Our plans for our holiday was to have a quiet relaxing break and we can honestly say we certainly achieved that. Thanks to Villa Veronica!

Although we stayed a few months ago in May I just wanted to say how lovely this villa is. It was the ideal base for our family with kids as the property is secure, with large garden and brilliant heated pool. The bbq area is perfect for a warm sunny evening eating outside. The interior is of a high standard and has all you need (maybe a fly net at the front door would be handy so you can leave the door open). The gardens are immaculate and the gardener is more than happy to help with any issues that may arise. As long as you have a car its the perfect base to discover The Algarve. Will definitely plan another stay.

This is a lovely villa, around 25 minutes drive from Faro airport and 10 minutes drive from both Vilamoura marina and the beachfront at Quarteira. The property is newly refurbished with fixtrures and fittings to a high standard and sits in its own private garden surrounded by a gate and hibiscus hedging. Security is good and the villa sits down a country lane, around 5 miles inland, along with 9 or 10 other properties. All mod-cons function well - fridge, cooker, washing machines, A/C units, showers, and plumbing. A minor niggle was the bed in the downstairs Master bedroom is only a 4ft6" double and I would suggest the owners consider a Kingsize as the room is large enough to accommodate one? Having said that the sofa bed in the lounge is massive! There is ample lawned area for placing the sun loungers and the pool is generous but a little shallow at one end for really serious swimmers, although this may be good for families with younger children. There is a good charcoal BBQ which we used extensively, but I would recommend the owners install an additional platform/table area for placing the BBQ food/marinades and my glass of wine (!) on during chef duties. A hire car is essential but it is only a short drive to the extensive array of classy restaurants and bars at Vilamoura Marina or the beachfront in Quarteira where there is a good beach with fixed parasols and loungers for rent (10Euros/day for two loungers/pads and a parasol). The closest supermarket , Pingo Doce, is also 10mins from the Villa in Quarteira, next door to a good Water Park. We visited two well organised Gypsy markets, one on the outskirts of Quarteira on a Wednesday and the same stalls in Loule on Saturday. Here you will find your usual array of counterfeit goods mixed with some local textiles and leather goods - certainly worth a visit but be prepared to barter the price down a long way. There is also an interesting food market in the centre of Loule on a Saturday too. At the far end of the marina (Vilamoura) you can book Parasailing, which my children did, Jet Skis, Fishing trips, Cruises, and Dolphin Spotting, which we did as a family and was great fun. I can highly recommend this villa, it strikes a good balance between being a peaceful, secure retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal area yet only being a very short distance away by car. Proximity to Faro airport is very good too without having intrusive planes flying overhead too.
