Home needs some TLC since new, nothing a good handyman could not put right.

The property was as described and we had a fantastic holiday

Lovely villa with fantastic pool. We were two families with four children ranging in ages from 7 to 22, and all had a brilliant time. Great to laze at the villa all day, swimming, playing pool, and reading in the sunshine, or head out for the day into the local area. Great restaurants nearby with fabulous food for low cost. Easy check in, and well looked after by Vicki and Tetyiana. Would highly recommend

Great service excellent facilities

We came for a week where the children could enjoy themselves in the pool and we weren’t disappointed! The pool is lovely and they spent most of their time entertaining themselves. We ate as a family with a choice of 2 outdoor and one indoor location. The villa is set in a very peaceful location with a friendly (distant) neighbour who kindly helped to return an umbrella that blew over and put up with yelling kids and loud music, even though he is some distance away. Overall? We kept saying how lucky we were to find this hideaway.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. The house is well appointed with everything our family of 7 needed and served as a great base for us to explore the Algarve. The property is large and very private while also centrally located to many of the beautiful sights across the region we wanted to explore. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway.

We spent a week in September here and were two generations which included 2 children under the age of 3. It was our choice to use the main road and not the toll road, therefore the instructions to find the villa most probably would have been perfect but we did require help. Once found however the villa is well placed to visit all areas. The area is not new to us we can recommend the many lovely beaches. Our wish to come to the villa earlier than our allotted time was granted which helped us with 2 such small children. The villa cannot be faulted for its position, privacy and outside area. However in our opinion it is now in need of some remidial work. We are sure that with a continual flow of guests things are in need of some repair. Although the kitchen is large and does offer a certain amount of kitchen ware it is also lacking in things that a true self caterer like ourselves would need to be able to cook with. For a villa that also can cater for more guests than we were it is a shame that there are so many cups and glasses but not enough plates and bowls, therefore we needed to use the dish washer far more than we would have liked. Our last issue was two of the double beds were on hardboard and the mattresses were so uncomfortable. If these issues were rectified we would not hesitate but to return for another enjoyable holiday.

The villa is incredible and very well decorated. The pool area is brilliant. Small pool for our toddler, although by the end of the week he was swimming in the big pool (with armbands) with his older brother. Kids play area is great, just watch out for the artificial grass as it can get hot in the sun. Just watch out for that bed in the master bedroom. Don’t walk in, in the dark. Took my shins a few times. Throughly enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

Villa was absolutely stunning. It had everything you could want for all ages. The pool is beautiful and the kids had a fantastic time playing constantly in it. Will recommend to anyone who wishes to holiday in the algarve. Thanks

Really great house and property. Generally well maintained. Loads of games, movies and books Kids loved running around the property, however there was leftover construction materials around, rusty bolts, wires, etc.

This is a lovely property. You would need a car to enjoy the surrounding area. But as everything is on site you need not even do that! Relax and enjoy.

A beautiful villa in a secluded location which allowed us complete privacy where we could relax and the kids could play and be as noisy as they liked! Moncarpacho and olaho were only a 10 min drive away for shops and restaurants. We also visited some of the local beaches and drove west to Zoomarine, which I throughly recommend, aqualand and Loule.

The villa was lovely and catered for all but could do with a few boy things. Did find it hard to find but was rescued very late at night a huge thank you. You do need a car to get about. Had a great time by all. Hope to return sometime. Thankyou again

We have just returned from a week stay here and we all had such an amazing time! We needed something suitable for young children and this villa was perfect! We loved it that much we are looking to return again. The staff are all lovely who manage the property, if we had any questions they where there to help straight away all we had to do was send a text message. thanks for such a fab holiday!

This villa has everything you need for a quiet vacation, a car is a must to visit this beautiful area. There are some fantastic restaurants in nearby monacarapacho,also Maria's just a few minutes drive away. We were well looked after by Tatiana and any problems were soon resolved.The grounds and pool are wonderful! The beaches are some of the best I have ever been to and a visit to Tavira is a must. But if you want to just relax at the villa you don't really need to go anywhere! Thank you for a wonderful holiday , Kevin Shelley and family.

From the communication in the uk to the meet and greet in Portugal we could not fault this villa it really was fantastic so modern we felt like we had won the lottery for a week pretending this was our house so nice and big with everything you could need we litrally didn't leave I went with my family and have a 1 year old and was great for every age with the baby pool being nice and shallow the hot tub and spa were all great even the little play area that looks freshly painted were all bonuses for the kids I can't stress enough how beautiful this villa is and anyone one that puts a bad review seriously needs to get a grip I would live there forever if I could We can't wait to return the only one problem was we didn't want to come home amazing villa great communication great price 10/10 all the way thank you for the best holiday ever

The villa is stunning. Can't think of anything we needed that it didn't have.A car is a must if you want to site see as its a bit remote.Plenty within a 30 minute drive though and with good weather we didn't feel like moving around much with such great facilities in the villa.

Had a beautiful time in Portugal. This villa is truly lovely and so welcoming. the maintenance team are very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I would strongly recommend this villa to families young and old or people who just want luxury with piece and quiet but can make as much noise as you want. Thank you

My family and I spent a gorgeous week in this amazing villa in February. My husband is a golf fanatic and played 5 times over the week on various different courses around the area and loved everyone of them. The villa has everything you could possible want for a truly relaxing break away with the family. The local restaurants were very friendly and so accommodating and the food was really lovely with such a wide variety to choose from.
