Lynne & Jeff were amazing hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is just as described in their description and we enjoyed our two week stay immensely. We stayed in the Green Room and it was supplied with just about anything you would need. It was nice to have laundry facilities and free ice available, along with a beautiful pool and lovely property. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, which is also very close to the beach and shopping. This location is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are very nice with everything you need. The shower was large and HOT water. Beautiful area. Nice pool. And the rum cakes are worth the trip on their own. Planning on returning to this wonderful place!

The property and room were both very plesant. The hosts were very friendly and willing to assist as needed. We can’t wait to visit again!!

My wife and I are in the process of building our own guest house close by to this one. We know what we want, but our family staying here helped us figure out what works better for hospitality and visitors. I could see us modeling a lot of things after Lynne and Jeff. They are great at what they do and this place is awesome. A few things - plenty of hot water in shower, comfy bed, loved the shower wand, bathroom has toiletries (body wash, lotions, etc), huge closets, good lighting, air conditioner (although a little noisy), beautiful grounds/pool area, and "footed" coffee mugs eliminated the need for coasters. :) Well worth the money. LOVE IT

The room and location was perfect! The room was so cute and cozy!! Just like the pictures and every review posted was spot on!! Communication with manager was outstanding and the muffins left in room with restaurant recommendations were perfect!! Highly suggest this to anyone.

I bought a night away for my parents as a gift. They stayed in the Green Room. They said the room was beautiful, immaculate and exactly as it appeared online. Lynne communicated with myself and my parents to make sure they were able to check in and had everything they needed. It was a great experience for them.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. To start, Seminole is a cool area and the neighborhood was really nice. It is close to Indian rocks Beach, where the ocean and restaurants are located. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had any amenity you could ask for. The property itself was gorgeous and has great landscaping, and a really nice pool area. And as other people have stated, Lynne’s rum cakes were the best of I’ve ever had! Lynne and Jeff were great hosts, and this was a perfect vacation, other than unseasonably cold weather. 100% recommend this place!

This property is so beautiful and has so much to offer!! The green room was cute and perfect for just me as a solo traveler. The actual property has shared spaces but there’s so many spaces that you don’t feel like you are on top of everyone! Beautiful pool, multiple fire pits, swings, lots of chairs! I loved it!

My husband and I came down to help move our daughter back to Chicago. We wanted to make it a little get-away for us as well and this place was perfect. Communication with Lynne was prompt and easy, the room was great, the pool was amazing! They made accommodations for our moving van as well, which we were so grateful for. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this is a place we'd absolutely stay at again!!

This is a lovely little place. It was quiet, and very beautiful. The wife and I appreciated the beauty of the plants on the property. It was like being in your own little oasis. Sitting outside in the evening was very peaceful, And a plus was, NO BUGS. We will definitely visit again.

This property was fantastic and the owner supplied almost anything you may have forgotten to pack for a Florida trip! Communication was smooth and everything was as described in the listing. We would stay again. I think there are 4 rooms on the property so if you have a group of adults you're traveling with, this would be a fantastic place to stay and still have privacy amongst couples!

Room was very clean and welcoming. Lynne and Jeff were friendly and on site in case there were any problems. They also provided many thoughtful items you could want/need on vacation. It all felt very private and we enjoyed walking the grounds and admiring landscaping and small local wildlife. We also loved many of the local restaurants and points of interest suggested by Lynne and Jeff. We both were so sad to leave and would stay again! Thank you, Lynne and Jeff!

We will always return to this stop. It is 2 miles from our favorite beach in a quiet neighborhood that allowed me to walk in the morning and exercise safely. The host was very nice and let us know when the room was ready. We will be back for sure.

We had such a wonderful visit at Lynne’s property! We loved the flowers and the pool and the grill. Everything was perfect and I look forward to returning to this gem. 🌺

Lynne and Jeff were wonderful hosts when we stayed on their beautiful property. Our room was clean, well supplied and very comfortable. A quiet and relaxing environment, but just minutes from sights. Everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend.

The property is a huge garden with lots of vegetation and very secluded. The hosts, Lynne and James, very pleasant and friendly. The Green Room is large with high ceilings, very large and comfortable bed, lots of closet space, clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom large, clean, nice shower good for taller folks adjustable for shorter ones too. All toiletries are provided. I goofed and bought a pizza since I forgot there was no oven, but Lynne was gracious to accommodate, cooked it, cut it, and added plates for us which we are very thankful for. The original rum cakes were devine, had them the day we arrived. We had a fire 3 nights in a row (there was some wood to use and we bought a bundle from a Shell station 5 mins away) in the fire pit in front of our suite and were able to connect with the others that were there visiting, which made it even nicer. An overall great stay. Definitely would like to come back to and recommend!

Loved our stay. Nicely decorated, comfortable room; larger than expected. Much attention to detail, to include the yummy rum cake! We highly recommend!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The room was exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool since the weather was a little chilly while we were staying, but we did get to sit in the chairs that were provided and it was relaxing and enjoyable. Lynn was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed and also made sure we knew we could contact her if needed. This place is amazing, cozy, and private. We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Florida.

Lynn was EXTREMELY reachable and even while she was on her own campcation! The setting is GORGEOUS and very private. Like being in your own tropical island. We didn't have time to hang outside and walk the entire property but it is in a perfect location if you want to be just minutes from the beaches and not far from inland cities like Seminole & Largo and Tampa not terribly far away either. Interior was clean and decorated perfectly for a Floridian getaway! Highly recommend this location and will be coming back soon!

Comfortable bed, property very clean. Well stocked supplies including ice and personal hygiene supplies. All in all very nice place.
