La casa tiene todo lo necesario, con vistas a la piscina (zona común muy limpia y cuidada), además es fresca si abres las ventanas opuestas. La terraza estupenda, con sus hamacas, sillones, toldo y barbacoa....En general muy bien.

We generally spent time on the roof terrace as there was a breeze most days, venturing into the pool to cool off. We thought the beach was a bit of a trek in the heat although my husband did go out walking most mornings and took in the sights of the mud baths and windmills. We would probably recommend a car for access to shops and resorts although we used the local taxi company to visit the Marina de la Salinas one evening after my husband and daughter had hired bikes and ridden round the salt flats. We also took taxis to Dos Mares shopping centre in San Javier and on a few evenings we went to Los Alcazares to eat.

We staying in number 101 Pueblo III apartments for most of February and March this year. On arrival we were met by Dianne and her husband. The apartment was smaller than the advertised photo but there was ample room for my wife and I. The weather for the first few days was on the cool side but the a/c unit heated the apartment quite adequately. Once the weather improved we took advantage of the large solarium upstairs, infact spending most of the holiday on the loungers provided. The apartment itself is well kitted out, two luxurious bathrooms, two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The TV in the lounge has full SKY coverage (which is more than we have at home.) We had a wonderful holiday here and the rooftop solarium was a highlight! Very welcoming agent, Diana, and the apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and with a lovely pool. Really close to the marina, beach and all local amenities. If you have any questions, the owners are very prompt to reply and are professional and friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Only down side was the green swimming pool. The apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable and well located.

Wat een heerlijk appartement met dakterras. Het appartement heeft alles om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Appartement beschikt over 2 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. Appartement beschikt over een grote koelkast met vriezer, elektrische kookplaat met afzuigkap. 's-Avonds even de airco aanzetten en het is heerlijk koel om een heerlijke nachtrust te hebben. Verder heeft het appartement een groot dakterras met 4 ligbedden en een barbecue waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het dakterras biedt een hoop privacy de wind geeft een heerlijke verkoeling. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is via de buitenkant bereikbaar. Op ca. 900 m lopen (10 min) is de boulevard met het strand. Voor de boodschappen zijn er genoeg supermarkten in de buurt (Lidl, Carrefour enz) auto is wel nodig tijdens verblijf. Wij hebben 3 weken gebruik gemaakt van het appartement, en hebben met z'n vieren genoten van het verblijf in het appartement. Het is zeker een aanrader als je van luxe, comfort en rust houdt.

We stayed here for a week with our teenage son, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed having the roof terrace for in the evenings watching the sunset and playing cards. We hired a car, simply because we like to explore the area and visit different beaches, the local beach, shops and bars aren’t too far away either. Having a pool available was really refreshing and not busy. Ray was quick to answer any questions and I really liked being sent what was happening in the area before we arrived. Thank you, we had a great holiday!

Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig, nicht zu viel Publikumsverkehr. In die Innenstadt sind es aber auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Penthouse ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen. Auch die beiden Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder von großen Nutzen gewesen. Die Größe war perfekt. Der Pool war hervorragend für eine Abkühlung geeignet, obwohl wir lieber den Strand mögen. Für einen Sprung ins kühle Nass, nachdem Strand, einfach nur super. Am Besten hat uns aber die riesige Dachterasse gefallen. Hier wehte stets ein kühler Wind. Die Aussicht top! Das war unser liebster Ort. Fazit: Alles Perfekt!

The property was lovely. Clean, bright, contemporary and airy making it a great first impression. The roof terrace was secluded and comfortable - we used it all the time. Only 10 mins leisurely stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants . Raymond was very helpful and accommodating and responded very quickly to a minor problem. All in all a very enjoyable short stay. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would love to return for a longer stay.

I and my family have been renting in San Pedro since 2011, this is the fourth apartment I have rented and it is by far the best. Modern, spacious, spotless and although I stayed on my own this time it would be perfect for a family of four, you certainly wouldn't feel on top of each other so many areas inside and out to sit and relax. Kitchen/lounge/dining area is a perfect layout, you have a balcony with seating and a huge solarium where you can spend all day. The pool is large and good amount of space to relax around it, it may be the time of year I went but I had the pool to myself on occasions. The owners provide you with deatailed helpful information prior to your holiday which takes any stress out of finding the property and your way around the property. An excellent location within an easy reach of the town and Mercadona their supermarket and close to the wonderful beach/Mar Menor. I really can't find fault with it, this place will be booked up very quickly, I look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thank you Raymond Halliday

Amazing apartment so much space outside lovely pool everything that we wanted.

We absolutely loved this apartment - well fitted, pretty spacious (we were only one couple staying and the lounge area might be a little cramped for four). Bedrooms lovely and bathrooms beautiful. At the moment the nearest shop and bars/restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away but looking at the development going on of other similar quality properties in the immediate area I would hope some facilities may arise in the future. Hope so as this is a great place to stay. The area is very Spanish with good food - we were there in May and it was fairly quiet. The 'Mar Menor' itself is wonderful.

We (2 adults, 2 kids, 0,5 years and 3,5 years) spent 25 nights in this apartment during April 2018. We are very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the owner. If we go back to this area of Spain, we would defenitly check if this apartment is aviable for rent. We will also recommend anyone to stay here, it's a great apartment, in a great location. Apartment: The apartment is as described a modern, functional and well equiped apartment. It was no problem living here for 25 nights. Location: The location is great. The apartment is a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, but still the area is quiet. Great beaches, perfect for playing in the sand, go for a swim or having a drink. The area (San Pedro del Pinatar) is not very exploited and gives a genuin feeling. Owner. Quick and accurate answers on questions from the moment we started looking into this apartment and all the way through.

My Husband & I have just returned from our first visit to this fantastic apartment and it will not be our last ! . The apartment is everything it says it is, modern,large,well equipped ,clean & comfortable with a fantastic rooftop solarium . It is a short walk away from clean scenic beaches which have stunning views of the La Manga strip - a perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the sun, there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby. All in all a superb apartment in a fantastic location which we would have in recommending.

Apartment was just what we needed, clean, fresh, bright and very modern. Nice location a lot of work going on around at the moment which wasn't a problem to us. We are cyclists and did a lot of riding around the area and further afield easily. Shops require a walk unless you have a car or bikes. Definitely Recommended.

A bright and fresh penthouse apartment was what greeted us upon our arrival exactly as described. My family and i wanted a short break away from work and Raymond Halliday (the owner) accommodated our dates very well. We took the option of meet and greet at the airport which was great and saved us the hassle of finding the apartment in the dark. It was clean and tidy with ample room for 5 adults ,the roof terrace is massive and with a bbq up there it was happy days. Locally there are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute stroll as we chose not to have a car. The pool area was very clean and well maintained so overall a good holiday. My summary of this apartment is Try it you will not be disappointed.

My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week in September. We found the apartment to be clean and modern with all the facilities on hand for a lovely holiday. The size of the apartment is the first thing that hits you. Two spacious bed and bathrooms with all towels provided. I found that I have never slept so well, and the shower was to die for. The ultra modern kitchen matched all our needs, although we tended to eat out a mostly, although at times it was difficult prizeing my husband away from the TV watching his beloved football. The solarium was huge, and from it you had views of the mountains and La Manga Strip. It was nicely furnished with sun loungers, chairs, sofa, table and a BBQ. The pool was fantastic. It was shallow enough for our son to wade through the water supervised by my husband, whilst at the same time the adults had plenty of room in which to swim. The surrounding areas of San Pedro/Lo Pagan were a great surprise to us as we had never been to Murcia before. The beaches were outstanding, and it was great to see our son play, for the first time, in the calm waters of the Mar Menor, and using a bucket and spade. We decided to embrace the local culture and ate the Spanish way. We loved it and can't wait to try more as the food was delicious. It was nice, on an evening, to have a quiet drink by the seafront, overlooking the Mar Menor viewing the La Manga Strip. Sheer bliss and a great time to relax watching the sun go down. This holiday, for us, was the real Spain. My family loved it and we can't wait to return next year to the same apartment.

We stayed at the appartment 5th September . From the initial booking Raymond kept us informed and we had a quick and easy handover with Aron with the keys to the property . The appartment was very cleN and beautifully equipped with all medern appliances . There was not a kettle but that wasn't a problem and there was some building work in a adjacent appartment but it didn't really disturb our holiday . The pool was clean and quiet and a lovely area to to relax along with our roof terrace and BBQ . The resort was quiet and we were a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach . Overall lovely appartment and and would highly recommend

Nice new apartment in a quiet area, perfect air conditioning and good internet connection, the community was nice, and the pool was perfect and relaxed. We only miss a coffe machine or a kettle.
