We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely and the location was perfect. Quiet neighbourhood with a really short walk to the beach. I'd say the biggest problem was the dog next door barked all the time, no exaggeration, it was all the time. Including during the night, which was extremely annoying and disturbed us a lot. Obviously its nothing to do with the owners of this property, but it was a dampner on the whole holiday! Owners let us stay late on our last day as our flights weren't until the evening and this was amazing as it meant we could really enjoy our last day without any stress. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. It was a holiday that was much needed for our family. Thank you.

A lovely villa which is in a quiet street but less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach and a 20 minute walk to coral bay restaurants and shops. Good communication with the owners and Yvonne who looks after the villa.

This is our second stay this year and both were great. The bookings were carried over because of Covid but Janet (the owner) has been fantastic in allowing us to keep moving the bookings until it was safe to travel. The property is in a great location with all you could need close by. Would definitely stay again.

Nice villa in a quiet little street and very close to the bus stop making travel without a car easy. We had a very nice stay- it was just so hot! The airconditioning is on timers, so needed to be strategic about putting these on to stay cool especially at night.

We all had a great holiday here. The villa has everything that you could need. Comfortable sofa for the evenings. The kids loved the inflatable available to use in the pool. Great location to a beautiful beach and a nearby restaurant was great for food and drinks. The bus was very easy to catch up to coral bay strip. We would definitely stay again!

Janet’s Villa was amazing, we stayed there for a week with our 2 children (3 & 5) and my father, after having to cancel our initial trip in 2020 due to COVID. Obviously the weather helped, but Janet provided us with a really useful info pack before arriving about the villa and the surrounding area. Coral Bay and Paphos had so much to offer the family, both adults and kids. We’d definitely recommend sun downers at Sea You Beach Bar (5min drive from the Villa), and the Coral Bay beach (15min walk from the Villa) is breathtaking. That being said, we spent plenty of time just lounging by the pool at the Villa, which was very kiddy friendly. We will definitely be coming back :)

Due to being let down by our previous villa owner, we booked this villa 3 days before we were due to fly to Cyprus. The owner and Manager were very helpful and put me at ease after all the upset I had just been through. I really appreciated that. The villa is so clean and comfortable, we all felt so relaxed as soon as we arrived. The pool area gets the sun all day, and the surrounding area is so peaceful too. We walked to the beach every day, just 5 mins away. The bus terminus to and from the Coral bay Strip and Phaphos Harbour is situated at the beach car park and buses are every 10 minutes. Its a 20 minute walk to the Coral Bay strip which we also did every day, the local supermarket Phillipos is situated just behind Coral Bay strip. If you spend over 20 euro you can ask for a lift home with your shopping, its a great idea. If you have any questions about the area or villa ask the pool man who comes twice a week, he is very friendly and knows a lot of information.

The ratings say it all. Lovely Villa in a nice area, comms great with the owner, very pleasant stay. Only slight downside, which is common in the area, the picture you see is of the front of the property from the road. The Villa is at the end of a very quiet culdesac but some might find the lack of privacy slightly off putting.

We had a wonderful relaxing time away and the villa is in a wonderful position to get to The beach or bus and it was a short walk into Coral bay strip. Very accommodating and catered to our needs. Great communication when needed and addressed the small issue we had. Thank you for helping 5 mums recharge our batteries!!

We had a great 10 day holiday in this beautiful clean villa with private pool located in a quiet gated community, only 5 min. walk to a nice beach and about 20 min. walk to a nice small town with lots of loveley restaurants/bars/pubs.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It is so close to a beautiful beach and the beach restaurant, a small supermarket and and just a short drive to a really great restaurant; Oniro By the Sea. So easy, clean, comfortable and a great manager and owner.

Villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Location is quite good, close to corallia beach with a few restaurants and bars and about a 20-30 minute walk into Coral Bays main strip but bus stop close by.

We had a great time staying at the villa, everything was either walkable or an easy bus ride away. Villa was like a home from home with everything you needed for a great stay. Would recommend for anyone.

This villa is absolutely perfect. The location is great. Very peaceful but also just a short drive to local amenities. Spotlessly clean and well stocked. Any small issues are swiftly dealt with by the lovely manager. We would most certainly return.

In short, the property was clean and tidy, well kitted out and situated in a perfect location. Within walking distance (a few hundred meters) to a beach, a supermarket and restaurants). Also within walking distance to the Coral Bay beach, and the main strip (although in the Cyprus heat, I would recommend taking the bus .. Bus stop within 200m from your front door!!) Property manager (Yvonne) is just terrific... Pragmatic, friendly and ensures your holiday and stay is exceptional! Really had a great time, and will be back!!

Been to this area several times and love it. Villa just as we expected. Owners excellent to deal with.

This villa is in a beautiful location, it is spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked sitting on the upstairs balcony first thing in the morning with our first cuppa listening to the birds. We walked to the local beach which only takes five minutes, the buses run from the car park at the beach so you have everything so close. The management company of the villa are exceptional any issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back.

A very comfortable house, with a beautiful pool, had a lovely time sitting on the loungers having breakfast in the sun. Janet answered any queries we had almost instantly and Debbie, who was overseeing things locally, is absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend the locality for a restful holiday, local restaurants proved to be great, especially Coral Oasis, the Santa Marina and the kebab take away next to Philippos supermarket.

We stayed here last year and liked it so much we came back again. The small, quitet development is literally over the road from Corallia Beach. If you're looking for action-packed nightlife then this is not for you but if you want a quiet, relaxing beach holiday then this ticks the box. The nearby five star hotel has a taverna and a separate pasta/pizza restaurant that you can visit for a lovely evening meal at a reasonable price and a short taxi journey takes you into Coral Bay. There's also a regular bus service into Paphos itself. We took a taxi to a nearby supermarket and they provided a free taxi service back. The villa is clean and well equipped - we had everything we needed for rustling up a quick evening meal after a day at the beach and lovely big corner sofa was great for lounging on with a G&T in hand. Loved it.
