Espaço muito tranquilo, tanto a localização como a própria casa. Gostamos muito 5*. A terem conta pontos menos bons mas que não nos causaram transtorno. Zona por vezes com algum vento por estar próximo de Sagres. Não tem Ar conditionado, mas também não foi preciso e o facto de ser R/C causa alguma cautela. Muito Obrigado o nosso objectivo de descanso foi cumprido.

Adoramos as férias na Luz. O apartamento é maravilhoso, tinha tudo o que fazia falta. Um alpendre fantástico para fazer uns grelhados e aproveitar os fins de tarde ! Sem dúvida temos intenção de voltar!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ausgestattet. Der Pool ist eingebettet in einen schön angelegten Garten. Wir haben ihn täglich ausgiebig genutzt. Man ist in einer Viertelstunde in der Bucht. Also durchaus zu Fuß erreichbar. Luz ist ein netter Ort und guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Alles in allem ein tolles Urlaubsziel. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Nur das Bad ist sehr klein und hat kein Fenster. Die Lüftung ist recht schwach und kann nur zusammen mit dem Licht geschaltet werden. Das Warmwasser wird knapp, wenn 4 Personen nacheinander duschen. Wenn man sich beeilt, reicht es aber. ;) Die Küche hat eine große Kühl- und Gefrier-Kombination, eine Kaffeemaschine mit auswaschbaren Filtern, einen sehr guten Wasserkocher und jede Menge Utensilien aller Art. Selbst nicht ganz alltägliche Gegenstände wie Knoblauchpresse waren vorhanden. Lediglich die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Gewürze haben gefehlt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig, leider ist im Elternschlafzimmer kein Rollladen zum Verdunkeln vorhanden, sodass es aufgrund der Straßenbeleuchtung doch recht hell ist. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Die Terrasse liegt zur Südseite und hat einen großen Sonnenschirm, eine Truhe mit verschiedenen Wasser-, Sand- und anderen Spielzeugen, Tisch, Stühle und Holzkohle-Grill. Bei letzterem war der Rost zwar verschmutzt, dafür haben wir ihn sauber hinterlassen. :) Der Abgang in den Garten mit Pool ist mit einer verriegelbaren kleinen Tür gesichert. Ein Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern waren vorhanden. Der Pool ist geschätzt etwa 7 x 4 m groß und für eine kurze Abkühlung zwischendurch oder um die Kinder spielen zu lassen ausreichend. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich und auch der "Kinderlärm" schien sie nicht sonderlich zu stören. 2 Einheiten sind scheinbar dauerhaft vermietet. Der Ort "Luz" ist angenehm. Es gibt keine Riesen-Hotels, sondern fast ausschließlich nur 3-4 geschossige Apartment-Anlagen. Große Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir haben 3 ausprobiert und waren bei 2 davon begeistert (indisch: Sangam, Tapas: Boaty's). Der Spar-Supermarkt ist für einen Touristen-Supermarkt recht günstig und hat sehr gute Backwaren (auch "Körnerbrötchen" usw.), frische Wurst (leckere Oliven-Mortadella und Schinken) und Käse und auch sonst alles, was man mal "eben so" braucht. In Lagos gibt es die großen Supermarktketten wie Aldi, Lidl und Intermarche. In ersteren beiden kann man ähnlich wie bei uns günstig einkaufen. Ein Tipp ist der Bauernmarkt am Samstag in Lagos (nicht in der Markthalle, sondern in der Straße etwas weiter nach der Repsol Tankstelle beim Busbahnhof). Sehr gutes und frisches Obst und Gemüse, und das noch günstiger als in den Supermärkten. Tolle Strände gibt es in der Gegend sowieso. :) - Also rundum empfehlenswert!

The apartment was great , it had everything that we needed for a family of 4 . It was clean , decorating nicely, spacious and equipped with everything that you needed. The pool was fabulous and we were very lucky to have had really good neighbours staying at the apartment next to us. The 2 apartments above were residential who introduced themselves on arrival and then we did not see them very much. If there was a slight (very slight) downside, it is next to the main road and a little traffic noise could be heard. This however did not really bother us as the road is a quiet one. Luz beach and central hub is about 10 to 15 minutes walk and it is also close if driving to Burgau. We would definitely go back as we are frequent visitors to Luz .

Der erste Eindruck zählt zu den was wir uns vorgestellt haben und passend zu den Photos,schönes Haus sehr sauber guter Lage alles dabei was man braucht für 1 Woche oder 2,und sonstiges kann man sich nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in der Nähe besorgen und Lagos ist knapp eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Und da ist noch die gute "Fee "Nazarè mit Ehemann Israel die bereit und mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung stehen. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir dennoch und ich meine nicht Mängeln sondern nur ein paar Dinge die wohl meine Meinung nach, der Aufenthalt bzw. Urlaub um einiges besser machen würden, Da wäre zum Beispiel : Ein Dunkles Rollo am Fenster vom Größen Schlafzimmer (Für Langschläfer)😎�💤� Und vielleicht ein TV Receiver die womöglich einige andere Sender empfängen könnte,und wie gesagt dies sind einfach Kleinigkeiten die der gesamte Eindruck nicht schmälert. Und wie geil ist es jederzeit direkt ins schönen Pool zu springen...!!! - Punkt nur eins =am tag ist etwas laut aber das liegt hauptsächlich an die Behörden die keinerlei Massnahmen ergreifen um das Tempo an der nah gelegene Straße zu reduzieren.

We had a wonderful seven nights here both exploring the region and enjoying the fantastic facilities the apartment offered. Far enough outside Luz to make it relaxing and tranquil, but only a short stroll into town to find numerous restaurants and bars. Alternatively, buy some local ingredients (shellfish particularly recommended) and enjoy a supper on the terrace overlooking the pool and the stars. Highly recommended.

Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden , top Lage , sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter . Wir haben sehr gut den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Wir haben uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist prima aufgeteil. Der Blick in den Garten und auf den Pool ist wunderschön.

We had a wonderful stay in Luz at this apartment, it was fully functional with all you needed. We were a family of 5 with two little ones and this apartment was perfect for us. The host Kathy was extremely accommodating and organised a cot bed for us as well as an early check in as we arrived early that day. Thank you so much Kathy!

The appartment is very confortable and luxuous, quiet and well-located. We enjoyed the swimming-pool and the beach at 10 mn.

This apartment is really well equipped and spacious. The pool is fantastic and perfect for regular dips to cool down as the weather was glorious. The patio offers welcome shade if required. The apartment is ideally located approximately 10 minutes walk from Luz which suited us to be in a quieter location rather than in the town itself. We loved Luz, plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach is gorgeous. With Lagos being only a 10 minute car journey we found Luz to be perfect and a hidden gem of the Algarve. The owner Kathy was extremely helpful before our trip and during our holiday when we had a query. Highly recommended.
