My family had a great time in London and enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Host was nice and let us store our luggage before check-in time so we could explore London.

The property was exactly as described. Great amenities. A microwave oven would have been nice to have. Very convenient to tube stations. Easy walk to the heart of London.

Our family just finished a stay at this place. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The home is about ten minutes walk from the nearest tube stop, so it is a neighborhood that locals dominate. There is a local marketplace and store with anything you may need while you are on your stay (pubs, restaurants, groceries). If you're looking for a place that is in the middle of all of the touristy areas of London, you should know that if you stay at this place you will have to plan to go to the touristy areas. The home is in a London neighborhood away from most of that. The property owner was gracious in that the property had lots of amenities that are typically not available to a vacation owner. There was plenty of tea and coffee, condiments, and even some goodies that were left for us to enjoy. We had no issues getting in and out and the communication was exactly what we needed. The home has fabulous amenities. Between the whole-house sound system that we were able to connect to, televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room, the barbecue on a rooftop deck, or the rooftop deck, the home is ready to entertain. The only thing to consider is that in the summer when it is warm, the living area on the third floor of the flat has no air conditioning as was very warm. For summer rentals, I would consider this. If that doesn't bother you, the place is a slam dunk. We would highly recommend it. for multiple couples, or for a small family.

This fabulous property was the perfect home base for exploring London! It was within walking distance of all the major attractions (we had no problem walking to the Tower, the Globe, Big Ben, etc., but we also had no problem getting picked up by Uber when we didn't feel like walking). There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The property itself was absolutely beautiful (if you can believe it, it was even better than the pictures), with spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The host was very generous in terms of towels, toilet paper, any other items that many hosts scrimp on, and there was even a fruit basket and bottle of prosecco waiting for us when we checked in. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

We had a nice stay. Location is great with bus service right out side the door for 3 stops. Love the little market across the street. Numerous places to eat in walking distance. Loved all the offerings the apartment had. Apartment has lots of stairs and it is on a very busy street that is noisy all hours fo the day and night.

This is a great place to stay. The home is very comfortable and is in a great location. It is a short walk to many destinations in London. The Exmouth Market is across the street which is so convenient with so many options for food and beverages. I would look forward to staying there again without question.

Property was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with sparkling water from the tap. Beds are comfortable. Got to enjoy the sun on the rooftop. Location is great - close to buses, tube, and good restaurants. Things to know - there is a one-bedroom studio on the first level that may be occupied. Separate key coded door separates both places. Stairs are steep but quite typical for London properties. Could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely place to stay for a few days, would have loved to stay longer and use the outside areas, hot tub. Loved the Sonos system. Great area for restaurants, pop up food stalls. Would have liked to see a recycling system.

A perfect location for our days in London. Well equipped apartment, easy communication with the host and a nice area with several restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. We were startled by down stairs guests but that didn’t take away from our stay. This was by far Definitely one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you for now :)

Overall, the stay was lovely. The location was perfect. Easy walk to many neighborhoods, convenient bus stops and a few tube stops that were a reasonable walk. The local neighborhood has a lot of options to eat and drink as well. The layout of the apartment was great for two groups of people staying together with each room having its own bathroom. The shared space was certainly enough room for us to relax and the outdoor terrace was great for the evening. The biggest area of concern was the cleanliness. Despite that it was cleaned immediately before arrival, there was a lot of dust and overall feeling of being only partially cleaned. Under both beds there were empty water bottles, lids for containers and dust bunnies. The floors were maybe only half cleaned as walking around without shoes meant lots of very dirty feet and socks. While many of the basic amenities were available, there could have been more towels (both bath and hand) and there were no wash clothes. Having shampoo and conditioner provided was nice, but all sinks we're out of hand soap when we arrived and we did have to go buy other items. The place also had an overall feeling of being worn down. The couch was quite dirty and many surfaces had a lot of wear and tear. Loved the location, but would probably not book again unless some updates were made.

It’s a absolute beautiful property, set in a perfect location. The property host was on hand for problems. It smelt amazing upon arrival and was immaculately clean. Only problem we had was the outside bbq hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. But would highly recommend staying here, and I would go again.

A wonderful location and well eqipped.

Property was outstanding. Only small issues were you have to haul your luggage up a thin flight of stairs to get in and the dryer takes a while.

Perfect location to experience how the locals live. Close to bus route and tube. Many great restaurants, stores and pubs close. The outdoor patio is rare in London, thus haviang two patios is lovely. The overall apartment is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The space was bright and cheery and had everything we needed. We found it very easy to make ourselves at home in this efficient and well appointed soace. Communication with our host Gina was very pleasant and always prompt. Clerkenwell was among our favorite locations on this first visit to London and the perfect spot for traveling by bus or underground. Excellent stay!

Great location and wonderful outdoor space.

My family of four really enjoyed this Apartment. Very comfortable and well appointed. The fact that it has both a Rooftop Deck as well as a Lower Terrace makes this a truly unique place. It is also a short walk from several great neighborhood restaurants as well as Public Transportation. Additionally, very quiet at night! Slept Great!

The property is absolutely stunning; quirky, interesting, exquisitely designed and maintained and a real joy! The host has done an amazing job with the design and it feels so special to be in there. The children loved it and were so excited by the hot tub and roof terrace. Practically there is everything you need and it was clean and extremely comfortable place to be. You cannot be disappointed. The host went way over and above to accommodate us in what turned out to be an extremely traumatic and eventful weekend. There was nothing she could not do and the weekend would have been so much more impactful without her support. Having someone (a complete stranger really) care when your time away does not go to plan is an absolute God send. Gina was an angel and I cannot recommend this property and this host more.

This very nice original house is situated in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of little restaurants around the corner (caravan). Thks a lot for thé fruit, bubbles and coffee(Jura)!

This property is absolutely beautiful. I loved the spacious of the property (it has 3 levels). Gina was great in communicating with me and is lovely. There are lots of nice places to eat around and i went for a couple of nice walks in the area. The jacuzzi was the highlight of my stay along with the prosecco and fruits on arrival, the inbuilt sound system and access to a netflix account to use as we pleased. I would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful property with such attention to the fine details that make your stay feel luxurious and homely at the same time. Even as Londoners ourselves who needed accommodation during building work at our home we found it a gem of a property and I would absolutely stay here again. Communication with Gina is so easy and she answers any questions you may have in a quick lovely manner. Highly recommend staying here.

We just spent a couple of days in Gina's house and it is lovely, everything you need is there and more, the house is super clean and lovely. Gina was very quick to answer any questions we had - all in all a brilliant trip and a brilliant pad thank you guys!

The location is perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a more quaint neighborhood with pubs and coffee shops and adorable shops in abundance steps from the door. The home has comfortable beds and a sense of quiet within. The outdoor features in this rental we’re amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi each night. Gina was prompt and informative with any questions during our stay. I would definitely stay here again for future trips to London.
